"...The Disbeliever Has Always Been Supporter of Allies against his Lord." (Quran 25:55)

Firstly:

1- When a peaceful person is attacked ant beaten by a criminal and this criminal is supported and helped by someone else, this supporter is just another criminal. This simple example helps readers to understand the meaning of the Quranic term (support) and its derivations within the field of religion in general.

2- We provide more details about the Quranic term (support) in the points below.

2/1: Committing aggression against innocent peaceful ones: some of Arabian People of the Book (Jews + Christians) during Muhammad's lifetime were aggressors who fought against one another and evicted one another from their homes (like the crime of aggression and forced displacement committed by the Muhammadans now). God has warned them here: "But here you are, killing your own, and expelling a group of your own from their homes – and supporting conspiracies against them in sinful wrongdoing and aggression..." (2:85). This applies now to the Saudi aggressors within the coalition of launching war against Yemen for no reason and killing thousands of Yemenis.

2/2: Supporting and helping unjust aggressors: some of the People of the Book in Arabia supported and helped the aggressive Meccan troops of the confederates who sieged Yathreb; then these troops were withdrawn; the troops of the Yathreb dwellers led by Muhammad had to fight such supporters of the aggressors by sieging their citadels and fortifications; the early believers attained victory in these self-defense endeavors: "...God thus spared the believers combat. God is Strong and Mighty. And He brought down from their strongholds those of the People of the Book who supported them, and He threw terror into their hearts. Some of them you killed, and others you took captive." (33:25-26).

2/3: God has commanded the early believers and Muhammad to fight the disbelieving, polytheistic aggressors only after giving them a chance for four months (i.e., the pilgrimage season) to repent and to adhere to peace, while never fighting those peaceful disbelievers who adhered to treaties/pledges/agreements of peace and never  supported the aggressors: "Except for those among the polytheists with whom you had made a treaty, and did not violate any of its terms, nor supported anyone against you. So fulfill the treaty with them to the end of its term. God loves the righteous." (9:4).

2/4: God has prohibited the early believers from allying themselves with aggressors who attacked peaceful believers as a type of religious persecution and attempted to drive them out of their homes and those who supported such aggressors: "But God prohibits you from allying yourselves to those who fought against you over your religion, and expelled you from your homes, and supported your expulsion. Whoever takes them for allies - these are the unjust ones." (60:9).

3- The above points is about the Quranic term (support), but what about the Quranic term "supporter(s)"?

Secondly: the meanings of the Quranic term "supporter(s)":

1- Supporters are those helpers who help/aid one another within an evil scheme or within evil endeavors

1/1: For instance, no groups of people or Jinn could produce something similar to the Quran to supplant it even if they were staunch supporters of one another (unlike the false hadith of Al-Bokhary and Abou Hurayrah that Muhammad was given the Quran and similar/parallel discourses alongside with it!). God says in the Quran: "Say, "If the humankind and jinn came together to produce the like of this Quran, they could never produce the like of it, even if they backed up one another as supporters."" (17:88).

1/2: Similarly, God says the following in the Quran: "Say, "Call upon those whom you claim besides God. They possess not an atom's weight in the heavens or the earth, and they possess no share of either, and He has no supporters from among them."" (34:22). This means that the Lord God the Creator of the universe has no supporters or lesser gods who created the universe with Him; the imaginary gods/allies/saints/deities fashioned by the polytheists (these deities are given these names: Muhammad, Ali, Hussein, Buddha, Christ, Al-Bokhary, etc.) do not possess even an atom's weight in the heavens or the earth.

2- Supporters are those who support or side with something or someone within rivalries or disputes.

2/1: Two of the wives of Muhammad stood against him over some matter, but God responds that He, His angels, and good believers are supporters of Muhammad: "If you repent to God, then your hearts have listened. But if you stood supporters with one another together against him, then God is his Supporter, as is Gabriel, and the righteous believers. In addition, the angels will support him." (66:4).

2/2: Moses said that will never be among the supporters of those who committed grave injustices: "..."My Lord, in as much as you have favored me, I will never be a supporter of the criminals."" (28:17).

2/3: God has said the following to Muhammad to warn him against falling into the traps of (A) polytheism and (B) being among the supporters of disbelievers/polytheists who are the enemies of the Lord God: "...Therefore, do not be a supporter of the disbelievers. And do not let them divert you from God's Verses after they have been revealed to you. And pray to your Lord, and never be of the polytheists. And do not invoke with Allah any other god. There is no God but He. All things perish, except His presence. His is the Judgment, and to Him you will be returned." (28:86-88). This is addressed to Muhammad and to all Quran-believing people; when would the Muhammadans (who have rejected the Quran) take heed of this warning?!

