Those Who Seek to Strive against the Quran

Published in June 13, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, … One cannot help but notice that since Quranism has emerged online since 2006, within your great website, several Sunnite and Shiite imams in the Arab world endeavor to undermine and cast doubt on your Quranist call; I know several of them who ridicule your articles under the title (Quranic Terminology); sadly, where I live, many naïve people side with such sheikhs/imams of Satan and repeat their anti-Quranism ideas.....What should be our response in such a case?   … Thank you …

Answer:

Please do not waste your precious time with such people; each person has the right to choose for his/her soul; the Truth is made clear in the Quran as the Only Source of guidance within Islam since it is the Lord God's Word; true monotheists read and ponder its verses while ardently and sincerely supplicate to their Lord God while saying: "Guide us to the Straight Path." (1:6). Haters of Quranism are, in fact, haters of the Quran itself; they seek to strive against its verses and to undermine and cast doubt on them in order to side with myths and falsehoods/lies (i.e., hadiths and fiqh); they hate the Quranic Truth and side with devilish narratives of misguidance; they are deceived by Satan and they are his allies. Of course, the Quran predicts that haters of the Quran among imams/leaders of misguidance (among both Gentiles and the People of the Book) will continue to exist in all eras.

The Lord God says the following in the Holy Quran: "And do not mix truth with falsehood, and do not conceal the Truth while you know." (2:42); "O People of the Book! Why do you reject the revelations of God, even as you witness? O People of the Book! Why do you confound the Truth with falsehood, and knowingly conceal the Truth?" (3:70-71); "Likewise, their idols entice many idolaters to kill their children, in order to lead them to their ruin, and confuse them in their religion. Had God willed, they would not have done it; so leave them to their fraud." (6:137); "Those who strive against Our Verses are not hidden from Us. Is he who is hurled into the Fire better? Or he who arrives safely on the Day of Resurrection? Do as you please; He is Seeing of everything you do. Those who reject the Reminder when it has come to them - it is an invincible Book. Falsehood cannot approach it, from before it or behind it. It is a revelation from One Wise and Praiseworthy." (41:40-42).

Those with Sickness in Their Hearts

Published in June 14, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, … I sometimes wonder why the ignoramuses who are the clergymen/sheikhs/imams of the terrorist MB members and Salafists (and both Sunnite Wahabis) monopolize the religious life in the Arab world until now. It is a shame that you, who provide the best and truest image of Islam, would suffer media blackout imposed on you; in my daydreams, I always imagine that you must return to Egypt (where I live and this is your original homeland) to head Al-Azhar institution and introduce religious reform in Egypt.....Why are you being fought against until now?! Why do the Muhammadans hate Quranism?! .....May the Lord God grant you a long life within good health so that all of us would continue to learn True Islam from your writings and videos..............May the Lord God bless you..........   … Thank you …

Answer:

May the Lord God bless, protect, and reward you, our son. We supplicate to the Lord God and implore Him daily within our prayers so that He will unite all Quranists inside Paradise in the Hereafter. Of course, such Muhammadans and their imams and clergymen are sick at heart; their sickness inside their hearts consists of polytheism plus their hating the Quranic facts; they adamantly refuse to be cured from their disbelief though the remedy we offer (in our website and subtitled-into-English YouTube channel) is easy and for free. Sick persons sometimes hate their doctors very much. The Muhammadans continue to strive against the Quranic verses while siding with lies/hadiths and they sent us hate mail almost on a daily basis plus death threats, insults, and verbal abuse; many clergymen of Satan still urge their followers among the ignorant masses to assassinate our person if they can. "God will judge between you on the Day of Resurrection regarding what you disagree about." (22:69). Of course, we will never be able to return to Egypt or even pay a short visit there to see our relatives and extended family members; we never wish to head Al-Azhar institution of Satan. True Islam contains no clergymen and no Vatican-like institutions. It is certainly beneath us as a thinker to head a corrupt institution like Al-Azhar; it should be closed down. Besides, Al-Azhar institution is merely a tool controlled (or rather a mule ridden) by enthroned military tyrants within the military regime in Egypt.

