Yes. 

You can pray saying Al Fatehah by any language other than Arabic language . Islam is the religion of the Almighty Creator from the time of Noah until the end of this world . The Quran is for all human beings from the time of the final prophet to the End of this world . According to the Sura 14 , verse 4 , every messenger was sent to his people using their tongue ( Language ) , The five prayers was and still a part of Islam , so it is OK to pray using your own tongue .

The very important thing is to say every word in your prayer from the bottom of your heart devoting it to your Almighty Lord , concentrating in your prayer understanding what you say , knowing that you are talking to Him. 

The feeling of human heart is the real language of all human beings in this world and in the Day after. We will be judged by Our Lord in the Day of Judgement according to this universal language. 

You should not change the meaning of Al Fatehah when saying its meaning in your tongue , but you are free in saying what you express your feeling in talking to your Almighty Lord during Salat.
