He said to me: The collapse of the crane in Mecca happened on 9/11/2015, the 14^th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks in the USA. Is there a link between the anniversary and the crane collapse?

I said: If you allude to the collapse of the crane as a USA-led conspiracy to take revenge, then you are certainly mad. Conspiracy theories about foreign enemies are no longer valid. They are just a lame excuse for our errors and used as a red herring to drive away our attention from the real culprits in the KSA: the pact among tyranny, corruption, and clergy.

He said: What is the significance of the fall of the crane, then?

I said: It proves that the Saudi royal family does not care for the mecca shrine except for its investments; they care not at all for pilgrims after they pay the exorbitant prices of pilgrimage.

He said: What is the proof of this?

I said: Simply, security and safety measures in using huge cranes entail that they ought to be used away from gatherings. How come the KSA authorities use these cranes during the pilgrimage season with thousands of people around? This sort of negligence proves that lives of pilgrims hold no importance for the KSA royal family.

He said: But they establish very high establishments to care for the Kaaba, right?

I said: These are just investments; grand palatial hotels larger than Las Vegas hotels for gambling. This investment is an affront to the Kaaba; the Mecca shrine is being insulted since the establishment of the KSA.

He said: But they have a legitimate right to control the Mecca shrine.

I said: Not a legitimate right in Islam. This is injustice and an invasion. In order to control the shrine, they committed horrible massacres in the 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd current monarchy. This is an unjust invasion by force.

He said: But their control of the shrine is acknowledged internationally.

I said: This has no significance in Islam. The shrine being a private ownership of the KSA royal family is an insult toward God, the Real Owner of the shrine in Mecca. God made all people equal; whether they reside in mecca or coming there as a pilgrim.

He said: But the KSA royal family cares for the comfort of pilgrims in grand hotel services; residents of such hotels are able to watch the Kaaba in all directions.

I said: This is not done for the sake of the Kaaba or the pilgrims, but for the entertainment of wealthy pilgrims who afford to pay such exorbitant prices to reside in such hotels. This commercial investment is an affront to the Kaaba. Let alone their control of pilgrimage; they stop or allow whoever they choose to come. They repeat the affront of the Qorayish tribe when it stopped certain pilgrims from coming. This is known history.

He said: Is there a possible solution, then?

I said: I have written twice in this website to call for the liberation of the Kaaba shrine from the Saudi occupation.

He said: Muslims grew tired of the call for liberating Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem. You now add a new call for the liberation of the Kaaba shrine

I said: Islam contains nothing of a 'holy' site or mosque in Jerusalem. The mosque mentioned in the chapter of Al-Israa is Al-Tour Mountain in Sinai, Egypt. I have proved this in a research written here in this website. The Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem was built by the Umayyad caliph Al-Waleed Ibn Abdul-Malek. Prophet Muhammad never went there, but to Sinai beside Al-Tour Mountain like Moses. The mosque in Jerusalem was never visited by Prophet Muhammad as they claim in their falsehoods that fill volumes and tomes. Muslims cry for the Aqsa Mosque and the Israeli occupation but overlook the Saudi occupation of the Mecca Kaaba shrine. They forget the axis of evil: the KSA royal family. This family's creed, Wahabism, is an affront to God and real Islam, the Quran, and they stop peaceful pilgrims from coming to Mecca. Wahabism tarnishes the image of Islam and is the primary cause for killing millions of weak Muslims.

He said: But Israel occupies Arab lands and killed hundreds of thousands Arabs.

I said: This is true, but you forget as well that Saudi Wahabis have killed millions of peaceful civilian Muslims from 1745 AD to the present time. Those killed by crusaders and Israelis were mostly in wars and military raids.

He said: Do you forget the massacres of the crusaders and European occupiers of Arab lands?

I said:  No; it is you who have forgotten that the so-called companions of Prophet Muhammad were the ones who began conquering the Byzantine Empire and invasion of Asia Minor, Mediterranean islands in southern Italy, and Spain. Europe at the time never came near Arabia. Later on, Europe recaptured Asia Minor and Spain. Europe took revenge by crusades. The Ottomans attacked Europe and invaded Constantinople and Eastern Europe. They destroyed the Byzantine Emperor and hence made Europeans take revenge by occupying all Arab lands except for Arabia.

He said: What do you mean by all this historical accounts?

I said: All these wars were incited first by Arabs, and European wars came as a reaction.

He said: But European Byzantines occupied Egypt, the Levant, and North Africa.

I said: They were not Islamic states at the time.

He said: But Europe killed peaceful civilians; do you remember the crusaders who killed thousands in Jerusalem?

I said: Of course, I remember that. Yet, the same was committed by Wahabis in a different manner.