About Zachariah's Wife

Published in June 14, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, … In the Quranic Chapter 19, Mary was brought glad tidings of the birth of Jesus; Zachariah was also brought glad tidings of the birth of John: does this means that Zachariah gave birth miraculously to John? The wife of Zachariah is not mentioned here: "“O Zachariah, We give you good news of a son, whose name is John, a name We have never given before.”" (19:7).......What do you think?  … Thank you …

Answer:

You are certainly mistaken; why would a man give birth either metaphorically or literally?! Of course, the wife of Zachariah was the one who gave birth to John: "He said, “My Lord, how can I have a son, when my wife is barren, and I have become decrepit with old age?”" (19:8); "And Zachariah, when he called out to his Lord, “My Lord, do not leave me alone, even though you are the Best of heirs.” So We answered him, and gave him John. And We cured his wife for him..." (21:89-90); "Then the angels called out to him, as he stood praying in the sanctuary: “God gives you good news of John...He said, “My Lord, how will I have a son, when old age has overtaken me, and my wife is barren?” He said, “Even so, God does whatever He wills.”" (3:39-40). Hence, the wife of Zachariah is mentioned in his Quranic story. A similar story is mentioned in the Quran when Abraham (in his old age) and his old, barren wife were brought glad tidings of the birth of Isaac: "Our messengers came to Abraham with good news...His wife was standing by, so she laughed. And We gave her good news of Isaac; and after Isaac, Jacob. She said, “Alas for me. Shall I give birth, when I am an old woman, and this, my husband, is an old man? This is truly a strange thing.” They said, “Do you marvel at the decree of God? The mercy and blessings of God are upon you, O people of the house. He is Praiseworthy and Glorious.”" (11:69-73); "Has the story of Abraham’s honorable guests reached you?...They said, “Do not fear,” and they announced to him the good news of a knowledgeable boy. His wife came forward crying. She clasped her face, and said, “A barren old woman?” They said, “Thus spoke your Lord. He is the Wise, the Knowing.”" (51:24-30).

There Is No Military Service in Islam

Published in June 15, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, …  As far as Quranism (i.e., True Islam) is concerned, what is your view of conscription (i.e., the compulsory enlistment of people in the military service)? What about if the military service is voluntary? Any ideas? … Thank you …

Answer:

The compulsory military service has nothing to do with Islam; even within jihad, there is no compulsion or coercion as those who are able to engage into jihad (i.e., self-defense wars for God's sake) volunteer; i.e., they do this willingly. This applies to all Islamic acts of worship. It is OK, of course, to join willingly or to volunteer in the military service for the sake of defending one's homeland.

About the Quranic Context 54:27-31

Published in June 15, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, …  What is meant by the terms (Muhtadir) in 54:27 and (Muhtadhir) in 54:31? What the difference between both terms? Any ideas? … Thank you …

Answer:

The adjective (Muhtadir) means available or present: "And inform them that the water is to be shared between them; each share of drink made available/Muhtadir." (54:27); the adjective (Muhtadhir) means crushed: "We sent against them a single Scream, and they became like crushed/Muhtadhir hay." (54:31).

A Repeated Question about Prayers!

Published in June 16, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, … In your book titled (Between the Quranic Prayers of Muslims and the Devilish Prayers of the Muhammadans) and in your YouTube videos about prayers, you claim that the five daily prayers (with the same movements and times) existed in Arabia before the revelation of the Quran and before the birth of Muhammad since Arabs followed the religion of Abraham conveyed by Ishmael who lived in Arabia; yet, what type of words/verses were uttered in these prayers? Any ideas?  … Thank you …

Answer:

We have answered this question many times; we hope this would be the last time to do so. Arabs of Arabia (Gentiles + the People of the Book) before the birth of Muhammad had copies of the Scriptures of Abraham and Moses and they knew their verses; they learned from them how to perform prayers, pilgrimage, fasting...etc. They uttered these verses in their prayers. The Quran proves their knowing the Scriptures of Abraham and Moses: "Nothing is said to you but was said to the Messengers before you..." (41:43); "And they say, “Why does he not bring us a miracle from his Lord?” Were they not given enough miracles in the former scriptures?" (20:133); "Or was he not informed of what is in the Scriptures of Moses? And of Abraham, who fulfilled? That no soul bears the burdens of another soul. And that the human being attains only what he strives for. And that his efforts will be witnessed. Then he will be rewarded for it the fullest reward. And that to your Lord is the finality. And that it is He who causes laughter and weeping. And that it is He who gives death and life. And that it is He who created the two kinds - the male and the female. From a sperm drop, when emitted. And that upon Him is the next emergence. And that it is He who enriches and impoverishes...And that it is He who destroyed the first Aad. And Thamood, sparing no one. And the people of Noah before that; for they were most unjust and most oppressive. And He toppled the ruined cities. And covered them with whatever covered them. So which of your Lord's Signs can you deny? This is a warning, just like the first warnings." (53:36-56). By the way, the entirety of the Quranic Chapter 87 was found in the Scriptures of Abraham and Moses: "This is in the former scriptures. The Scriptures of Abraham and Moses." (87:18-19).

