What about my Grandma?!
Published in August 29, 2018
Question: … Dear Sir, … My late grandma was a very religious person; she performed the daily prayers regularly plus additional prayers; she paid zakat and charity money, etc. and she was a very good person who avoided sins and all evils; yet, she worshiped the mausoleum of Al-Badawi, the so-called saint worshiped and revered in my city (Tanta, in Egypt) and she used to commission those who slaughter animals there in honor of Al-Badawi as part of her vows! When I told her, before her death, that the worship of any mausoleum is sheer polytheism and that there is nothing called 'saints' within Islam, she was furious and screamed at my face; she told me to stop abusing the name of Al-Badawi so as to avoid his 'wrath' which may befall me! Was my grandma a polytheist? She died without repentance; she kept sanctifying Al-Badawi all her life! Will she enter into Hell in the Hereafter? What about her good deeds? … What do you think? … Thank you …
Answer:
As per our understanding of the Holy Quran, those who died as polytheists who deified and sanctified things/mortals/tombs besides Allah, and never repented of this sin before death, will enter into Hell for eternity; God nullifies their good deeds; their rewards from God for their good deeds and acts of worship were given to them only in this world while they were alive.

The Station of Abraham
Published in August 29, 2018
Question: … Dear Sir, … What is meant by the Quranic term (the Station of Abraham) mentioned in the verses 2:125 & 3:97? What is meant by the command given to Abraham and Ishmael to purify the Sacred Kaaba Mosque? … Thank you …
Answer:
God bless you and thank you for your good question; unlike the Saudi falsehood of randomly choosing a spot to label it as (the Station of Abraham) while putting a stone with footprints carved on it, the Quranic term (the Station of Abraham) simply means the Kaaba itself; God has guided Abraham to its original place; he traveled from the south of the Levant to Mecca and he rebuilt the Kaaba along with his first-born son Ishmael; he and Ishmael purified the location from all pagan idols/statues and mausoleums as such things pertain to polytheism; after finishing the process of rebuilding the Kaaba, Abraham was commanded by God to proclaim pilgrimage among all people of his era. Hence, the Quranic term (the Station of Abraham) refers to the Kaaba itself and nothing else.

About Circumambulation
Published in August 30, 2018
Question: … Dear Sir, … The Lord God has commanded believers in 2:125 to perform prayers at the Kaaba which is the Station of Abraham but nothing is mentioned about circumambulation or circling the Kaaba itself, right? Would circling it be something polytheistic? What do you think?… Thank you …
Answer:
Of course, not. Circling or circumambulating the Kaaba is an act of worship within pilgrimage; even in earthly/terrestrial man-made religions, polytheists circle around their sanctified idols/statues and mausoleums. Circling the Kaaba is the only circumambulation in Islam as per God's Quranic commands within verses about Hajj or pilgrimage; what is prohibited is to touch the Kaaba and/or to consider it as holy/sanctified item; no items/things or mortals are 'holy' in Islam; the Kaaba is a mere edifice destroyed and rebuilt several times through the centuries; its bricks and drapes (or Kiswah) are not holy items or relics; for more details, we refer you to our book about pilgrimage, in English, titled "Pilgrimage between Islam and the Muhammadans" found on this link: http://www.ahl-alquran.com/arabic/book_main.php?main_id=90

About the Christian Cross
Published in August 30, 2018
Question: … Dear Sir, … Is it OK if I put on a football T-shirt of a European club which has Christian crosses? Or this would be polytheistic? What do you think? … Thank you …
Answer:
It is OK as long as you never sanctify the cross. Sanctifying/deifying things/items is the prohibited sin within Islam (i.e., Quranism).

