Agha Khan Their Deity!

Question: … Dear Sir, … What is your opinion of today's Ismaili Shiite Imam Kareem Al-Husseiny Agha Khan (may the peace and blessings of the Lord God be with him) the Holy Imam/Leader of Muslims and who descended from the progeny of Abraham and Muhammad? Why are you disregarding the Light of our Holy Imam and follow only your mind to understand the Quran? Those who follow their whims and views to ponder the Quran (and refrain from following Holy Imams) are failures and losers in the Hereafter as per the words of the late Holy Imam Abou Abdullah the Truthful (may the peace and blessings of the Lord God be with him)...........   … Thank you …

Answer:

 This message is from a Shiite person; we assert to him that followers of the religion of Shiite Ismailism are free to sanctify and worship this or that imam as a deity besides Allah; they are free to give the imam gold as much as his weight is and to leave the poor impoverished and hungry. They are free to never use their minds to ponder the Quran; they are free to be ignorant cattle who never understand. We, as a Quranist thinker, respect their freedom of religion and we expect mutuality; i.e. Ismaili Shiites must respect the freedom of religion for everyone, especially Quranists. On the Last Day, all humanity will stand before the Almighty Dominant Lord God for Judgment, and He will settle our religious disputes and differences.

The Problem of my Only Son!

Question: … Dear Sir, … After my wife bore me 4 girls, she bore me a son at last; she pampered him very much and never refused him anything. She died years ago, while leaving the problem to me. The problem of my only son is that he is too much spoiled now. Having spent thousands of L.E. on him for his private lessons, he flunked his High-School exams; he hates studying. I made him learn a craft and he excelled at it (the owner of the workshop told me that); yet, he never works at the workshop except to please himself and to prove to himself how wonderful he is! This means he does not care to make money! His measly stipends are spent inside the cafés with his friends! He keeps taking my money so that he'd continue smoking hash and consume luxurious meals! I tried to urge him to make more money to get married (he's over 30 years old now!), but he does not seem interested! All my plans to reform him and to teach him the sense of responsibility failed! What am I supposed to do?! Any advice?! Please help me!     … Thank you …

Answer:

  You must get him out of the house for good; do not keep him under your roof; keep him out of your mind as well. You are the reason for his failure; stop giving him money; stop pampering and caring too much for him. you – and your late wife – have spoiled and corrupted him; that is enough. Let him have the chance to live on his own elsewhere away from you; this will force him to depend on himself.

The Quranic Term (Salaf)

Question: … Dear Sir, … Wahabi Salafists take pride in the so-called good ancestors/Salaf; are such men of history mentioned in the Quran? They are never part of Islam, are they?! Any ideas?! … Thank you …

Answer:

 The so-called companions of Muhammad mentioned in history books are very bad, unjust, impious people who massacred and invaded; they consumed ill-gotten money; history mentions only those tyrants who vied for more transient possessions of this temporary world and rejected the Hereafter. The good, pious companions whose names are never mentioned in history are those who never participated in the crime known as the Arab conquests which began once Muhammad died. The good ones whose names are unknown never sought corruption and never desired superiority on Earth, in contrast to the sinful caliphs and their men. The Quranic term (Salaf) means past things which are negative things or sins. Let us exemplify this: " O you who believe! do not go hunting while you are in pilgrim sanctity...God forgives what is past/Salaf. But whoever repeats, God will take revenge on him. God is Almighty, Avenger." (5:95); "There, every soul will experience what it had done previously/Salaf; and they will be returned to God, their True Master; and what they used to invent will fail them." (10:30); " Say to those who disbelieve: if they desist, their past/Salaf will be forgiven. But if they persist—the practice of the ancients has passed away." (8:38). The term (Salaf) here is the bad example of Moses' Pharaoh followed by the misguided ones: "And when they provoked Our wrath, We took retribution from them, and We drowned them all. Thus We made them a precedent/Salaf and an example for the others." (43:55-56).

About the Quranic Term (Noshor) and the Root N/Sh/R

Question: … Dear Sir, … The Quranic term (Noshor); i.e., Resurrection, and its root in Arabic N/Sh/R seem to be employed in other senses in certain Quranic verses; any ideas?! … Thank you …    

Answer:

 Of course, the term (Noshor) refers to Resurrection in, e.g., 80:21-22, 67:15, 21:21, 25:3, 25:40, and 44:35. This term refers to cycles of life and death of plants in 43:11 and 35:9 and the cycle of day and night in 25:47. The root N/Sh/R and its derivations are employed elsewhere to refer to the fact that books of deeds of every human being will be apparent and will emerge on the Last Day; see 52:3, 17:13, and 74:52.