About the Quranic Terms Aqir & Aqeem

Published in June 16, 2020

Question:  … Dear Sir, … What is the difference betweenthe Quranic terms "Aqir" & "Aqeem" esp. that both terms are synonymous (they both mean ''barren") in modern Arabic? Any ideas? … Thank you …

Answer:

The Quranic term (Aqeem) comes in the context of destruction here: "Those who disbelieve will continue to be hesitant about it, until the Hour comes upon them suddenly, or there comes to them the torment of a desolate/Aqeem Day." (22:55); "And in Aad. We unleashed against them the devastating/Aqeem wind. It spared nothing it came upon, but rendered it like decayed ruins." (51:41-42); it refers to sterile men and woman (i.e., who cannot have children) here: "...and He renders whomever He wills sterile/Aqeem...." (42:50). The Quranic term (Aqir) means a barren woman here within the story of Zachariah: "He said, “My Lord, how can I have a son, when my wife is barren/Aqir, and I have become decrepit with old age?”" (19:8); "...and my wife is barren/Aqir...." (19:5); "He said, “My Lord, how will I have a son, when old age has overtaken me, and my wife is barren/Aqir?” He said, “Even so, God does whatever He wills.”" (3:40).

About the Quranic Term (Ajamy)

Published in June 17, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, …  What is meant bythe Quranic term (Ajamy); it is not a pejorative term to refer to non-Arabs, I hope. ........ … Thank you …

Answer:

It is not a pejorative term at all, unlike its usage in Sunnite books of myths. It refers to any gibberish talking or unintelligible sounds; it refers to any foreign tongues by any interlocutors never understood by hearers; hence, any foreign (i.e., non-Arabic) tongues were (Ajamy or unintelligible) to Arabs in Arabia in the 7th century A.D.: "We are well aware that they say, “It is a human being who is teaching him.” But the tongue of him they allude to is foreign/Ajamy, while this is a clear Arabic tongue." (16:103); "Had We made it a Quran in a foreign tongue/Ajamy, they would have said, “If only its verses were made clear.” Non-Arabic and an Arab? Say, “For those who believe, it is guidance and healing. But as for those who do not believe: there is heaviness in their ears, and it is blindness for them..." (41:44). The Lord God has decreed that human beings would have different tongues: "And of His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the diversity of your tongues and colors. In this are signs for those who know." (30:22).

About A Proverb!

Published in June 17, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, … Some people in my country assume that the proverb (like father, like son) is a hadith; I know that I never believe in hadiths and so are you, but is this proverb a hadith or not? Is its meaning OK within True Islam or not? Any ideas?  … Thank you …

Answer:

We never read it in books of Sunnite or Sufi hadiths. It comes from some poems composed by pre-Islamic poets of Arabia. This proverb goes against the Quran; no sons are forced to imitate or follow the footsteps of their unjust fathers; one chooses for oneself and (mis)guides oneself since (mis)guidance is an individual responsibility; this proverb goes against the following Quranic verses: "No burdened soul can carry the burden of another..." (35:18); "You cannot guide whom you love..." (28:56); "Whoever acts righteously does so for his soul; and whoever works evil does so against his soul. Your Lord is not unjust to the servants." (41:46).

About Pairs in the Quran

Published in June 18, 2020

Question: …  Dear Sir, … What is meant by paired/pairs in reference to the Quran itself in these two verses: "God has sent down the best of narrations: A Book consistent and paired. The skins of those who reverence their Lord shiver from it, then their skins and their hearts soften up to the remembrance of God. Such is God’s guidance; He guides with it whomever He wills. But whomever God leaves astray, for him there is no guide." (39:23) & "We have given you seven of the pairs, and the Grand Quran." (15:87)? …  Thank you …

Answer:

This refers to the fact that in the Holy Quran, similar verses and definitive ones explain one another; this is part of our Quranist methodology of how we understand the Quran; it is exemplified in the following two articles of ours in English found on the following links:

About the Quranic Verse 6:82

Published in June 18, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, … What is meant by the underlined part in this Quranic verse: "Those who believe, and do not mix/obscure their faith with injustices - those will have security, and they are guided." (6:82)? Any ideas? …  Thank you …

Answer:

It means that when monotheistic faith is sadly coupled/accompanied with committing injustices against people (and this pertains to grave sins) and dying without repentance and making amends, faith of such persons will never be accepted in the Hereafter.