Thirdly: God says in the Quran: "And yet, instead of God, they serve what neither profits them nor harms them. The disbeliever Has always been supporter of allies against his Lord." (25:55); let us focus on the phrase (And yet, instead of God, they serve what neither profits them nor harms them):

1- Abraham, when he was an adolescent, smashed the pagan gods/idols of his polytheistic people to prove to them that they were mere pieces stone that could never bring harm or benefit to anyone of their worshipers and could not defend themselves; Abraham said the following to his people about their idols/gods: "...Do you worship, instead of God, what can neither benefit you in anything, nor harm you? Fie on you, and on what you worship besides God. Do you not understand?"" (21:66-67); "..."Do they hear you when you pray? Or do they benefit you, or harm you?"" (26:72-73). What would happen if someone smashed the 'holy' mausoleums worshiped and sanctified by the Muhammadans in Yathreb, Egypt, Iraq, etc.?

2- Arabs in Arabia inherited the religion of Abraham and its acts of worship but they distorted  and wasted them by the polytheistic practices of worshiping mausoleums and saints/allies; the Quran has descended with Guidance to reform all human beings; God's Word asserts that such dead deities/gods/saints/allies will never bring benefit or harm to their worshipers in this life and that polytheists who die without repentance will enter into Hell in the Hereafter. This Quranic discourse of preaching/warning comes in different styles of persuasion as per the points below.

2/1: The Quranic assertion of the helplessness and powerlessness of the imaginary/dead deities fashioned by living mortals: the entombed gods cannot hear or do anything and those deified mortals will disown their worshipers on the Last Day: "And yet, instead of Him, they produce for themselves gods that create nothing, but are themselves created; that have no power to harm or benefit themselves; and no power over life, death, or resurrection." (25:3); "He merges the night into the day, and He merges the day into the night; and He regulates the sun and the moon, each running for a stated term. Such is God, your Lord; His is the sovereignty. As for those you call upon besides Him, they do not possess a speck. If you pray to them, they cannot hear your prayer. And even if they heard, they would not answer you. And on the Day of Resurrection, they will reject your polytheism. None informs you like an Expert." (35:13-14); "And they worship, besides God, what neither harms them nor benefits them. And they say, "These are our intercessors with God." Say, "Are you informing God about what He does not know in the heavens or on earth?" Glorified be He, High above the polytheistic associations they make." (10:18).

2/2: The style of logical dialogue and debate; e.g., God has commanded Muhammad and the preachers of the Truth to say the following: "Say, "Who is the Lord of the heavens and the earth?" Say, "God." Say, "Have you taken besides Him protectors, who have no power to profit or harm even themselves?" Say, "Are the blind and the seeing equal? Or are darkness and light equal? Or have they assigned to God associates, who created the likes of His creation, so that the creations seemed to them alike? Say, "God is the Creator of all things, and He is the Dominant One." (13:16). Hence, the Muhammadans, Buddhists, Christians, Hindus, etc. cannot deny God's existence as the Creator of the universe (heavens and the earth). It is a falsehood that indicates ignorance and a lie that shows illogicality  to say that the universe has created (and will destroy) itself by itself; it is logical to question, undermine, and refute allies/gods/deities/saints that are being worshiped alongside with the Lord God the Creator; they cannot being harm/good to themselves or to anyone else and they cannot create human beings or any other creatures.

2/3: The style of challenge: "Say, "Call upon those you claim besides Him. They have no power to relieve your adversity, nor can they change it."" (17:56).

2/4: Both styles together are employed for the same of warning and preaching: "Say, "Have you considered those you worship instead of God? Show me which portion of the earth they have created. Or do they own a share of the heavens? Bring me a scripture prior to this one, or some trace of knowledge, if you are truthful." Who is more wrong than him who invokes, besides God, those who will not answer him until the Day of Resurrection, and are heedless of their prayers? And when humanity is gathered, they will be enemies to them, and will renounce their worship of them." (46:4-6).

3- Within the Quranic refutation of Christian beliefs:

3/1: God asserts that Jesus (worshipped and deified now by millions of people) was a mortal prophet and he could not (during his lifetime) bring good or harm to anyone and that he and his mother were mortals who ate food (this implies farting, defecating, and urinating, like all human beings): "The Messiah son of Mary was only a messenger, before whom other Messengers had passed away, and his mother was a woman of truth. They both used to eat food. Note how We make clear the Verses to them; then note how deluded they are. Say, "Do you worship, besides God, what has no power to harm or benefit you?" But God: He is the Hearer, the Knower." (5:75-76); in fact, on the Last Day, Jesus will disown their worshiping him (see 5:116-118).

3/2: God says in the Quran that those who worship mortals like Jesus and Mary are polytheists and disbelievers: "They disbelieve those who say, "God is the Christ, the son of Mary." Say, "Who can prevent God, if He willed, from annihilating the Christ son of Mary, and his mother, and everyone on earth?" To God belongs the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth and what is between them. He creates whatever He wills, and God has power over everything." (5:17).