About the Battle of Badr

Question: … Dear Sir, … I'd like you to tell me something about this Quranic phrase about the battle of Badr: "When you appealed to your Lord for help, He answered you, "I am reinforcing you with one thousand angels in succession."" (8:9). … Thank you …      

Answer:

 The Meccan disbelieving polytheists of the Qorayish tribe forced Muhammad and the early believers to leave their money/assets in Mecca and forced them to leave; they settled in Yathreb; their possessions in Mecca were confiscated by Qorayish; such money included trade-money of the winter and summer trade caravans of Qorayish. After settling in Yathreb, the immigrants had the right to retrieve their money; this is the direct cause of the battle of Badr; they attacked (with a small-numbered troop led by Muhammad) a trade caravan of Qorayish which passed near Yathreb. They were not very much prepared to face massive armies of the Meccans; this was a decisive battle. The early believers felt afraid and implored their Lord God for help; they knew if they were defeated, they will be annihilated and the burgeoning city-state of Yathreb will come to an end, especially that it was threatened by Quran-hating hypocrites and Arab Jews. The Lord God miraculously granted victory to the early believers and answered their prayers.

"...God intends to prove the Truth with His words, and to uproot the disbelievers." (8:7); "It was not you who killed them, but it was God who killed them. And it was not you who launched when you launched, but it was God who launched. That He may bestow upon the believers an excellent reward. God is Hearing and Knowing." (8:17)

About the Quranic Chapter 106

Question: … Dear Sir, … Would you please tell me your ponderings about the Quranic Chapter 106 titled (Qorayish)? … Thank you in advance …      

Answer:

 The Lord God says the following in the Quran: "For the security of Qorayish. Their security during winter and summer journeys. Let them worship the Lord of this House. Who has fed them against hunger, and has secured them against fear." (106:1-4). This is the entirety of the Quranic Chapter 106. The Qorayish tribe had two annual trade caravans and journeys into Yemen in the winters and into the Levant in the summers; Mecca was a very important center of trade for all Arabian tribes. The Quran allow pilgrims to engage into trade (i.e., selling and purchase) as per this verse: "That they may witness the benefits for themselves, and celebrate the name of God during the appointed days..." (22:28). God has urged the Meccans, led by Qorayish, to worship Him within monotheism and to be thankful to Him: "...Did We not establish for them a Safe Sanctuary, to which are brought all kinds of fruits, as provision from Ourselves?..." (28:57). The presence of Qorayish around the Kaaba as its guardians helped its trade to flourish. Other tribes in Arabia elsewhere fought one another and knew no security and safety. No one among these tribes dared to attack/raid caravans of Qorayish which protected their idols or statues of the gods inside Mecca around the Kaaba. "Do they not see that We established a Secure Sanctuary, while all around them the people are being carried away? Do they believe in falsehood, and reject the Bounty of God?" (29:67)

Public Corporal Penalties

Question: … Dear Sir, …  I worked inside the KSA for years before I returned to my homeland – Egypt – in order to save money for the sake of my kids. The years I spent there are the worst ones of my life; the memories are still haunting me in my nightmares; I mean scenes of people being put to death in public either by stoning or by the sword; people (like me!) were forced to gather and watch! This has nothing to do with mercy! Is this application ofpublic corporal penalties part of Islam or the terrestrial Sunnite religion, as you call it?! I send you this message for the third time! Any ideas?! … Thank you …      

Answer:

 There is no stoning to death in Islam (i.e., Qurnaism). Putting people to death for adultery/fornication, sorcery, rejection of prayers, drinking wine, or leaving Islam have nothing to do with Islam. the capital punishment in Islam is applied only to murderers and killers. It is suspended if the murderers pay Diyya money for the family of the victim and when the family accepts and pardons. All corporal penalties (i.e., flogging fornicators in public [see 24:2] and cutting off hands of thieves in private) are suspended and not applied if the offenders declare their repentance in public (e.g., at court). Corporal penalties in the Quran aim at reform and not retribution. The highwaymen and terrorists who kill and steal and spread corruption are to be killed in public [see 5:33]. Terrorists consider their heinous crimes as 'jihad'; most 'Muslims' have fallen into the trap of worshiping and following Satan and created terrestrial religions and devilish hadiths (see 7:27-28, 36:60, and 6:112-114). The Saudi laws are against Islam; they publicly put offenders to death to terrorize people and force them to fear the cursed Al-Saud royal family members.