Their Worshiping Messengers & Prophets!
Published in August 30, 2018
Question: … Dear Sir, … God says in the Quran: "You and what you worship besides God are fuel for Hell..." (21:98); what about those who worship/deify Jesus Christ and Muhammad? Of course, Jesus and Muhammad had nothing to do with being worshiped after their death? They will not enter Hell for being worshiped after their death, right? But how will 21:98 be applied/realized in the Hereafter, then? … What do you think? … Thank you …
Answer:
Of course, polytheists do NOT worship the real/historical figures of the prophets Jesus and Muhammad mentioned in the Quran; rather, they worship imaginary deities that never existed and they named them as (Jesus) and (Muhammad). Polytheists worship nothing but jinn-devils and human-devils; this is exemplified by worshiping sanctified, self-deified clergymen who claimed they were infallible! Many Sufi sheikhs commanded people to worship/sanctify them as 'saints' before they die and to worship/sanctify their mausoleums after their death! This is the sin of self-deification. Such false deities/gods of jinn-devils and human-devils will enter forever into Hell-Fire alongside with their followers and worshipers.

Donating Meat for Charity Instead of Money
Published in September 1, 2018
Question: … Dear Sir, … I feel I should donate meat as charity for the poor instead of giving them money; many of the impoverished families in Egypt never taste meat all year long … What do you think? … Thank you …
Answer:
This is a very great idea; in the Quranic Chapter 108, God has commanded Muhammad to slaughter sacrificial animals to feed their meat to the poor; taking care of the poor, needy ones is a repeated command in the Quran; the pious ones feed the poor and the needy with the best food possible within their financial ability. Poverty rates increased in Egypt and the middle class seems about to disappear; soaring prices of food made some people within the poorer classes search for morsels of food in the garbage. Some poor people cannot buy but offal of chicken and their children seldom eat meat; when those poor families receive charity money, they never buy meat as it is very expensive and it is never part of their priority within their diet; the prefer buying cheaper food items to bring food on their tables for more days. We think that it is a very good idea to offer meat instead of charity money from time to time so as to please the children of the poorer classes; they do not deserve to be deprived of meat because of the bloody capitalists protected by the ruling pharaoh and his cronies among the affluent, filthily rich men.

This Is Absolutely Forbidden
Published in September 1, 2018
Question: … Dear Sir, … Is it OK to describe figuratively someone as the god or idol of rap or pop music or football? For instance, when we call a certain football team members as (gods of the stadium), are we committing a sin? We never mean to be polytheistic, of course. We never mean to deify or sanctify any human beings, you know. What is your own view of this? … Thank you …
Answer:
This is absolutely forbidden within Islam; human beings will be judged based also on what they utter/say; real monotheistic believers never say, even jokingly or unintentionally, that there are other gods alongside with Allah. Monotheists should care never to say anything unjust against their fellow human beings, let alone being unjust towards their Lord God. Those monotheists who believe in their Lord God must never utter or say that there are 'gods' of this or that thing.

Inheritance Shares within the USA
Published in September 3, 2018
Question: … Dear Sir, … I live in the USA since 40 years and I like very much your book about inheritance laws in the Quran; I'd like to write a will and testament as per Quranic laws; I will leave 1/4 of my wealth to my wife, and the rest will be divided as follows: 1/8 for my wife, 1/3 for my daughter, and 2/3 for my son … What do you think? … Thank you …
Answer:
This will be great; may God bless and reward you.

Sins and Supplications
Published in September 3, 2018
Question: … Dear Sir, … Do one's sins prevent one's supplications and prayers to be answered by God? … What do you think? … Thank you …
Answer:
Of course not; God commands believers in the Quran to implore, pray, and supplicate to Him; He has the right to answer or not to answer one's supplications; God knows what is best for each of us; answering one's prayers has nothing to do with the degree of faith and piety; supplications/prayers are acts of worship in themselves and they indicate sincere repentance when one commits sins. It is required that one supplicates to the Lord God in times of hardships and difficulties. God says in the Quran: "Say, "O My servants who have transgressed against themselves: do not despair of God's mercy, for God forgives all sins. He is indeed the Forgiver, the Clement."" (39:53).

