The Big Criminals, or Clergymen of Satan, Are the Taghut and an Abomination Which Must Be Avoided

Firstly: the peaceful jihad against the big criminals who are clergymen of Satan among the Muhammadans and other polytheists like them:
We have received this question, relevant to our topic here, via email and we have answered it in our section of fatwas ( the question and its answer, in English, are found on this link: http://www.ahl-alquran.com/English/show_article.php?main_id=19244); we quote the question and our reply to it in the lines below.
Putting Clergymen to Death?!
Published in January 8, 2018
Question: … Dear Sir, … I sometimes wonder if it would be legal/permissible in Islam to kill (or put to death) clergymen of the Muhammadans who misguide others and consume ill-gotten money while tarnishing the image of Islam and side with unjust ones and tyrants in our society........... What is your own view? … Thank you …
Answer:
This is sheer madness! Only murderers are put to death as retribution; innocent (i.e., non-murderous) people must never be killed, whether they are clergymen or not. Clergymen and their followers among the Muhammadans are sick people whose souls suffer from the ailment known as polytheism; no cure/remedy ever consists of putting the patients or sick ones to death! Are you out of your senses?! If you kill those whom you try to 'guide' and 'save', will they be 'guided' after their death?! Please sober up! Preserving human life (i.e., the right to live) is among the higher values of the Quran. All human beings change within several points in time: from disbelief to belief, from obedience to disobedience, from guidance to misguidance, from rebellion to repentance, and vice versa. As for clergymen, you should feel sorry for them as Hell is their fate if they die without repentance. Quranists will manage to guide many people and peacefully destroy the earthly/terrestrial religions of the Muhammadans if they have 1% of the means, media, and freedom of call/proselytization given to clergymen of the Muhammadans in the Arab world. Sadly, Quranists suffer media black-out imposed on them and they mostly take hiding and hide their religion to avoid severe persecution and/or getting killed. Islam is the religion of security and peace and dealing justly, fairly, and kindly with others even if they are non-Quranists. You must never forget that the Quran is a mercy offered to the humankind and it is not to be used/abused as a pretext to massacre and terrorize the humankind. We, Quranists, forgive clergymen who verbally abuse and insult us. The Lord God says the following in the Quran: "As for his statement: "My Lord, these are a people who do not believe." Pardon them, and say, "Peace." They will come to know." (43:88-89); "We did not create the heavens and the earth, and what lies between them, except with truth. The Hour is coming, so forgive with gracious forgiveness." (15:85); "Tell those who believe to forgive those who do not hope for the Days of God. He will fully recompense people for whatever they have earned. Whoever does a good deed, it is for his soul; and whoever commits evil, it is against it; then to your Lord you will be returned." (45:14-15).
Secondly: our peaceful jihad, using Quranist insights, against the clergymen of Satan:
1- This does not mean that monotheists would remain silent regarding how clergymen/sheikhs of Satan tarnish the name of Islam and distort it and how they misguide the Muhammadan masses; our peaceful jihad against is to preach the Quranic facts; the peaceful jihad by preaching the Quranic verses was also performed by Muhammad himself; the Lord God has told him the following: "Had We willed, We could have sent to every town a warner. So do not obey the disbelievers, but strive against them with it, a mighty jihad." (25:51-52).
2- The Quran is the Criterion to differentiate between the Truth and falsehoods; Quranists who preach Quranic verses or insights follow the path and footsteps of Muhammad: "Say, “This is my way; I invite to God, based on clear knowledge - I and whoever follows me. Glory be to God; and I am not of the polytheists.”" (12:108). The Quranic verses are insights for those who discern and ponder and seek to adhere to the monotheistic faith: "...Say, “I only follow what is inspired to me from my Lord.” These are insights from your Lord, and guidance, and mercy, for a people who believe." (7:203); "These are insights for the humankind, and guidance, and mercy for people who believe with certainty." (45:20). One is responsible for one's ignoring or pondering the Quranic insights; Muhammad himself was never a guardian over anyone or responsible for anyone: "“Insights have come to you from your Lord. Whoever sees, it is to the benefit of his soul; and whoever remains blind, it is to its detriment. I am not a guardian over you.”" (6:104).