The Quranic Term (Distortion)

Question:  … Dear Sir, … Would you please tell me more aboutQuranic term (distortion)? … Thank you …      

Answer:

 The Lord God's Book, the Holy Quran, has no room for distortion: "Praise be to God, who revealed the Book to His servant, and allowed in it no distortion. Valuable..." (18:1-2); "We have cited in this Quran for humankind every ideal, that they may take heed. An Arabic Quran, without any distortion, so they may become pious." (39:27-28). Thus, God's Religion is the Straight Path with no defects, crookedness, or defects, in contrast to the corrupt earthly religions of Satan and their imams/leaders and followers. They hate God's Religion and seek (in every era) to introduce distortions: "...And woe to the disbelievers from a severe torment. Those who prefer the present life to the Hereafter, and repel from the Path of God, and seek to make it distorted - these are far astray." (14:2-3); "And do not lurk on every path, making threats and turning away from the path of God those who believe in Him, seeking to distort it..." (7:86); "Say, "O People of the Scripture, why do you hinder from God's path those who believe, seeking to distort it, even though you are witnesses? God is not unaware of what you do."" (3:99). This is about them on the Last Day: "Who commits graver wrong than he who fabricates lies about God? These will be presented before their Lord, and the witnesses will say, "These are they who lied about their Lord." Indeed, the curse of God is upon the unjust ones. Those who hinder others from the Path of God, and seek to make it distorted; and regarding the Hereafter, they are in denial." (11:18-19); "...Thereupon a caller will announce in their midst, "The curse of God is upon the unjust ones.""Those who hinder from the path of God, and seek to distort it, and who deny the Hereafter."" (7:44-45).

About the Sacred Kaaba Mosque

Question: … Dear Sir, … Has the Sacred Kaaba Mosque become a harmful mosque? devilish narratives/hadiths are being spread inside it and the cursed Al-Saud criminals brag there of their unjust war against Yemen; obsequious Saudi sermonizers there incite and celebrate the killing of peaceful Saudi Shiites...................  … Thank you …   

Answer:

 The harmful mosques are the ones established from the very start to fight against the Quran and to spread devilish revelations; e.g., the one built by hypocrites in Yathreb. This does not apply to the Kaaba: the very first House of the Lord on Earth for all people. Of course, the unjust ones manipulate the Kaaba for political and financial reasons; they desecrate it; this occurred in the past centuries until now. Qorayish did so before, during, and after Muhammad's lifetime. Wahabis do so now; the Shiite Qarmatians did so in the past. This is not to mention the fight inside Mecca between the dissident Abdullah Ibn Al-Zubayr and the Umayyads, resulting in the destruction of the Kaaba itself. Of course, those who manipulate the Kaaba will be punished in Hell if they die without repentance.

About the Quranic Context 36:1-5

Question: … Dear Sir, … What is your ponderings on 36:1-5? … Thank you …     

Answer:

 The Lord God says in the Quran: "Ya, Seen. By the Wise Quran.You are one of the messengers. On a Straight Path. The revelation of the Almighty, the Merciful." (36:1-5)

1- "Ya, Seen." (5:1). These separate letters have to do with the numerical miraculous features of the Quran (like other separate letters; e.g., Alif, Lam, Meem); (Yaseen) is NOT a name for Muhammad

2- "By the Wise Quran." (5:2). This verse is linked to the one before it and the one after it; the Wise Quran includes numerical miraculous features; it is the Divine Message conveyed by Muhammad from God Himself. 

3- "You are one of the messengers." (5:3). This is an assertion of the fact that Muhammad is God's envoy/prophet/messenger.  

4- "On a Straight Path." (5:4). This is another name of the Quran: the Straight Path.

5- "The revelation of the Almighty, the Merciful." (5:5). This is a description of the Quran itself; its source is no one but Allah Himself.

