ory damage and blood poisoning leading in some instances to death. Those sources stressed the danger of the rubber bullets which were heavily used against the people. Those bullets are considered live ammunition that cause death and have the ability to penetrate the human body and cause severe damage. The sources said that central security forces used, during the three rounds election process, more than five thousand rounds of ammunition and tear gas bombs, and what is called rubber bullets, according to reports to the ministry of interior from the command of the central security forces to replenish the reserve stocks of ammunition used&hellip;&hellip;End of news item&hellip;..http://www.almesryoon.com</div>

<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">The second news items briefly stated that Israel, in retaliating for Natania operation, in which the Palestinians randomly killed some civilians, launched a missile from an airplane at a car carrying some &ldquo;Lejaan&rdquo; Palestinian resistance member, killed him and the blown up car caused some injuries to some young passers-by.</div>

<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">(1)-</div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">The first news item was reported in the course of electoral success enjoyed by the Muslim Brotherhood which embarrassed Mubarak, so he resorted to shooting at the Egyptian voters. Mubarak used to encourage the Egyptian to abandon their customary passivity and participate in the election. They were not interested in going to vote, because they were convinced that it was a ploy, it does not deserve the trouble of participating in it. The low rate of return encouraged the government to manipulate the election so that the National Party, The ruling Party, end up with majority vote as planned beforehand. Mubarak, by encouraging Egyptians to participate, was providing cover, to look innocent, knowing that the people were not willing to go to voting poll, since the government was determined to win it by itself.</div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">&nbsp;</div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">All this has changed recently, thanks to the efforts of Ibn Kheldoun Center, led by Dr. Sa&rsquo;d Eddine Ibrahim and the young activist writer, Shereef Mensour- my No. 2-son, along with some other civil organizations. Due to all this concerted effort, the Egyptian Government acquiesced to election monitoring. This actually happened in the presidential elections,. More people were convinced to participate in the general elections; they were impressed with those courageous young Egyptians exercising their rights in monitoring the electoral process, in spite of intimidations by secret state security agents and Egyptian police force. The chief of all electoral monitoring committees, Ibn Kheldoun Center being in the forefront, was Shereef Mensour. Right before the elections took place, and for few months, he trained thousands of election monitors, and distributed them throughout all electoral districts, his command center at Ibn Kheldoun Center, kept track of all minor and major issues that took place, issuing news bulletins in both Arabic and English. He did that in both, the presidential and in the general elections.</div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">&nbsp;</div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">This significant development poured right in, for the advantage of the Muslim Brotherhood. Egyptian geniuses in shrewdness, prudence, cunning, religious manipulation in favor of politics, and political manipulation in favor of religion. They benefited from it as they benefited from Mubarak&rsquo;s policies towards them. Mubarak reared and raised this Wahabi Ikhwani (from Al-Ikhwaan Al-Muslimoon) monster, to scare the West on the outside, and the civil opposition on the inside. Now came the turn for that monster to devour Mubarak using Democratic principles firstly, then by fundamentalism and interlocking swords (Symbol of Al-Ikhwaan) secondly.</div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">&nbsp;</div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">Mubarak tied their Wahabi culture to Islam, spreading it through mosques, Al-Azher, educational institutions and media. At the same time he cordoned off political parties in their own offices, left to talk to themselves. The Muslim Brotherhood benefited more from his persecution of them, through arrests and pursuits for security purposes, portraying them as victims. To go after them under the guise of security issues, exempted them from going public with their records as a recognized political party, with declared leadership, declared membership, declared financial resources, their domestic and foreign ties. None of this could be done while they were sought for security reasons. By doing so, he presented them to the public as a viable alternative, exactly as they wanted him to do, to be elected in a genuine free election, either as true representative of the voter, or in retaliation for a despised, hated regime.</div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">Mubarak calculated that his triumph in the election is based on his refusal for any monitoring, domestic or foreign and his resistance to any outside pressure. But the tenacity of those calling for neutral observers, supplanted by international support overcame all his objections, and had to give in to their demands. World media, along with foreign monitors, encouraged people to get out and vote, putting Mubarak in a predicament where he had to resort to firearms to drive away voters from districts with high presence for his opponents. Using force against voters was a world scandal, proving to everyone, what a low level the regime has descended to.</div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">The Ikhwaan understood, early in the game, that Mubarak Had to give in to international pressure and accept election monitoring. So they concentrated on taking advantage of what is available to score the highest rate of success in the upcoming election. They started by organizing streets and neighborhoods months before the election&rsquo;s time. They chose suitable districts for them, suitable primary candidates and also secondary ones. At zero hour, The Ikhwaan giant appeared to shake the tottering Mubarak throne, and he was cornered between two solutions, the sweeter of which, is utter poison; the first is not to interfere in the elections, leaving Al-Ikhwaan to score a majority win. The other is to interfere using his soldiers against his people, who are exercising their rights to vote, before the whole world.</div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">The pictures carried by Al-Jazeera, of heroic acts of the Egyptian Police shooting at unarmed Egyptians, remain as a live one not much different than the Palestinians and their struggle during the Intifada against the Israeli army&hellip; The same people with bricks and the same soldiers with their arms and armored cruisers. The painful difference is that the Israelis, who are enemies of the Palestinians, are fighting over land and country, yet the stronger opponent which is Israel, is more compassionate with the Palestinians, and does not shoot at random, taking every precautionary measure to minimize the losses. On the other hand, the Mubarak regime, which for the past quarter century kept encouraging the Egyptians to go to the polls, is the same one which shoots bullets by his armored soldiers and by his sharpshooters stationed on rooftops</div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">A despot is the real enemy of his people, his country and his nation. And according to this animosity, Hosni Mubarak dealt with the Egyptians by bullets, forgetting that it is his duty to protect and serve them, which corroborates that Israel is more lenient to its Arab enemies than their rulers. This leads us to analyze the second news item.