3- Within our adherence to the Quranic Discourse and the Quranic verses/insights, we assert here the fact that the big criminals who are all the clergymen/sheikhs of Satan must be avoided and cursed as abomination, and this is in contrast to their being venerated and deified by the misguided, polytheistic Muhammadans.
Thirdly: the big criminals, who are all the clergymen of Satan, are the Taghut to be rejected and in which monotheists should disbelieve:
N.B.: The meaning of the Quranic term (Taghut) is explained in two articles of ours, in English, found on the following links: http://www.ahl-alquran.com/English/show_article.php?main_id=14342 + http://www.ahl-alquran.com/English/show_article.php?main_id=17984
Monotheists address their Lord God, within supplications, prayers, and other acts of worship, using the pronoun (You) [i.e., the French (Tu) instead of (Vous) or tutoyer and not vouvoyer, since the T–V distinction exists in some languages]; this is exemplified here: "...You are our Lord and Ally, so help us against the disbelieving people.”" (2:286).... "...You are our Ally, so forgive us, and have mercy on us. You are the Best of Forgivers.”" (7:155).... "...You are my Ally in this life and in the Hereafter. Receive my soul in submission, and unite me with the righteous.”" (12:101).... "...You will judge among Your servants regarding what they had differed about.”" (39:46). In contrast, no one among the Muhammadans would dare to address their Shiite/Sunnite or Azharite clergymen using the pronoun (You); the Muhammadans venerate, sanctify, deify, and believe in the Taghut (i.e., their clergymen) more than their belief in the Lord God. This means that to believe in Taghut means to disbelieve in the Lord God; the Muhammadans place their different types of deified Taghut above the Lord God the Creator of the universe! Hence, true monotheists must vociferously declare their disbelief in Taghut and their sincere belief dedicated 100% to the Lord God only. In fact, clergymen of Satan in their terrestrial religions impose on the masses/followers to submit totally to them and to believe in them. Hence, to disbelieve in Taghut is part of the sincerity and truthfulness of the monotheistic belief of all Quranists. The Lord God says the following in the Holy Quran.
1- This Quranic verse is about the meaning of the fact that (There is no God but Allah): "There shall be no compulsion in religion; the right way has become distinct from the wrong way. Whoever renounces Taghut and believes in God has grasped the most trustworthy handle; which does not break. God is Hearing and Knowing." (2:256). This means that the monotheistic belief in the Lord God within sincerity, devotion, and dedication 100% begins with the disbelief in Taghut; this is the meaning of (There is no God but Allah); i.e., one begins by disbelieving in all false gods in order to believe in Allah as the Only True Lord God without any partners or associates with Him.
2- The meaning of Islam/monotheism (or submission to the Lord God only) includes to ally oneself to the Lord God only; i.e., all monotheists believe in the fact that the Lord God they worship is their Only Ally; hence, He brings them from the darknesses of disbelief/polytheism to the Light of the Truth. In contrast, within the religions of polytheism/disbelief and darknesses, the allies of polytheists are clergymen; such clergymen are Taghut and they bring the polytheists from the Light of monotheistic instinct instilled in the human souls to the darknesses of disbelief/polytheism resulting in Hell for eternity: "God is the Ally of those who believe; He brings them out of darknesses and into light. As for those who disbelieve, their allies are the Taghut; they bring them out of light and into darknesses - these are the inmates of the Fire, in which they will abide forever." (2:257). Of course, the underlined plural words referring to Taghut refer also to thousands of deified and sanctified dead and living clergymen of the Muhammadans in all eras who have many honorific titles: saints/allies of Allah, Ayatollah, 'Grand Imam', Sheikh of Islam,...etc. Of course, Taghut includes the thousands of dead gods of the Muhammadans such as caliphs, imams, authors, theologians, and also the so-called companions of Muhammad. This is about the Muhammadans only; let alone the other non-Muhammadans who have their own so many false gods and their own Taghut.
3- Of course, Satan is the real fabricator of Taghut.