About the Quranic Verse 9:74

Question: …  Dear Sir, …  What is meant by this Quranic phrase: "...And they plotted what they could not attain..."(9:74)?   …  Thank you …        

Answer:

  In 9:74, this is about the failed plots/conspiracies of the hypocrites of the Yathreb city-state; we do not know what they desired to attain; not much details are mentioned about these plots; the focus is on the moral lesson to been drawn; this applies to all Quranic stories. We are NOT to resort to guesses or conjectures here since no details are mentioned in the Quran. A similar phrase is mentioned here: "God repelled the disbelievers in their rage; they attained no advantage. God thus spared the believers combat. God is Strong and Mighty." (33:25); this is about the fact that the aggressive confederates who attacked Yathreb and were defeated by God Himself without any battles.

About the Quranic Verse 20:124

Question: … Dear Sir,  … What is meant by (confined life) here: "But whoever turns away from My Reminder, for him is a confined life. And We will raise him on the Day of Resurrection blind.""(20:124)? Does this expression mean impoverishment? Any ideas? … Thank you …

Answer:

 No; poverty is not meant here; 20:124 is about those who deny the Quran and the Hereafter; their focus is on temporary possessions and decorations of this transient world. They struggle for worldly aims and items; their confined life is their unhappiness, fear, disappointment, and extreme anxiety, even if they are very rich. They never taste comfort and peace of mind.

The Term [Imam(s)] in the Quran

Question: … Dear Sir, … What is meant by the terms (imam) and (imams) in the Quranic text? This is not a rank among clergymen, for sure; right?! You said there are no clergymen in True Islam............. …  Thank you …

Answer:

 The Quranic term imam(s) refers to two things: either [1] leader(s) of (dis)belief or [2] book(s). 

 The imams/leaders of belief, piety, and guidance are mentioned, e.g., here: 2:124, 25:74, 21:73, and 32:24. The imams/leaders of misguidance and disbelief are mentioned, e.g., here: 9:12 and 28:41.

 The (imam) is the Divine Book here: "Is he who possesses a clear proof from his Lord, recited by a witness from Him, and before it the Book of Moses, an imam/guide and a mercy?..." (11:17); "And before it was the Book of Moses, an imam/guide and a mercy..." (46:12). And it is the Book of Deeds on the Last Day here: "On the Day when We call every people with their imam/book. Whoever is given his record in his right hand - these will read their record, and they will not be wronged one bit." (17:71); "It is We who revive the dead; and We write down what they have forwarded, and their traces. We have tallied all things in a Clear Book/imam." (36:12).

 The word (imam) here refers to locations before one's eyes; i.e., in front of one; e.g., here: "The people of the Woods were also unjust ones. So We took revenge upon them. Both are in a clear location/imam." (15:78-79).

The Term (Al-Hameed) in the Quran

Question: … Dear Sir,  … Please tell me more about the Lord God's Holy Name (Al-Hameed) and how it's mentioned in the Quranic text, as my father's name is Abdel-Al-Hameed … Thank you …     

Answer:

 It literally means (Praiseworthy); it refers to the fact that the Lord God is the Only One Who deserve praise, glorification, and sanctification. We praise Him daily within our prayers within reading the Quranic Chapter One: "Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds." (1:2). The term (Al-Hameed) is mentioned on its own in 22:24; it is mentioned after the Holy Name (Al-Wali; or the Ally) in 42:28. It is mentioned after the Holy Name (Al-Aziz; or the Glorious) in 14:1, 34:6, and 85:8. It is mentioned after the Holy Name (Al-Ghaney; or the Rich) in 22:64, 31:26, 35:15, 57:24, and 60:6.

The Terms (Hujja) and (Hejaj) in the Quran

Answer:

The term (Hejaj) means (years) in the story of Moses and his father-in-law: "...I want to marry you to one of these two daughters of mine, provided you work for me for eight years/Hejaj. But if you complete ten, that is up to you..." (28:27).

The term (Hujja) means argument here: "...So that the people may not have any argument/Hujja against you..." (2:150); "...Let there be no argument/Hujja between us and you..." (42:15); "When Our clarifying Verses are recited to them, their only argument/Hujja is to say, "Bring back our ancestors, if you are truthful."" (45:25); "That was Our argument/Hujja which We gave to Abraham against his people..." (6:83); "Say, "To God belongs the conclusive argument/Hujja. Had He willed, He would have guided you all."" (6:149). "...their argument/Hujja is invalid with their Lord...." (42:16); "Messengers delivering good news, and bringing warnings; so that people may have no argument/Hujja before God after the coming of the messengers. God is Powerful and Wise." (4:165).