He said: How come?

I said: Wahabism urges the killing of peaceful Muslims and later on non-Muslim Europeans and Americans now. Wahabis wage wars against unarmed peaceful people. They used to kill villagers in the Levant and Iraq in this third KSA monarchy. Wahabis are professional killers of people in streets, mosques, churches, and means of transportation. ISIS and other similar terrorist groups kill peaceful persons in villages. This is the meanest sort of aggression. This is jihad as fashioned by Wahabis.

He said: But those killed by Wahabis are not millions as you suppose them to be.

I said: Remember: Wahabis caused the splitting of India into India and Pakistan. Ensuing wars were caused by Wahabi Pakistanis. Pakistan used to include the Bengal and the Punjab regions. Wahabism controls Western Pakistan as it is nearer to its borders. Eastern Pakistan is away from their influence, yet it is controlled by Western Pakistan. Wahabi Pakistanis consider Eastern Pakistanis as apostates as their creed is Sufism and not Wahabism. The Pakistani army killed 3 million Bengali peaceful Muslims in Eastern Pakistan in an unspoken-of massacre. The Pakistani army considered this 'legitimate' according to the Wahabi creed. Eastern Pakistan split from Western Pakistan through the aid of India. This is an example of the unknown victims of Wahabism. Those killed in the crane collapse are just numbers that will increase as long as the KSA royal family reigns with tyranny and corruption using Wahabi creed as their excuse and tarnish Islam by attributing to it all their crimes. Real Islam, the Quran, is a creed of peace, justice, and mercy.

He said: Saudi royal family is the culprit behind the crane collapse and Islam has nothing to do with them.

I said: Of course!

He said: Let us move to another point; God says in the Quran that the Mecca shrine is safe for all pilgrims. Why the crane fell? Why did God allow this to occur?

I said: People, their possessions, animals, are to be sure of their safety in Mecca as mentioned in the Quran, even hunting is not allowed: Remember these Quranic verses: " And We made the House a focal point for the people, and a sanctuary. Use the shrine of Abraham as a place of prayer. And We commissioned Abraham and Ishmael, "Sanctify My House for those who circle around it, and those who seclude themselves in it, and those who kneel and prostrate." (2:125). "The first house established for mankind is the one at Bekka; blessed, and guidance for all people.In it are evident signs; the Station of Abraham. Whoever enters it attains security. Pilgrimage to the House is a duty to God for all who can make the journey. But as for those who refuse-God is Independent of the worlds."(3: 96-97). "O you who believe! Do not violate God's sacraments, nor the Sacred Month, nor the offerings, nor the garlanded, nor those heading for the Sacred House seeking blessings from their Lord and approval. When you have left the pilgrim sanctity, you may hunt."(5:2). "O you who believe! God will test you with something of the game your hands and spears obtain, that God may know who fears Him at heart. Whoever commits aggression after that will have a painful punishment.O you who believe! do not kill game while you are in pilgrim sanctity. Whoever of you kills any intentionally, its penalty shall be a domestic animal comparable to what he killed, as determined by two honest persons among you-an offering delivered to the Kaabah. Or he may atone by feeding the needy, or its equivalent in fasting, so that he may taste the consequences of his conduct. God forgives what is past. But whoever repeats, God will take revenge on him. God is Almighty, Avenger.Permitted for you is the catch of sea, and its food-as sustenance for you and for travelers. But forbidden for you is the game of land while you are in pilgrim sanctity. And fear God, to whom you will be gathered."(5: 94-96).

He said: Yes, but why did the crane fall?

I said: God's orders in the Quran ought to be applied by people. This did not happen.

He said: How all this was applied in the times of Prophet Muhammad?

I said: When Prophet Muhammad controlled Mecca and non-peaceful polytheists revolted against him and attacked the sanctity of the Mecca shrine, the chapter of Al-Tawbah gave them the grace period of four lunar months of pilgrimage (Zu Al-Hijja, Muharram, Saffer, and Rabei Awwal) to abstain from violence and return to adherence of peace treaties, hence they might be brethren to peaceful believers. Otherwise, believers would wage war against aggressors. God says in this chapter in the Quran that aggressors should not enter the Mecca shrine anymore (unbelief here means aggression; not unbelief in the Quran). This shrine in Mecca the only spot that welcomes all peaceful mankind (Islam is the creed of peace; a Muslim is the peaceful one regardless of his faith, or lack of it). "O you who believe! The polytheists are polluted, so let them not approach the Sacred Mosque after this year of theirs. And if you fear poverty, God will enrich you from His grace, if He wills. God is Aware and Wise."(9:28). All verses, as I have written before several times, that deal with wars are concerned with defending oneself against aggressors, not fighting others due to their creed or lack of it. One's faith is for God to judge in the Doomsday. Islam in behavior literally means peaceful relations with all people.        

