The Egyptian Administrative Judiciary Court yesterday ruled to suspend the implementation of the State Supreme Security of the continued detention of the five Quranists who are pending investigations in the case.

The court said the reasons for judgment that they have reviewed the provisions of the Constitution and the Criminal Procedure Code and explained that the personal freedom of the human beings are created by the divine, and the Egyptian Constitution careful guaranteed and warned against prejudice, and prevent the restriction of liberty except by order of the competent judge or prosecutor general, and granted to the accused to resume Order Bjbsa of prosecution or imprisonment not to the magistrate or Misdemeanors Court of Appeal sitting in the room advice, and to underline the right to a fair trial .

The court added in its reasoning that they had invoked that the Supreme State Security Prosecution had accused the five defendants in the case, and decided to remand in custody pending investigation, and while doing so the prosecution did not allow them to appeal of the report is in custody reserve in contraventio n of the provisions of law.