The Term (Guardian) in the Quran

Answer:

  Sometimes, this Quranic term describes God and in some other  verses, it describes human beings. Joseph describes himself here: "He said, "Put me in charge of the storehouses of the land; I am a knowledgeable guardian."" (12:55); Muhammad is no guardian over anyone; see 4:80, 6:104, 42:48, 6:107, 42:6, and 11:86. The Lord God is the Guardian over everything in the universe: 11:57, 34:21, and 50:4. The Lord God makes His angel guardians who keep records/books of deeds of human beings; see 86:4, 13:11, and 82:10-12.

 The Term (Burdens) in the Quran

Question: … Dear Sir,  … What is meant by the Quranic term (burdens)? … Thank you …    

Answer:

 It refers to literal heavy things and loads here: "And they carry your burdens to territory you could not have reached without great hardship..." (16:7). It refers to sins here: "They will carry their own burdens, and other burdens with their own..." (29:13). It refers to the resurrected souls after the Hour: "And the earth brings out its burdens." (99:2). It refers to the Last Day: "As for these: they love the fleeting life, and leave behind a Day of Burdens." (76:27). It refers to the Quran here:"We are about to give you a burdened message." (73:5).

About Jesus in the Quranic Verse 5:116

Question: … Dear Sir, … Why will God ask Jesus about his being deified after his death as per 5:116, though he had not witnessed such polytheism during his lifetime? Any ideas?! … Thank you …  

Answer:

  The Lord God says the following in the Quran: "And God will say, "O Jesus son of Mary, did you say to the people, `Take me and my mother as gods rather than Allah?'" He will say, "Glory be to You! It is not for me to say what I have no right to. Had I said it, You would have known it. You know what is in my soul, and I do not know what is in Your soul. You are the Knower of the hidden.  I only told them what You commanded me: that you shall worship God, my Lord and your Lord. And I was a witness over them while I was among them; but when You took me to Yourself, You became the Watcher over them-You are Witness over everything. If You torment them, they are Your servants; but if You forgive them, You are the Mighty and Wise." God will say, "This is a Day when the truthful will benefit from their truthfulness." They will have Gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will remain forever. God is pleased with them, and they are pleased with Him. That is the great victory. To God belongs the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth and what lies in them, and He has power over everything." (5:116-120).

  The reason is that Jesus will disown his worshipers who deified him and deified his mother Mary. The Lord God will reward him for his truthfulness. Each messenger/prophet will be questioned by God about his people; Muhammad is no exception to this rule; Muhammad is deified now by the Muhammadans; he will disown them for their forsaking the Quran despite their professing their belief in it: "And the Messenger will say, "My Lord, my people have abandoned this Quran."" (25:30).

Civilized Dialog

Question: … Dear Sir, … A Christian man with whom I discuss Quranic topics to preach to him within the cyberspace and answer his questions has asked me about this verse: "...And Either you, or we, are rightly guided, or in evident error. "Say, "You will not be asked about our misdeeds, nor will we be asked about what you do."" (34:24-25); he tells me how come that the Quran ascribes misdeeds to God and not to Satan. How can I reply to this? Any ideas?! … Thank you …  

Answer:

 Misdeeds here are ascribed to believers. This Christian man is an ignoramus who hates the Quran; do not argue with him and his likes. The verses 34:24-25 are part of civilized dialog between Muhammad and the early believers on the one hand and the disbelievers on the other hand. They accused Muhammad of being a madman and a sorcerer; he told them they are not responsible for misdeeds of believers; the believers are not responsible for deeds of disbelievers. This interfaith civilized dialog does not ascribe misdeeds to disbelievers; Muhammad was keen on guiding them by preaching the Quran and on winning them over to Islam.

No Complete Ablution Is Needed

Question: … Dear Sir, … I saw a stain in my clean underwear though I did not experience any wet-dreams; should I perform complete ablution (i.e., showering or taking a bath) or not? This stain may be an old semen stain which remained after washing my underwear. Any ideas?! … Thank you …        

Answer:

 No complete ablution is needed in that case.
