The Sunnite Religion and Issuing Legislation Never Permitted by God

Introduction:
1- Within our article (in English) titled "The Permissible and the Prohibited Food Items in Quranic Sharia Legislations" (http://www.ahl-alquran.com/English/show_article.php?main_id=17003), we have asserted briefly while quoting many Quranic verses about food items prohibited by God that no one is to add to the list of these items. We have concluded the following points: (A) permissible items are good and the prohibited ones are impure, (B) most things/items in life are permissible, with few exceptions of items prohibited in the Quran; items not mentioned as such are allowed and permitted, (C) to prohibit permissible items is sheer polytheism, and (D) To prohibit permissible items violates God's right to be the Only Legislator in Islam. In another article (in English) titled "The Quranic Sharia Legislation Methodology of Prohibition: A Practical Study" (http://www.ahl-alquran.com/English/show_article.php?main_id=17015), we have concluded that human beings are not to add to list of prohibited items in the Quran and never to allow these items as permissible. The domain or area of legislations that people can interfere with is adjoining goodness and preventing evil within verbal advice and that the State may issue laws to regulate the usage of permissible items by citizens, within democratic mechanism while applying higher Quranic values and purposes of justice, equality, facilitation, ease, etc. One is permitted to apply social norms within justice for all; this is what should be within a secular Quran-based rule of a given State based on human rights and direct democracy, as was the case of Muhammad's Yathreb city-state that ended when he died. We have written before in Arabic and in English on the topic of direct democracy in Islam an mechanism of applying it within Islamic Shura consultation; this is applied partially now in some states in the USA, Canada, Austria, and Switzerland. But most countries now apply the parliamentary indirect democracy of representatives. We have written before articles on the secular Quran-based rule that has nothing to do with theocracy of Wahabis (Sunnite Salafists and the terrorist MB group). This contrast asserts the fact that for 13 centuries, the Muhammadans have rejected the Quran and its teachings of human rights, and that Quranist intellectual peaceful jihad is the first step to save Arabs/Muhammadans from civil wars that will result of Wahabi and Shiite theocracies are established in Arab countries.
2- As we continue showing the contrast and contradiction between the Sunnite religion and the Quran (i.e., Quranism), we elaborate here further on how Sunnite imams and clergymen allowed themselves the grave sin of issuing legislations never permitted by God by distorting meanings of Quranic verses within deliberate misinterpretations. We exemplify this by showing how Sunnites have corrupted and distorted the notion of advising goodness and against evil by turning this verbal advice (theoretically and practically) into inquisition-like measures, compulsion, and coercion. At first, we assert here that the Sunnites sharia laws violated the Quranic sharia legislations when the theocratic Abbasid caliphate hijacked the name of Islam to tyrannize over people and to enslave them, thus distorting meanings of the Quran/Islam and committed grave injustices against people in many eras. Muhammadans and Arabs could have modernized themselves by following the footsteps of the West, a process that has begun in Egypt by its king M. Ali Pacha and then his son Khedive Ismail. Yet, what stifled the endeavors of modernization is the establishment of the third, current KSA that revived the most extremist, fanatical, violent, obscurantist Sunnite sect, the Wahabi religion that caused regression all over the Arab world, using Wahabi agents all over so many countries (e.g., the terrorist MB and Salafists) and even in the West among 'Muslim' communities, and this caused the backwardness on all levels. We refer readers to our article (in English) titled "The Roots of Terrorism in Saudi Wahabi Doctrine and the Muslim Brotherhood" found on this link: (http://www.ahl-alquran.com/English/show_article.php?main_id=11035) and our book published on our website titled "Roots of Terrorism in the Wahabi Religion". We apologize for not repeating briefly details from this article and this book; our Quranist topics and writings are intertwined and we desire to write new points only so as not to distract readers by previously mentioned pieces of information.
3- Since Sunnites did not heed God's Quranic warning of not to add details to the topic of prohibited items and not to violate His right as the Only Legislator in Islam, let us discuss the roots of the emergence of the earthly, man-made religions of the Muhammadans that raise banners and mottoes of Islam/Quran, the celestial message and religion that they discarded centuries ago.
