I have recently Reverted to Islam. I'm currently reading a Quran that seems to have the history of events attached alongside the messages of God. This is aimed to help the reader understand when and why certain passages of the Qur'an were revealed...</div>

1)If it is the genuine word of God, why does events and times in prophet Muhammads life effect the message of God? </div>

2) why did Muhammad try to gain access to the kaa ba (house) while the Quran was being revealed? If he is the prophet he would have led by example?</div>

3) Does the history of Muhammad make the Qur'an more understandable?</div>