About the Egyptian Proper Name Abdel-Baqi

Published in June 19, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, … The male proper name (Abdel-Baqi) is used a lot in Egypt; is OK within Islam/Quranism? Any ideas? …  Thank you …

Answer:

It is never OK. The Arabic term "Baqi" means (the remaining one); this name is never mentioned in the Quran as part of the Holy Epithets/Names of the Lord God. The Holy Name mentioned with nearly the same meaning is (the Last): "He is the First and the Last..." (57:3). Of course, it is a blasphemy and a grave sins to ascribe to the Lord God names He never employed in  the Quran: "To God belong the Most Beautiful Names, so call Him by them, and disregard those who blaspheme His names. They will be repaid for what they used to do." (7:180).

"Interpretation" Is Blasphemy & Disbelief

Published in June 19, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, … I wonder why books of Quranic interpretation or exegeses still exist and employed in the modern world though the ideas expressed in them pertain to the Middle-Age; does the Quran have one meaning in all eras? If not, how?! Any ideas? ..... Your aim is to refute such books, I presume............. …  Thank you …

Answer:

To assume that the Quran requires interpretation or exegeses pertains to blasphemy and disbelief; this is because in such a case, one denies the Quranic fact that the Quran is a Clear Book with Clear Verses as per the Quranic verses describing the Holy Quran, God's Word, itself. We have written a lot about this topic; you are welcome to our website to read more within our archive of writings and to watch our YouTube videos; you will find in them answers to all your questions about the Holy Quran.

About Al-Bokhary, Again!

Published in June 20, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, … I dislike your attacking the hadiths by the imams Al-Bokhary and Moslem; you attack these figures virulently to the consternation of Sunnites; by the way, any corrupt/false hadiths included in their books might have been added by anonymous Islam-hating authors after the death of both imams............... …  Thank you …

Answer:

Those polytheists who deify such books and such men seek to declare them innocent by any illogical means. We never care about the dead Persian man named Al-Bokhary (or the one named Moslem; both were among the Mages: the pagan ones who worshipped fire); regardless of the intention of such Persian authors to tarnish the image of Islam and to undermine it, our focus is to refute the books of Al-Bokhary and Moslem filled with blasphemous myths and lies. Many modern authors now try to defend the Middle-Ages Sufi authors/imams in the same manner by claiming that any bad/erroneous notions found in their books were authored by anonymous people after the death of this or that Sufi imam. Such defense is weak and unacceptable; the focus is to refute corrupt ideas regardless of their known or anonymous authors; their ideas never pertain to Islam at all.

The Role of Angels

Published in June 20, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, …  I'd like you to write about the role of the angels in this world within a Quranist vision.........  … Thank you …

Answer:

We intend to write in detail about this topic very soon; may the Lord God come to our aid in order to continue writing our unfinished books, researches, and articles. We assert here briefly that the angels of the Lord God manage the (meta)physical universe or realms (including, of course, the earth) by executing the commands/decrees issued by the Lord God; this is linked to the preordained fates; for instance, the Holy Quran tells us about the angels of death and the plural form is employed in Quranic verses about them.

About the Quranic Knowledge

Published in June 21, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir,  … Does the Quranic term (knowledge), mentioned in the contexts of Quranic stories of prophets/messengers, refer to divine revelation/inspiration they received or to Scriptures? Does the same term refer to the Quran itself in the Quranic story of Muhammad or to Wisdom/inspiration? Or does it refer to enabling Muhammad to be literate? Any ideas?  … Thank you …

Answer:

Muhammad was literate before his becoming a messenger/prophet of the Lord God, and he wrote the entirety of the Quranic text, in the present arrangement of Chapters and Verses, before his death. The term (knowledge) refers to the Holy Quran itself and to all Divine Books in general. For more details, we refer you to the following articles of ours, in English, found on the following links:

Worse than the Coronavirus Pandemic!

Published in June 22, 2020

Question: … Dear Sir, … In Egypt, where I live, some pharmacists and medical doctors who lack ethics and morals deceive people by selling to them, at exorbitant prices, some useless medicaments/vaccines which they claim to prevent being infected with the Coronavirus; they deceive people by taking advantage of their panic within this year of the pandemic! ... What is your own view of this?  … Thank you …

Answer:

Such frauds/criminals are worse and more dangerous thanthe Coronavirus pandemic itself; they consume ill-gotten money and forget that one day they will die and leave such ill-gotten wealth. Only people who have piety and conscience draw lessons from the test/ordeal of the Coronavirus pandemic which have spread worldwide; the greed of some people makes them forget their noble profession through which they should help others; sadly, their greed turns them into criminals. Even if they would run away from being punished within courts/prisons of this world, the Lord God will torment them in this world and in the Hereafter; their ill-gotten wealth will never avail them.