Firstly: adding to religion notions never mentioned in the Quran is the root of discrepancies, contradictions, and discarding God's Word:
1- God says in the Quran: "God bears witness that there is no god but He, as do the angels, and those endowed with knowledge-upholding justice. There is no God but He, the Mighty, the Wise." (3:18). This is the true testimony uttered by Quranists during prayers, without mentioning names of mortals (prophets and non-prophets) beside God's Name; this is because Islam literally means to submit totally to our Lord God in matters of religion and of life as well. Islam is God's religion conveyed within all celestial messages by all prophets in different tongues, till the last version of it was revealed in Arabic: "Religion with God is Islam. Those to whom the Scripture was given differed only after knowledge came to them, out of envy among themselves. Whoever rejects the signs of God-God is quick to take account." (3:19). This means that whenever God gives scriptures/books to people, some reject and disbelieve in the divine verses and some adhere to them, and when Muhammad preached the Quran, many of the People of the Book in Arabia debated with him and rejected the Quran, and Muhammad left them alone in peace, as his sole mission was to convey, and NOT to force others to believe: "If they argue with you, say, "I have surrendered myself to God, and those who follow me." And say to those who were given the Scripture, and to the gentiles, "Have you surrendered?" If they have surrendered, then they are guided; but if they turn away, then your duty is to convey. God is Seeing of the servants." (3:20). The term ''knowledge'' in 3:19 refers to God's Book or Scripture, and the root of misguidance is to envy believers and seek to provide false, devilish revelations to supplant God's Scriptures (i.e., celestial knowledge from God). As this divine knowledge is provided only by God, He has told Muhammad to ''know'' that there is no God but Allah, as this is the core knowledge in Islam and monotheism: "Know that there is no God but Allah..." (47:19). God defies polytheists to provide divine scriptures that support their falsehoods and lies, as they have none of course: "The polytheists will say, "Had God willed, we would not have practiced idolatry, nor would have our forefathers, nor would we have prohibited anything." Likewise those before them lied, until they tasted Our might. Say, "Do you have any knowledge that you can produce for us? You follow nothing but conjecture, and you only guess." Say, "To God belongs the conclusive argument. Had He willed, He would have guided you all."" (6:148-149). Thus, outside God's Word or Scripture, any other man-made 'religious' writings are mere guessing, lies, surmise, and conjecture, while the best argument is the Quran: God's Final Word concerning the only real and true religion. Thus, True Religion is divine knowledge taught to Muhammad by arch-angel Gabriel upon the commands of our Lord God: "It is but a revelation revealed. Taught to him by the Extremely Powerful." (53:4-5). The Quran is a detailed book of religious knowledge: "We have given them a Scripture, which We detailed with knowledge-guidance and mercy for people who believe." (7:52). God has warned Muhammad this way: "...Say, "God's guidance is the guidance." Should you follow their desires, after the knowledge that has come to you, you will have against God neither guardian nor helper." (2:120); "...And if you were to follow their desires, after the knowledge that has come to you, you would be in that case one of the unjust ones." (2:145). God has told Muhammad the following about debating with disbelievers regarding the Quranic knowledge: "And if anyone disputes with you about him, after the knowledge that has come to you, say, "Come, let us call our children and your children, and our women and your women, and ourselves and yourselves, and let us invoke God's curse on the liars."" (3:61). Thus, it is a very bad human habit repeated in all eras that people get divided and dispute a lot after they reject God's Scriptures, as some adhere to God's Word only and some insist on adding things/notions never authorized by God, out of envy and hatred toward the Scriptures. "Humanity used to be one community; then God sent the prophets, bringing good news and giving warnings. And He sent down with them the Scripture, with the truth, to judge between people regarding their differences. But none differed over it except those who were given it-after the proofs had come to them-out of mutual envy between them. Then God guided those who believed to the truth they had disputed, in accordance with His will. God guides whom He wills to a straight path." (2:213). Islam, God's religion, is one message to all prophet in their different tongues, but in all eras, polytheistic people violate and discard this divine knowledge or Scriptures: "He prescribed for you the same religion He enjoined upon Noah, and what We inspired to you, and what We enjoined upon Abraham, and Moses, and Jesus: "You shall uphold the religion, and be not divided therein." As for the polytheists, what you call them to is outrageous to them. God chooses to Himself whom He wills, and He guides to Himself whoever repents. They became divided only after knowledge came to them, out of resentment among themselves..." (42:13-14). The Israelites fell into that trap before: "We gave the Israelites the Book, and wisdom, and prophecy; and We provided them with the good things; and We gave them advantage over all other people. And We gave them precise rulings. They fell into dispute only after knowledge came to them, out of mutual rivalry..." (45:16-17). In a previous article, we have showed how the Israelites committed the grave sin of prohibiting permissible items, as we infer from 6:146-147, 16:118, and 16:124. We conclude then that in all eras, polytheism begins when the evil ones add things/items/notions to religion never ordained by our Lord God, thus rejecting His Scriptures.