3/1: Satan inspired his allies with hadiths which are distracting tales/narratives or fancy words: "Likewise, We have assigned for every prophet an enemy - human and jinn devils - inspiring one another with fancy words in order to deceive. But had your Lord willed, they would not have done it. So leave them to their fabrications. So that the hearts of those who do not believe in the Hereafter may incline to it, and be content with it, and that they may perpetrate whatever they perpetrate. “Shall I seek a judge other than God, when He is the One who revealed to you the Book, explained in detail?” Those to whom We gave the Book know that it is the Truth revealed from your Lord. So do not be of those who doubt." (6:112-114). The following is about those who reject the Holy Quran, the Lord God's Word, within arbitration or judging as they insist on adhering on Taghut which is their hadiths/lies/falsehoods of false religions: "Have you not observed those who claim that they believe in what was revealed to you, and in what was revealed before you, yet they seek Taghut for arbitration, in spite of being commanded to reject it? Satan means to mislead them far away." (4:60). The true monotheists use the Holy Quran only for judging and arbitration in religious matters: "“Shall I seek a judge other than God, when He is the One who revealed to you the Book, explained in detail?”..." (6:114). Hence, when we, Dr. A. S. Mansour, call and urge all clergymen, who are the big criminals, of the Muhammadans to use the Quran as the Only Criterion to judge, the only response we get from them is more persecution and media black-out they impose on our person!
3/2: Satan made sinful caliphs feel that their heinous crimes, known as the Arab conquests, as if they were good deeds; they abused/misused the Holy Name of the Lord God by ascribing to it their injustices/crimes of looting, invading, massacring, raping, enslaving,...etc. within the conquered nations. Satan inspired their authors of fiqh and hadiths to 'justify' such aggression and grave injustices under the motto of 'religious' jihad. Sadly, this is part and parcel of the earthly religions of the Muhammadans until now. This is why the big criminals who are the clergymen of the Muhammadans believe in such fabrications and deify/sanctify the sinful caliphs. The Lord God here makes a comparison between the legitimate self-defense and the unjust military aggression: "Those who believe fight in the cause of God, while those who disbelieve fight in the cause of Taghut. So fight the allies of the Devil. Surely the scheme of the Devil is weak." (4:76).
Fourthly: the big criminals, who are all the clergymen of Satan, are the Taghut to be avoided:
1- For true Quran-believing monotheists, to disbelieve in Taghut includes to avoid it and to avoid its representatives and propagators; i.e., the clergymen of Satan.
1/1: This religious duty is imposed in all of the Divine, Celestial Messages/Books of the Lord God: "To every community We sent a messenger: “Worship God, and avoid Taghut.” Some of them God guided, while others deserved misguidance. So travel through the earth, and see what the fate of the deniers was." (16:36).
1/2: This is a general Quranic rule: "As for those who avoid the worship of Taghut, and returned to God - theirs is the good news. So give good news to My servants." (39:17); this means that those who avoid Taghut and adhere to monotheism receive beforehand the glad tidings of their entering into Paradise.
2- Avoiding the big criminals who are the clergymen of Satan means the following.
2/1: Instead of going to them and listening to them, monotheists must avoid them and distance themselves from them.
2/2: Instead of killing them or putting them to death, they should remain alive but they are to be avoided all the time.
2/3: Avoiding them means that they are danger from which monotheists must distance themselves; their posing a veritable danger must be made clear to people through preaching the Quranic verses/insights, and then, each person is responsible for his/her soul: "“Insights have come to you from your Lord. Whoever sees, it is to the benefit of his soul; and whoever remains blind, it is to its detriment. I am not a guardian over you.”" (6:104). For instance, monotheists should discuss, using the Quran, the features of deifying and sanctifying clergymen: honorific titles, deeming them as mediators to Allah, ascribing miracles to them...etc. Our focus is not on persons but rather is on descriptions and deeds; we never care about the dead person whose name is Ibn Berzaweih Al-Bokhary; we care only to undermine and expose the hadiths of Al-Bokhary book. Likewise, we never care for honorific titles granted to clergymen of Satan; these honorific titles are never mentioned in the Quran; they are never part of the Divine Revelation conveyed by Gabriel to Muhammad; this means they pertain to devilish fabrications of Satan.
Fifthly: the big criminals, who are all the clergymen of Satan, are an abomination to be avoided:
1- Abomination means metaphoric, figurative impurity pertaining to polytheism/disbelief and not physical, tangible uncleanliness; abomination also refers to polytheists who believe in abominations of polytheism. For instance, the mausoleums are very clean and shiny when one looks at them, but they are, in the sight of God, abominations of Satan's doing.
