With Congress pledging to revisit the recent health care reform law, controversy is simmering over the existence of a legal or moral right to health care. The Potomac Institute's Center for Neurotechnology Studies, in keeping with its ongoing focus on emerging ELSI (ethical, legal and social issues) in medicine and research, will explore these questions with a panel of experts.