2- Such divisions and disputes results typically in a minority that adheres to the Truth and a majority that insists on following falsehoods. This majority are most people on Earth and God has warned Muhammad against following their whims: "If you were to obey most of those on Earth, they would divert you from God's path. They follow nothing but assumptions, and they only conjecture." (6:116); God has warned Muhammad against admiring the many things owned by the polytheists: "Say: "The bad and the good are not equal, even though the abundance of the bad may impress you. So be conscious of God, O you who possess intelligence, that you may succeed."" (5:100). The minority in all eras that adheres to the Truth revealed by God will join all prophets as One Nation or Umma in Paradise, despite their different locations, eras, and tongues on Earth, as all of them share one point: following God's Word and never following earthly, man-made religions of Satan with its countless divisions, sects, doctrines, denominations, etc. This is the summary of human religiousness in all eras. In the Quran, God says the following after narrating stories of some prophets: "This community/Umma of yours is one community, and I am your Lord, so worship Me. But they splintered themselves into factions. They will all return to Us." (21:92-93). Thus, true believers in all eras are in fact One Nation, with One Book revealed by the One True God worshipped by them without deifying other deities, whereas polytheists are splintered into sects with countless 'hallowed' man-made books: all humanity will be judged on the Last Day and no one will evade this Day. In the Quran, God says the following after narrating stories of some prophets: "O messengers, eat of the good things, and perform good deeds. I am aware of what you do. This nation/Umma of yours is one nation, and I am your Lord, so fear Me.But they tore themselves into sects with many books; each party happy with what they have." (23:51-53). We infer from these verses that the serious issue of prohibit permissible items is an old one since human communities were formed, or even before this: since Adam and his wife ate the fruits of the forbidden tree. Thus, we find in God's Word the command to eat of the good, permissible things, regardless of countless things prohibited by clergymen of man-made, earthly religions. Thus, real, pious believers (including prophets and messengers) are in fact One Nation despite their different races, eras, locations, and tongues, as they share monotheism in piety and the fear of our Lord God. In contrast, those who adhere to man-made, earthly religions are subdivided into sects with each one having so many 'holy' sanctified books in which they take pride. The One Nation of God will be united in Paradise: "Whoever obeys God and the messenger - these are with those whom God has blessed-among the prophets, and the sincere, and the martyrs, and the upright. Excellent are those as companions." (4:69). Of course, the term "messenger" here refers to the Quran itself as God's message.
3- What occurred to ancient people before the revelation of the Quran, who were divided as they rejected God's Scriptures, occurred after Muhammad died leaving to people the entirety of the Quran, preserved by God to be the criterion to judge people on the Last Day. As this is a very serious issue, God asserts the same topic in the Quran in various ways as follows.
A) God links the prohibited divisions in religion to polytheism and commands Muhammad, and each real believer, to adhere solely to God's religion: the Quran itself: "So devote yourself to the religion of monotheism-the natural instinct God has instilled in mankind. There is no altering God's creation. This is the true religion, but most people do not know. Turning towards Him-and be conscious of Him, and perform the prayer, and do not be of the polytheists. Of those who divided their religion, and became sects; each faction pleased with what they have." (30:30-32).
B) God tells us that the only solution is to adhere to God's Word only: the Quran, as per the tenth one of the Quranic Ten Commandments: "This is My path, straight, so follow it. And do not follow the other paths, lest they divert you from His path. All this He has enjoined upon you, that you may take heed in piety." (6:153).