2- Abominations are wine, gambling, mausoleums, the claims to predict the future or to know the metaphysical realm of the invisible, and devilish hadiths/falsehoods/lies ascribed to the Lord God's Religion. We read the following Quranic verses about avoiding abominations.
2/1: "O you who believe! Wine, gambling, mausoleums, and divination are abominations of Satan’s doing. Avoid them, so that you may prosper." (5:90).
2/2: "...So stay away from the abomination of idols and stay away from uttering falsehoods." (22:30).
3- Those polytheists who are sick with abominations which fill their souls include the following.
3/1: Those who believe in Taghut/polytheism while claiming to be monotheists/Muslims: "...God thus lays abomination upon those who do not believe." (6:125).
3/2: Those polytheists who believe in falsehoods/lies/hadiths: "...and He lays abomination upon those who refuse to understand." (10:100).
3/3: Those who worship and deify names of false gods; Hud said the following to his people of Aad: "He said, “Abomination and wrath have befallen you from your Lord. Are you arguing with me over names, which you and your ancestors invented, for which God sent down no authority? Just wait; I am waiting with you.”" (7:71).
3/4: The hypocrites; we read the following Quranic verses about them: "They will swear to you by God, when you return to them, that you may leave them alone. So leave them alone. They are an abomination, and their destiny is Hell; a reward for what they used to earn." (9:95); "But as for those in whose hearts is sickness: it adds abomination to their abomination, and they die as disbelievers." (9:125).
4- The above points apply to the big criminals of our modern era, and in all past, present, and future eras, because Satan never tenders his resignation and never goes on a vacation!
Lastly: the difference between dealing with tyrants and clergymen as both are the two types of big criminals:
1- The big criminals in general are of two types: (A) enthroned tyrannical rulers, and (B) clergymen of Satan.
2- Enthroned tyrants employ their military armed forces and armed policemen to oppress and terrorize unarmed citizens of their nations; hence, tyrannical rulers always rule using terrorism, torture, and injustice; they compromise and reject justice and equity. The Divine Books which contain principles of justice were sent with the purpose of making people apply and uphold justice; this requires raising people's awareness to make them reject their idleness and passivity and their submission to mortal human beings like them and also to make them move, organize/mobilize, and demand their rights. Their causing the abdication/ouster of an enthroned tyrant does not signify their carrying another tyrant to the throne but to uphold justice which means political and social justice within equality, democracy, human rights, fair judging, financial care for the needy/poor, etc. Tyrants never give up or cede their power willingly since they have committed injustices against millions of citizens and robbed an smuggled their money; tyrants know about the zero equation of it is either them or the nation; i.e., one of these two parties must thrive/survive at the cost of the life of the other party. This means that bloodshed seems inevitable; sacrifices must be made so that people and their progeny live within dignity in their limited, preordained durations of life in this transient world. Besides sending the Divine Books aiming at upholding justice, the Lord God has also sent iron which is the main component of fabricating weapons; the justice-seeking citizens must resort to iron with its violent force, as an alternative, to impose justice and remove tyrants if they could not uphold justice peacefully using the Lord God's Word: "We sent Our messengers with the clear proofs, and We sent down with them the Book and the Balance, that humanity may uphold justice. And We sent down iron, in which is violent force, and benefits for humanity. That God may know who supports Him and His messengers invisibly. God is Strong and Powerful." (57:25).
3- Enthroned tyrants need to ride/control clergymen who help them ride/control the citizens of their nations. To kill or put clergymen to death is futile; more of them will emerge and will be worse than their predecessors; if facing and removing enthrone tyrants may require iron or violent force, this is in contrast to facing clergymen peacefully within raising awareness of people using the Quranic facts. Hence, we and other Quranists call everyone to despise, curse, avoid, and to disbelieve in clergymen of Satan instead of sanctifying, venerating, and believing in them and resorting to them. Of course, this is all about descriptions, deeds, and honorific titles of clergymen of all types and not to specific persons themselves.
4- If the clergymen controlled/ridden by tyrants collapse and fall, this may result also in the collapse/toppling of tyrants, and in that case, this may prevent the use of iron with its violent force.