4- The Muhammadans of today readily declare Christians as polytheists and infidels, despite the fact that the Muhammadans are more misguided and more polytheistic because they have discarded and rejected the Quran and because of their worshiping an imaginary deity whom they have named as Muhammad and they have given him divine qualities and epithets that contradict the real features of his character in the Quran as a mortal prophet. Before Muslims turn themselves into polytheistic Muhammadans, the Quran provides the human features of Muhammad to refute in advance the misguidance, falsehoods, and lies of the Muhammadans who assume that as if Muhammad were an immortal deity to be worshiped and sanctified to provide aid/help/support to them and to keep them away from harm in this world and in the Hereafter. The Quran tells us the following facts about Muhammad.

4/1: God has commanded him to declare these facts about himself as a mortal prophet: "Say, "I have no control over any benefit or harm to myself, except as God wills..." (7:188); "Say, "I have no power to harm or benefit myself, except as God wills..." (10:49).

4/2: God has commanded him to announce he cannot harm, benefit, or guide anyone: "Say, "It is not in my power to harm you, nor to bring you to guidance."" (72:21).

4/3: Muhammad could not retain bounties or ward off harm within fates ordained by God on him: "If God touches you with adversity, none can remove it except He. And if He touches you with good - He is Capable of everything. He is the Supreme over His servants. He is the Wise, the Expert." (6:17-18). God has commanded Muhammad to avoid falling into the trap of polytheism and never to imitate the ways of polytheists who worship deities that could never bring harm or good to anyone; He has reminded him of the fact that he could not retain bounties or ward off harm: "And dedicate yourself to the True Religion - as a monotheist - and never be of the polytheists. And do not call, apart from God, on what neither benefits you nor harms you. If you do, you are then one of the unjust ones." (10:105-107). God has commanded Muhammad to challenge polytheists and their deities this way: "And if you asked them, "Who created the heavens and the earth?" they would say, "God." Say, "Have you seen those you pray to instead of God? If God willed any harm for me, can they lift His harm? And if He willed a blessing for me, can they hold back His mercy?" Say, "God suffices for me. On Him the reliant rely."" (39:38).

4/4: God has told Muhammad that he could not control anything and he cannot save those condemned in Hell on the Last Day: "You have no control over matters; whether He redeems them or torments them. They are the unjust ones." (3:128); "What about someone who has deserved the sentence of torment? Is it you who can save those in the Fire?" (39:19).

Fourthly: God says in the Quran: "And yet, instead of God, they serve what neither profits them nor harms them. The disbeliever Has always been supporter of allies against his Lord." (25:55); let us focus on the phrase (The disbeliever Has always been supporter of allies against his Lord):

1- The Lord God is the Creator of the universe and He is the Only Being Who deserves to be worshiped; yet, clergymen, sheikhs, and imams fashion their own gods/deities, give them names of human beings, and urge people to worship, sanctify, and deify such gods. Such difference/opposition in faith between monotheism and polytheism; one has to choose one's stance: would one support the Lord God and the Quranic Truth or the unjust clergymen who spread falsehoods and lies?

2- Monotheistic believers support their Lord God and enjoy God's support to them (see 47:7, 22:40, and 40:51). In contrast, all disbelievers/polytheists choose to support the unjust clergymen; allies of Satan, instead of supporting the Lord God.

3- All disbelievers/polytheists are supporters of allies against the Lord God, because they support clergymen of all types and reject the Word of God.

4- We do not write these above words in vacuum or theoretically; rather, we describe painful realities within the countries of the Muhammadans; they are polytheists who worship, deify, and sanctify an imaginary supreme, immortal deity whom they have named as Muhammad among other lesser deities in a large pantheon: Ali, Fatima, Hussein, Zeinab, members of the family/household of Muhammad and Ali, the four pre-Umayyad caliphs, saints, imams, authors, etc. Since 1977 (i.e., four decades until now), we as a Quranist reformist thinker preach and warn the Muhammadans using the Quran; yet, they disbelieve in the Quran and follow their clergymen and countless books of falsehoods and lies instead. How many 'holy' mausoleums are being sanctified by the Muhammadans today? How many Muhammadans worship at such abominations? Could any person of the Muhammadans utter the monotheistic testimony of (There is no God but Allah) without adding any names of human deities (i.e., Ali and Muhammad)? Could any person of the Muhammadans believe in the Quran as the Only Discourse in Islam without believing in any hadiths of Al-Bokhary, Al-Kulayni, etc.? Could any person of the Muhammadans perform pilgrimage at the Kaaba in Mecca without worshiping at the abomination of Yathreb (i.e., the mausoleum/tomb ascribed to their imaginary deity Muhammad)? Could any person of the Muhammadans perform prayers without uttering praises of saints and deified mortals? Could any person of the Muhammadans utter the call to prayers (i.e., Azan) without mentioning any names of human deities (i.e., Ali and Muhammad)?

5- The Muhammadans are the enemies of God, the Quran, and Muhammad; this verse certainly applies to them: "And yet, instead of God, they serve what neither profits them nor harms them. The disbeliever Has always been supporter of allies against his Lord." (25:55).

6- As always, God says nothing but the Absolute Truth.