C) Muhammad will disown, on the Last Day, such polytheists who reject the Quran: "As for those who divided their religion and became sects - you have nothing to do with them. Their case rests with God; then He will inform them of what they used to do." (6:159). Of course, this is a miraculous prediction of the occurrence of divisions as Shiite, Sunnite, and Sufi sects emerged later on and rejected the Quran: true Islam. Muhammad will disown those who fabricated and invented hadiths and ascribed them to him by force. Let us bear in mind that the verse 6:159 was revealed in Mecca; before even the Yathreb city-state was established. God the Omniscient, Glorified be His Holy Name, knew beforehand that divisions will occur after the death of Muhammad, and He warns true believers in the Quran against divisions. So, when this verse was revealed in Mecca, Muhammad at the time never knew he would immigrate to Yathreb and form a State of the Islamic Shura consultation of self-rule. Likewise, Muhammad never knew that people will get divided soon enough once he dies. Muhammad never appointed a ruler or a leader to succeed him as Muslims in Yathreb enjoyed self-rule within direct democracy of Islam Shura consultation in which all citizens participated. Thus, Muhammad never knew about the post called (a caliph) nor about the aggressive Arab conquests that did violate God's Quranic laws and legislations (as these nations never committed aggressions against Arabia) and lead to tyranny and enslavement and hoarding of ill-gotten money and treasures of conquered nations through looting and massacres. Rivalry over politics and competing for ill-gotten treasures led to divisions in religion and the emergence of the Sunnite vs. Shiite religions and countless books written by authors in both sides, and each author twisted and distorted meanings of Quranic verses deliberately to serve myriads of purposes, while claiming that invented hadiths (falsely ascribed to Muhammad after his death) replace and supplant Quranic teachings and rules! These corrupt authors disregarded many verses that assert that the most unjust persons are those ascribing lies and falsehoods to God and His religion as they thus deny Quranic verses of God. Military tyranny of the Umayyads after their civil war against the caliph Ali gave way to theocracy within the Abbasid caliphate, the era when all books of Sufi, Sunnite, Shiite, religions were authored, causing polytheism, disbelief, bloodshed, thefts, and terrorism until the present moment. The Sunnite religion began issuing religious laws and legislations never authored or permitted by God in the Quran, and Sunnites ascribed such lies to Islam by force.
Secondly: the Sunnite sharia legislations methodology that violates God's right as the Only Legislator in Islam:
We have asserted before that God is the Only Legislator in Islam within prohibitions and permissible items, and that this is part of the testimony of monotheism (There is no God but Allah), and those violating God's right to issue legislations in His religions are self-deified polytheists who also deify other mortals: imams, authors, clergymen, etc. God uses in the Quran three styles to assert Islamic tenets and Quranic sharia laws never to be meddled with by human beings: 1) confining and exclusivity, 2) exclusion, assertion, grouping, and banning, and 3) commands and prohibitions. Let us tackle below how Sunnite legislators in their man-made sharia laws did violate the Quranic sharia and its unique and exclusive methodology.
1- Confining and exclusivity:
This pertains to God and domains/fields of His Power, Dominance, and Knowledge never to be trespassed by human beings: "Know that there is no God but Allah..." (47:19); "Say, "No one in the heavens or on earth knows the future except God..." (27:65); "...Apart from Him, you have no master and no intercessor..." (32:4). Likewise, using the same style of confining, God prohibits the killing of innocent souls that never committed murder: "...and that you do not kill the soul which God has sanctified-except in the course of justice..." (6:151); "And do not kill the soul which God has made sacred, except in the course of justice. If someone is killed unjustly, We have given his next of kin certain authority. But he should not be excessive in killing, for he will be supported." (17:33); and "And those who do not implore besides God any other god, and do not kill the soul which God has made sacred-except in the pursuit of justice-and do not commit adultery. Whoever does that will face penalties." (25:68). This same style is thus used three times in three verses, and this means that the general rule is never to kill and the only exception is to put murderers to death as retribution and penalty. This is the Quranic Truth ignored by the Sunnites; God says about the Quran itself: "With the Truth We sent it down, and with the Truth it descended..." (17:105). Thus, when Sunnites issue laws to put to death 'infidels' or 'apostates' (i.e., the so-called penalty for apostasy, esp. by stoning), adulterers/adulteresses (i.e., married fornicators), and those who stop performing prayers, they are violating God's Quranic sharia laws and legislations by their lies and falsehoods (ascribed falsely to God's religion and to Muhammad) that spread corruption on the face of the Earth; God does not like corruption. Sunnites support their lies and false views by invented hadiths that increased to include granting the caliph/imam on top of a theocracy the right to kill up to the third of the population to 'reform' the remaining two thirds! This is the tyranny of rulers that put to death any rivals and any foes within politics after declaring them as apostates as per Sunnite sharia laws! Thus, Sunnite Wahabi fatwas that urge the assassination of our person increased with the passage of time since we begin in 1977 to refute and undermine the earthly, man-made Sunnite religion and its sharia laws of bloodshed and to show how Islam has nothing to do with it.