Entering into Harmful Mosques, Again!
Published in September 4, 2018
Question: … Dear Sir, … You have written that it is forbidden that a Quranist person would perform Friday noon prayers (and indeed, any other congregational prayers within any other days) inside the harmful mosques of the Muhammadans; what about entering them in the first place since one will not hear sermons and will not perform prayers inside these mosques? … Is it forbidden to enter into all houses of worship of non-Muslims?! … Thank you …
Answer:
It is not forbidden to enter into mosques unless there are 'holy' mausoleums inside them, because God commands believers to keep away from such abominations. This applies to the mosques with Sufi/Sunnite mausoleums in Egypt, or any other countries (e.g., 'holy' mausoleums of Shiites in Iraq), and to the Yathreb-mosque mausoleum/abomination ascribed falsely to Muhammad. It is forbidden to listen to the sermons of the Muhammadans that undermine and contradict Quranic verses; it is better never to enter into mosques when sermons are about to be delivered because getting out in the middle of a sermon might be difficult or impossible and one should avoid getting into trouble with violent extremists.

About the Verses 20:95-97
Published in September 4, 2018
Question: … Dear Sir, … God says the following in the Quran about the dialogue between Moses and Samiri, the man who misguided the Israelites in Sinai and made the golden calf statue for them to worship: "He said, "What do you have to say, O Samiri?" He said, "I saw what they did not see, so I grasped a handful from the Messenger's traces, and I flung it away. Thus my soul prompted me." He said, "Be gone! Your lot in this life is to say, 'No contact.' And you have an appointment that you will not miss. Now look at your god that you remained devoted to - we will burn it up, and then blow it away into the sea, as powder."" (20:95-97) … My question is as follows: What is meant by (Messenger's traces) & ('No contact')? I cannot make anything out of 20:95-97, and I do not like what is written in exegeses/interpretation/commentary books of Sunnite authors of the Middle-Ages as their books are filled with myths, as you know … What is your own understanding of 20:95-97? … Thank you in advance for your time …
Answer:
We understand clearly from these verses and their Quranic context that during the absence of Moses at Mount Al-Tur in Sinai to receive the Tablets of the Scripture, a man known as Samiri made use of the influence of the Ancient Egyptian Pharaonic religion on the mentalities of the Israelites and convinced them to worship a golden calf he made from their golden bracelets, anklets, lockets, pendants, etc., and when Moses saw this, he was furious and he interrogated Samiri who replied by telling Moses nonsensical, unconvincing response; the reaction of Moses was to destroy the statue of the golden calf into pieces; the penalty of Samiri was to be shunned by people; those who touch him would be inflicted with disease and Samiri was harmed by disease if anyone would touch him. This is why for the rest of his life, he was bound to loudly say 'No contact' so as not to be touched by anyone near him; he lived within being avoided like an outcast. The moral lesson to be drawn from this Quranic story is clear as is the case of all Quranic stories of prophets/messengers: we are to adhere to the monotheism of (There is no God but Allah); we are to reject all false deities/gods fashioned by polytheists. Of course, silly Sunnite authors of the Middle-Ages have fabricated myths about Quranic stories; anything never mentioned by God in the Quranic stories is part of the metaphysical realm of the past; we cannot rely on guesses, conjectures, and surmises; God wants Quran-believing people to focus on the moral lesson to be drawn and not on omitted details; most Quranic stories do not mention details; what is not mentioned in the Quranic stories is not to be discussed or talked about so as not to fall into the trap of sinning. We are to focus on the moral lessons drawn from the Quranic stories.

A Question of Inheritance
Published in September 6, 2018
Question: … Dear Sir, … A woman demands from her paternal uncle her inheritance share from the deceased paternal grandpa, but her own father died many years before the death of this grandpa … Does she has any right to have a share or not? … Thank you …
Answer:
She has no right to demand any inheritance shares since her father died before her grandfather; dead people have no inheritance shares; the money left by the dead grandfather is to be distributed only among his sons and daughters and NOT his grandchildren.

Her Master?
Published in September 6, 2018
Question: … Dear Sir, … Why does God mention the term "master" and not ''husband'' in this verse about the Potiphar's wife: "...At the door, they ran into her master..." (12:25)? … Thank you …
Answer:
The term (master) shows that he spent money on her and gave her possessions and protection and that she possessed nothing of her own before she married him; yet, the Potiphar's wife was the mistress of her house, as we infer from this verse: "She in whose house he was living tried to seduce him..." (12:23).

