David Ignatius
David Ignatius is a twice-weekly columnist for The Washington Post, writing on global politics, economics and international affairs. He is also the creator and co-moderator of Post-Global, an online conversation about international affairs at washingtonpost.com.  He joined The Washington Post in 1986 as editor of the Outlook section, and then served as foreign editor from 1990 to 1992.  His column won the 2000 Gerald Loeb Award for Commentary, a 2005 Edward Weintal Special Citation, and the 1984 Edward Weintal Prize for Diplomatic Reporting.  In addition, Mr. Ignatius has written six novels.

Clifford May
Clifford May is President of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies.   He chairs the Policy Committee of the Committee on the Present Danger (CPD), an international, non-partisan organization comprised of leading members of the national security community and is a former foreign correspondent for The New York Times.  Mr. May has had a long and distinguished career in international relations, journalism, communications and politics. In 2008, The Daily Telegraph (U.K.) named Mr. May one the “100 most influential conservatives in America.”

 
Reuel Marc Gerecht
Reuel Marc Gerecht is a senior fellow with the Foundation for Defense of Democracies.  He focuses on Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, terrorism, and intelligence.  Mr. Gerecht previously served as a Middle East specialist in the CIA. He is the author of Know Thine Enemy: A Spy's Journey into Revolutionary Iran and The Islamic Paradox: Shiite Clerics, Sunni Fundamentalists, and the Coming of Arab Democracy. He is also a contributing editor for The Weekly Standard and a correspondent for The Atlantic Monthly, as well as a frequent contributor to the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, and other publications.