2- Exclusion, assertion, and grouping:
This means that all forbidden items and acts are mentioned within certain Quranic verses that act as walls to group them so that no one might add to their list, repeated for emphasis and assertion, thus excluding items not mentioned to be deemed as permissible or Halal , while prohibiting anyone to meddle with such prohibitions by increasing them or removing items from them. For instance, God mentions that anything (in religion) beyond the Quranic Truth from God is false for sure and part of misguidance: "Such is God, your Lord - the True. What is there, beyond the Truth, except falsehood?..." (10:32). This is asserted by other verses about the Quranic Truth as well: "...Which discourse, besides this, will they believe in?" (7:185); "In what discourse, beyond this, will they believe?" (77:50); "These are God's Verses which We recite to you in Truth. In which discourse, after God and His Verses, will they believe?" (45:6). Thus, the Quran is the ONLY discourse to believe in within True Islam, as this is God's Word, and NEVER in discourses/narratives/hadiths of Al-Bokhary, Al-Shafei, Ibn Hanbal, and their likes. This style of exclusion, assertion, and grouping is used within Quranic sharia laws and legislations about (A) prohibited food items and (B) women forbidden for a man to marry.
(A) Within prohibited food items:
God says in the Quran: "O you who believe! Eat of the good things We have provided for you, and give thanks to God, if it is Him that you serve. He has forbidden you carrion, and blood, and the flesh of swine, and what was dedicated to other than God. But if anyone is compelled, without desiring or exceeding, he commits no sin. God is Forgiving and Merciful." (2:172-173). This means that no one should add to this walled list of prohibited food items, as any food items outside it are legal or permissible. This is repeated, emphasized, and asserted in other verses: "Say, "In what was revealed to me, I find nothing forbidden to a consumer who eats it, except carrion, or spilled blood, or the flesh of swine-because it is impure-or a sinful offering dedicated to other than God. But if someone is compelled by necessity, without being deliberate or malicious-your Lord is Forgiving and Merciful." (6:145); "Prohibited for you are carrion, blood, the flesh of swine, and animals dedicated to other than God; also the flesh of animals strangled, killed violently, killed by a fall, gored to death, mangled by wild animals-except what you rescue, and animals sacrificed on altars..." (5:3). God prohibits believers from prohibiting other food items made legal and permissible by Him: "O you who believe! Do not prohibit the good things God has permitted for you, and do not commit aggression. God does not love the aggressors. And eat of the lawful and good things God has provided for you; and be conscious of God, in whom you are believers." (5:87-88); "Say, "Have you considered the sustenance God has sent down for you, some of which you made unlawful, and some lawful?" Say, "Did God give you permission, or do you fabricate lies and attribute them to God?" What will they think-those who fabricate lies and attribute them to God-on the Day of Resurrection? God is bountiful towards the people, but most of them do not give thanks." (10:59-60); "Eat of the lawful and good things God has provided for you, and be thankful for God's blessings, if it is Him that you serve. He has forbidden you carrion, and blood, and the flesh of swine, and anything consecrated to other than God. But if anyone is compelled by necessity, without being deliberate or malicious, then God is Forgiving and Merciful. And do not say of falsehood asserted by your tongues, "This is lawful, and this is unlawful," in order to invent lies and attribute them to God. Those who invent lies and attribute them to God will not succeed. A brief enjoyment-then they will have a painful punishment." (16:114-117). We infer the following from these verses: 1) the permissible items are good, beneficial ones and the prohibited items are bad, harmful ones, 2) the general rule is that all things/items are permissible, whereas prohibited items (by God in the Quran) are few exceptions, 3) it is strictly forbidden in Islam to prohibit permissible items, and 4) to prohibit permissible items is sheer polytheism and violation of God's right to be the Only Legislator in Islam.
The deities/gods of the Sunnite religion have violated the Quranic sharia laws concerning food items. Let us exemplify this fact. Al-Shafei was among the earliest authors to codify and issue Sunnite sharia laws that ascribe lies, fabrications, and falsehoods to Islam. Al-Shafei in his seminal book title (Al-Um) has a methodology that violates Quranic sharia laws concerning prohibited food items, and it can be summarized in these three points:
1- Al-Shafei considers Quranic verses about prohibited food items as 'relative facts' open to various, different interpretations; he rarely quote Quranic verses in his book, as Sunnite imams hate the Quran and prefer to invent and fabricate hadiths instead.
2- Al-Shafei makes hadiths as statements that replace and supplant Quranic verses and dominate over them in interpretations. He never mentions that hadiths are fabricated by himself and others among his contemporaries and those before him; he spread the lie that the so-called hadiths 'interpret' the Quranic verses.