No Wetting of Socks
Published in September 7, 2018
Question: … Dear Sir, … I'm a veiled woman who live and work in CA, USA; is it OK when I perform ablution before prayers at my workplace to wet the socks with water instead of washing my feet? It is difficult to remove my long socks at the bathroom. What about Tayammum though water is available? I feel so guilty! Any ideas? … Thank you …
Answer:
There is nothing in Islam as wetting of socks instead of washing the feet during ablution; this wrong idea is derived from erroneous fiqh notions of the Sunnite religion which has nothing to do with Islam. As for Tayammum, it is done using a kerchief, Kleenex, or something clean (and NOT dust or sand as assumed within Sunnite fiqh of Satan) when water is not available or when using it might harm the skin as per the medical advice of dermatologists. Thus, you should perform ablution properly by washing your feet with water so as not to feel guilty.

The Phrase (Peace be upon him)
Published in September 8, 2018
Question: … Dear Sir, … I dislike the fact that you rarely write, in your Arabic and English articles, nor even say at all, in your videos, the phrase (Peace be upon him) after you mention the name of our Holy Prophet Muhammad! Why is that?! … Thank you …
Answer:
There are no holy items, things, or persons in True Islam (i.e., Qurnaism); we do not have to overpraise Muhammad or any other messengers of the Lord God; we do not use this phrase or any other honorifics; wait for our YouTube "Quranic Moments" episode about this topic. You can read this English article of ours about this topic: ( http://www.ahl-alquran.com/English/show_article.php?main_id=14140 ) If you have read our entire archive of articles, you no doubt have noticed that we have used this phrase in the titles of two English articles: ( http://www.ahl-alquran.com/English/show_article.php?main_id=17124 / http://www.ahl-alquran.com/English/show_article.php?main_id=18582 ).

About the Job In Canada
Published in September 8, 2018
Question: … Dear Sir, … I've read the question about the young woman who seeks a job to teach the Quran in Canada; there is a (probably Sunnite) school that suits her near my house in Ontario and here is its website: https://www.alrowadca.com/home.html … My name is Wessam Judy and this young lady is welcome to contact me via email for more information: williambgl@gmail.com … Thank you …
Answer:
Thank you for your help, our son; we urge the Canadian young woman to contact Mr. Wessam Judy. We sincerely advise her to gratify the Lord God by teaching the Quranic verses themselves without inculcating her students any corrupt notions of the devilish earthly/terrestrial religions of Sunnites/Shiites/Sufis. A true Quranist believer should never help spread earthly/terrestrial religions of Satan so as not to incur the curse and wrath of the Lord God upon oneself.

Concentration and Piety within the Daily Prayers
Published in May 4, 2013
Question: … Dear Sir, … I have a big problem and I need your advice; I cannot achieve the proper level of concentration during the five daily prayers; I think my level of piety is low! I feel so guilty! … Once I begin my prayers, my mind keep thinking of worldly matters and I cannot be aware of the Quranic verses I recite! Any suggestions?! What shall I do to attain piety and concentrate more within the fear of the Lord God? … Thank you …
Answer:
May God bless you, our so; your question indicates that you are keen on attaining piety within the fear and awe of the Lord God; we will write an article about this topic about which you have posed your question. We briefly tell you here that you achieve piety before prayers by focusing on reading some Quranic verses on a daily basis, alone, while exerting conscious effort to concentrate; you should feel the greatness, majesty, and awe of the Omniscient, Omnipotent, Omnipresent Lord Allah inside your heart as you watch videos/shows and read about the creation of the earth and its creatures; do not get your mind busy thinking about anything while you perform ablution before prayers; keep glorifying the Lord with your mouth and heart until you get into the required mood for prayers within reverence; please remember that it is very insulting to God to commit the sin of performing prayers lazily and absentmindedly.
