Please note these tickets are refundable and we are asking you to waive the penalty for refund fee due to hospitalization and surgery of the passenger. According to our contract a passenger's hospitalization qualifies for a full refund. I hope we can resolve this amicably. He is very upset and has threaten to put a stop on his credit card a pursue legal actions. Please review as soon as possible and reply.