3- Al-Shafei deliberately misinterprets Quranic terminology to make them suit his own hadiths and accommodate his views; e.g., he assumes that the non-prohibited food items are deemed so merely because Arabs in Arabia at the time felt them as good items! Al-Shafei overlooks the fact that his tutor, Malik, has authored so many contradictory hadiths about prohibited food items, and he has invented so many hadiths in the book titled (Al-Um) that he ascribed to Muhammad under the term (Sunna); in fact, Al-Shafei was the first author to link the Quranic term "messenger" with Sunna hadiths, though it refers to the Quranic message itself in most verses (N.B.: see our English article titled "Overlapping Concepts: ''Prophet'' and ''Messenger'' in the Quran" on this link: http://www.ahl-alquran.com/English/show_article.php?main_id=16368).
(B) Women forbidden for a man to marry:
These group of women man cannot marry are included and walled within this list and one cannot add to it: "Do not marry women whom your fathers married, except what is already past. That is improper, indecent, and a bad custom. Forbidden for you are your mothers, your daughters, your sisters, your paternal aunts, your maternal aunts, your brother's daughters, your sister's daughters, your foster-mothers who nursed you, your sisters through nursing, your wives' mothers, and your stepdaughters in your guardianship-born of wives you have gone into-but if you have not gone into them, there is no blame on you. And the wives of your genetic sons, and marrying two sisters simultaneously. Except what is past. God is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. And all married women, except those you rightfully possess. This is God's decree, binding upon you. Permitted for you are those that lie outside these limits, provided you seek them in legal marriage, with gifts from your property, seeking wedlock, not prostitution. If you wish to enjoy them, then give them their dowry-a legal obligation. You commit no error by agreeing to any change to the dowry. God is All-Knowing, Most Wise." (4:22-24). These are 15 types of women a man cannot marry. The Quranic details on that topic in 4:22-24 are specific, clear, and enough, and one cannot add other types of women a man is forbidden to marry. "...We have revealed to you the Book, as an explanation of all things, and guidance, and mercy..." (16:89); and even in specific cases of marriage, we are provided in the Quran with detailed explanation, as when God has commanded Muhammad to marry the divorced women of his adopted son, Zeid: "When you said to him whom God had blessed, and you had favored, "Keep your wife to yourself, and fear God." But you hid within yourself what God was to reveal. And you feared the people, but it was God you were supposed to fear. Then, when Zeid ended his relationship with her, We gave her to you in marriage, that there may be no restriction for believers regarding the wives of their adopted sons, when their relationship has ended. The command of God was fulfilled." (33:37). Few of the pre-Islamic Arab men married their fathers' widows and 4:22 prohibits this though it was very rare cases at the time, and 4:23 shows how Arab men used to marry two sisters at the same time and God prohibits such a bad custom. After detailing such a legislation in 4:22-23, God says "...This is God's decree, binding upon you..." (4:24), and this means that no one is to transgress any limits in this legislations; besides, God permits a man to marry any women beyond this list of prohibited types of women one cannot marry: "...Permitted for you are those that lie outside these limits, provided you seek them in legal marriage..." (4:24). Thus, the Sunnite imams transgressed the limits by adding to this list of prohibited types of women; e.g., they made the list forcibly include a man combining in marriage between his wife and her paternal/maternal aunt, though this is NEVER prohibited in the Quran and prevented men from marrying any of all of the female relatives of the foster-mothers and foster-sisters. This flagrantly contradicts the Quranic verses 4:22-24. Thus, Sunnite fiqh sharia laws prohibit what God allows as permissible and imams formulated their lies in the form of hadiths ascribed falsely to Muhammad, who is innocent of such narratives.