He said: I beg your pardon, you have not answered my question; how come safety is guaranteed in the Mecca shrine and yet people died in the crane fall?

I said: There is a Quranic legislation to cover this point of safety; and God can send angel to coerce people to apply the Quranic laws of justice and mercy, safety in Mecca, prevention of wars during months of pilgrimage, etc.

He said: Then why God does not do just that?

I said: If that happens, then there would be no need for Doomsday. God has given us His law in the Quran that tells us about the Day of Judgment. We are given the test of life: shall we obey and do good deeds or disobey and be among the wrongdoers? God has created us as free agents with free will to obey or disobey, to believe or disbelieve, then all mankind will be judged in the Afterlife based on the liberty given to us.

He said: Remind me please of the Quranic mention of the Qorayish tribe making ill-use of the shrine in Mecca on the economic level and used to stop people entering the shrine according to the tribe's will and orders. Is this repeated in our modern times?

I said: Let us be reminded of the verses tackling that issue:

1- "Yet why should God not punish them, when they are turning others away from the Sacred Mosque, although they are not its custodians? Its rightful custodians are the pious; but most of them do not know." (8: 34). Here, we find a threat of severe punishment and stating clearing that they are not pious if they prevent people from coming to Mecca. The Qorayish tribe pretended to be pious as it is the only tribe caring for pilgrims, yet they make use of Mecca for economic and political ends. The same happens now by the KSA royal family members.

2- " As for those who disbelieve and repel from God's path and from the Sacred Mosque-which We have designated for all mankind equally, whether residing therein or passing through-and seek to commit sacrilege therein-We will make him taste of a painful punishment."(22:25). The verse does not mention the tribe by its name, but says 'those who disbelieve'. Disbelief as an epithet describes the ones who commit the same crime mentioned in this verse anytime in any era. This crime is repelling others from God' shrine, who is supposed to be a safe haven for all people. This verse talks about severe punishment in the Afterlife for those who commit sacrilege and injustice in the shrine. This applies on the Saudi royal family.

3- When the tribe expelled Prophet Muhammad and all belivers from Mecca, God allowed defensive wars against aggressors. The tribe used to raid the city of Yathreb where the believers resided and during the peaceful months of pilgrims to coerce believers to return to their former creed of polytheism. God says in the Quranabout defensive wars: "They ask you about fighting during the Holy Month. Say, "Fighting during it is deplorable; but to bar others from God's path, and to disbelieve in Him, and to prevent access to the Holy Mosque, and to expel its people from it, are more deplorable with God. And persecution is more serious than killing. They will not cease to fight you until they turn you back from your religion, if they can. Whoever among you turns back from his religion, and dies a disbeliever-those are they whose works will come to nothing, in this life, and in the Hereafter. Those are the inmates of the Fire, abiding in it forever." (2:217). The KSA ruling family is now waging war against Yemen for no reason whatsoever, and continue to destroy Iraq and Syria. The KSA ruling family's aggression is continuous for all months; non-stop aggression even during pilgrimage.

4- However, God in the Quran prevents belivers from being the ones to start aggression; wars here were defensive and to stop attackers. "And let not the hatred of people who barred you from the Sacred Mosque incite you to aggression. And cooperate with one another in virtuous conduct and conscience, and do not cooperate with one another in sin and hostility. And fear God. God is severe in punishment." (5:2). Hence, Islam is a creed of peace as a paramount value prevalent in the Quranic text. There is no room for aggression. Wahabism, the base mean creed of hatred specializes in killing peaceful, weak people. This is against Quranic teachings.

He said: According to you, the KSA royal family in breeching peace during months of pilgrimage is repeating evildoing of the Qorayish tribe and the Prophet's companions in their aggressive invasions of other countries after the Prophet's death.

I said: That is true. The KSA ruling family did not invent this type of aggression. This is done first by their ancestors. the Qorayish tribe did that in the lifetime of Prophet Muhammad and Abou Bakr, the first caliph did that when he waged wars of aggression during the months of pilgrimage. This series of historical aggressive wars and invasions continued until the caliphate of Othman. During the caliphate of Ali Ibn Abou Talib, civil war ensued due to greed for money and authority. Other revolts in later years, like that of Al-Zubayer, caused aggression against the Kaaba shrine in Mecca. Caravans of pilgrims used to be attacked during the Middle Ages. Remember for example the Quaramites who killed several pilgrims. The Saudi family emerged in the same region of Najd and repeated the same sins on a larger unprecedented level.