3- Commands and prohibitions:
Using the same confining style in commands and prohibitions, God in specific verses excludes things/deeds away; for instance, in the command to follow the Quran and nothing else alongside with this One Book containing God's Word: "Follow what is revealed to you from your Lord, and do not follow other masters beside Him. Little you recollect." (7:3); "This is My path, straight, so follow it. And do not follow the other paths, lest they divert you from His path..." (6:153). The same style of commands and prohibitions confined to certain cases is used in this verse about self-defense fighting: "And fight in the cause of God those who fight you, but do not commit aggression; God does not love the aggressors." (2:190). We see here the legislative command to fight is linked to the legislative rule of self-defense and both in turn are linked directly to the legislative purpose of piety, preventing religious persecution, and asserting religious freedom. Of course, piety is the legislative purpose behind all Quranic sharia laws and all acts of worship; e.g., fasting during Ramadan is a legislating command submitting to rules of facilitation and ease, within the purpose of piety and the fear of our Lord God. as for 2:190, it means we are never to initiate aggression; we are only to fight in cases of self-defense: this is fighting for God's sake, as the legislative purpose is to stop religious persecution and inquisition measures of those who desire to impose certain belief system on other people, as we infer from these verses: " And fight them until there is no oppression, and worship becomes devoted to God alone. But if they cease, then let there be no hostility except against the oppressors. The sacred month for the sacred month; and sacrilege calls for retaliation. Whoever commits aggression against you, retaliate against him in the same measure as he has committed against you. And be conscious of God, and know that God is with the righteous." (2:193-194). Qorayish polytheists of Mecca desired to force early Muslims to reject Islam: "...And persecution is more serious than killing. They will not cease to fight you until they turn you back from your religion, if they can..." (2:217). This is prohibited in the Quran: "There shall be no compulsion in religion; the right way has become distinct from the wrong way..." (2:256), as the aim as to provide absolute religious freedom so that people choose freely within faiths/beliefs and deeds, etc. in the test of life, so as to bear the full responsibility on the Day of Judgment for their choices made during their lifetimes on Earth. This is why judging others (and their religion or lack of it) is a mission confined to God on the Last Day, this is understood from this verse: "And fight them until there is no oppression, and worship becomes devoted to God alone..." (2:193). When persecutors stop their aggression, no one is to go on fighting them: "...But if they cease, then let there be no hostility except against the oppressors." (2:193). This means that the general legislative purpose here is piety as well, as is the case in all Quranic sharia laws, within the last parts of verses containing legislations. When Muhammad died, Arabs overlook 2:190 and fought NOT for God's sake at all; rather, for worldly, transient possessions and forming an empire by the crimes of occupying lands, raping, enslaving, looting, confiscating, massacring, etc. within a scramble for loot, spoils, and treasures, while calling this sin of aggression as 'jihad'. These crimes are committed by the so-called companions or Arabs within their conquests, like any brutal thugs and thieves within the Middle-Ages culture of tyranny, aggression, enslavement, coercion, and violence. This is a deliberate rejection of the Quran in which they disbelieved. Yet, these historical figures of these criminals are deified and sanctified by the Muhammadans within hero-worship, within the pretext that these companions spread Islam! God never likes the aggressors, as per 2:190. As a divine punishment, the crime of Arab conquests ended in disputes and civil wars over spoils and ill-gotten treasures and money, and such turmoil and internecine strife led to the emergence of the two rival earthly, man-made religions of the Sunnites and Shiites, within a dominant culture of aggression, sheer brutal military force, and bullying. Thus, the Arab conquests were military aggressions for the sake of Satan/Iblis and NEVER for God's sake (never for stopping persecutors or aggressors as per 2:190). There is not medial position between fighting for God's sake within piety (i.e., within self-defense cases) and for hoarding transient treasures by looting (this is fighting for Satan's sake) and there is no piety at all here. This difference is asserted in this verse: "Those who believe fight in the cause of God, while those who disbelieve fight in the cause of Evil/Taghut..." (4:76).
Thirdly: the Sunnite religion and distorting enjoining of goodness and preventing vice/evil:
1- The notion of enjoining of goodness and preventing vice/evil is a domain to which Muslims can introduce man-made laws within the higher Quranic values and legislative purposes of Islam; e.g., justice, ease, facilitation, preserving rights, and freedom of belief and thought. Sadly, this has been lost in practice, application, fundamentals, and theory by Sunnites. We will tackle this in a separate article/research, but we briefly mention below from this coming-soon article the following points.
2- We analyze in it within the theoretical level/basis of the Sunnite fiqh notion of forcing people to follow 'goodness' and avoiding 'vice', beginning with the author Abou Al-Hassan Al-Ashaary (died in 330 A.H.) in his book titled (Different Discourses of Muslims Who Perform Prayers), and then the three other authors: Al-Mawardy (died in 450 A.H.) in his book titled (Rules of Sultans), Al-Ghazaly (died in 505 A.H.) in his book titled (Revival of Religious Sciences), and Ibn Taymiyya in his views on Hisbah (i.e., inquisition-like inspection; see our book in English on Hisbah on this link: http://www.ahl-alquran.com/arabic/book_main.php?main_id=99) and on political life within the relation of rulers and subjects as well as his fiqh views on rejecting and protesting Sufi notions (esp. passivity, submission to injustices, and acceptance of evil as part of Fate). Within the level of practice and application, our article/research traces within historical analysis of the high-rank post of Hisbah inspector (i.e., the Muhtasib) within the Abbasid caliphate. The Ibn Hanbal doctrine extremist clergymen began to apply Hisbah in Baghdad on the margin of the ordeal of (the creation of the Quran or that the Quran is a 'creature' made by God), a view some Abbasid caliphs who loved philosophy of (Kalam) tried to impose soon fiqh scholars and persecuted those who never adhered to it, as the persecuted ones insisted that the Quran is only deemed as God's Word, nothing more and nothing less. Within the dominance of the Ibn Hanbal doctrine extremist clergymen on streets of Baghdad from the 3rd to the 6th centuries A.H., the hadith of changing 'vice' by sheer force was fabricated and Hisbah inspection/inquisition thrived. Even Sufis whose religion dominated later on within caliphs and rulers used this hadith to persecute the Salafist/Sunnite scholar and author Ibn Taymiyya who was imprisoned in 705 A.H. for many years, as he opposed and refuted Sufi notions in his writings. The same hadith was used by the Ibn Hanbal doctrine scholar Al-Biqaa'i in 875 A.H. (within the Mameluke Era) to declare the Sufi 'saint'/poet/sheikh Ibn Al-Fared (died in 632 A.H.) as an infidel and a heretic person. Sufism dominated within Muhammadans as the official, formal religion during the centuries of the Mameluke and Ottoman eras, till Wahabism, the most extremist form of the Sunnite religion, emerged and applied by swords and bloodshed the distorted notion of enjoining of goodness and preventing vice/evil (in the Quran, it means ONLY verbal advice, that is all), as per the alliance between M. Ibn Abdul-Wahab and M. Ibn Saud in the city of Al-Dariyya in 1158 A.H./1745 A.D. (more details of this in our book in English titled "The Wahabi Opposition Movements" found on this link: http://www.ahl-alquran.com/arabic/book_main.php?main_id=85). Since 1745 A.D. onwards, Wahabis committed and caused bloodshed of millions of innocent people under the shame, fake pretext that this is their 'true' version or application of Islam! They in fact applied bloodshed notions of the Sunnite religion of Satan that stifles and hinders all peaceful reform endeavors (esp. Quranism) and that deems democracy and human rights as sinful and anti-Islam notions! In fact, direct democracy and human rights are at the core of real Islam; i.e., Quranism.
3- Reformist thinkers among Quranists are the first ones to face, refute, and undermine Wahabism from within Islam (i.e., the Quran), and they have succeeded in this refutation or intellectual war of ideas in all their irrefutable writings that are based on Quranic verses; yet, the route before the impecunious Quranists is too long and arduous, as they suffer media blackout, smear campaigns, threats, and persecution. This is because of the Saudi influence and dollars that dominate in the West and in the East as well as the Arab world. Yet, Quranists will prevail intellectually in the end and their number will increase; they are armed with Quranic knowledge that exposes the evil of Wahabism, destroyed by reformist Quranist writings that build a reformist, progressive vision of True Islam fit for the 21st century and modern era. This is why Quranists call for peaceful and comprehensive legislative and democratic reform within indirect parliamentary democracy of citizens' representatives as a first step toward direct democracy of Islamic Shura consultation of citizens ruling themselves. Radical change and reform entails changing education systems and curricula as well as annulling all laws that compromise human rights. Quranists will emerge victorious eventually, because the modern era is one of democracy and human rights and because cyberspace led youths to be cultured away from the control of the tyrannical rulers who control media and thought as well as culture life in the Arab world. Europe and the West suffered for centuries since the Magna Carta till the era when Nazi tyranny and the communist tyranny were eliminated recently. Yet, totalitarian regimes are still dominant in the Arab world and are supported by earthly, man-made religions of the Muhammadans that must be questioned and undermined from within Islam (its only source: the Quran) to prove that the Shiite, Sufi, and Sunnite/Wahabi religion have nothing to do with Islam, especially that the Quranic verses refute and debunk these religions that usurp and hijack the name of Islam and violate God's Quranic sharia legislations and His right to be the Only Legislator in Islam; these earthly religions, thus, maintain the culture of tyranny, corruption, and enslavement suffered by the Arab people.