</div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">(2)-</div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">Combat is continuous between the Israeli Army, the most efficient in the Middle East, and various Palestinian Organizations, the declared ones and the secret ones. The Palestinians try to reach, with their suicide bombers, any crowded gatherings of Israelis, in streets, in bazaars, in coffee shops or in restaurants to blow them up randomly killing civilians, most certainly to include children, women and elderly people, Israel does not reciprocate with random killing, if It did, their planes would wipe out hundreds of thousands in Gaza Strip alone, the most densely populated area in the world. Israel does not randomly kill Palestinians as the Palestinian suicide bombers do, or as Hosni Mubarak&rsquo;s police do with the Egyptian people. It tries very hard to single out the perpetrators without harming the others, and it is not an easy task, that is why it employs its intelligence apparatus, and its Palestinian agents in pursuing the intended target, placing an identifying device on his vehicle, without his knowledge, enabling &nbsp;the Israeli plane to launch its missile at the intended culprit. All this precision, all this painstaking effort in recruiting and infiltration is undertaken by Israel for the single purpose of hitting the perpetrator alone without affecting anyone else. Still with all the precautions, it is almost impossible to accomplish that due to severe congestions in the streets of Gaza, leading to some causalities and fatalities among the pedestrians. How can one compare what Israel is doing with its enemies, with Hosni Mubarak&rsquo;s police state and its random killings of peaceful Egyptians in the streets? Their only crime is to choose those to represent them in the elections.</div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">(3)-</div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">My intention is not to defend Israel, but rather to prove a hushed reality, that Israel is more civilized than tyrannical Arab regimes, in dealing with their enemies, that is if we were to accept the notion that your average Egyptian is an enemy of the ruling system. Then what would you consider that simple helpless Egyptian, who is told to go to the polls to elect whomever he chooses to represent him, then is met with a hail of bullets simply because he might elect someone who is not to the likings of the regime?</div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">&nbsp;</div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">My intention is to remind the reader of a Quranic Truth seldom paid attention to, and that is to say the truth even when in favor of our enemy , or against ourselves or against our relatives. It is Quranic commandments that establish the foundation for religious, social, political and economical reforms. Without adhering to truth in speech and in testimony, with objectivity, no reform whatsoever can be realized. The Quranic injunction is the most imposing and impressive in describing the virtue of truth and in telling the truth under any and all conditions. Almighty Allah says in chapter 5-al Maa&rsquo;da, verse 8</div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="color: red">&ldquo;SHAKIR: O you who believe! Be upright for Allah, bearers of witness with justice, and let not hatred of a people incite you not to act equitably; act equitably, that is nearer to piety, and he careful of (your duty to) Allah; surely Allah is Aware of what you do.&rdquo; </span></div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">That means you have to tell the truth even if it favors your enemy, you have to testify in favor of your enemy if truth prompts you to do so. If we were to do that, then truly we would be upright for Allah, bearers of witness in fairness and in justice, and Almighty Allah would be aware of our actions and a witness to it.</div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">&nbsp;The Muslims, in their traditions, their explications and their lives, ignored the Ten Commandments, although Almighty Allah has mentioned them in the Glorious Quran, referring to one of them, Almighty Allah says in Chapter 6, Al- An&rsquo;aam, and verse 152</div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="color: red">&ldquo;SHAKIR: And do not approach the property of the orphan except in the best manner until he attains his maturity, and give full measure and weight with justice-- We do not impose on any soul a duty except to the extent of its ability; and when you speak, then be just though it be (against) a relative, and fulfill Allah's covenant; this He has enjoined you with that you may be mindful&rdquo; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">Almighty Allah reconfirms this injunction in Chapter 4, An Nesaa&rsquo;, verse 135</div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="color: red">&ldquo;SHAKIR: O you who believe! be maintainers of justice, bearers of witness of Allah's sake, though it may be against your own selves or (your) parents or near relatives; if he be rich or poor, Allah is nearer to them both in compassion; therefore do not follow (your) low desires, lest you deviate; and if you swerve or turn aside, then surely Allah is aware of what you do.&rdquo;</span></div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">&nbsp;These lofty Islamic Quranic manners are practiced in the West, mostly, by the Media. The American Media observes neutrality by bringing out opposing points of view, a tradition they are accustomed to, as much as we are accustomed to favoritism, ignoring the enemy&rsquo;s point of view and being prejudiced against him. Al Jazeera is not being objective when it comes to Israel and America. For instance, during the fighting between the Palestinians and the Israelis, a correspondent stands in an area controlled by Israel, giving her biased report, without interference from Israel, broadcasting scenes of Palestinian casualties, women and children wailing and screaming, due to Israeli retaliation, Palestinian commentators, both official and laymen, saying what they want to say, without asking or soliciting, on purpose, official Israeli response, to explain that what has transpired was a reaction to a Palestinian attack on Israeli civilians , including children, women and old people. It never happened, to the best of my recollection that Al Jazeera went to the Israeli victims of a suicide attack as much as it does with the Palestinian side. Al Jazeera became addicted to this prejudice in its coverage of the Palestinian Israeli conflict, without Israel resorting to expelling or banning its correspondents. On the other hand, Al Jazeera crew was subjected to detention and assault while providing coverage for the last Egyptian elections, when the HEROES of the Egyptian police were beating on Egyptian voters.</div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">(4)-</div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">Those lofty Islamic Quranic manners, pointed out by those Quranic verses, prohibit and criminalize this prejudice and stand as evidence against those regimes that descended with the Muslims to the abyss of things.</div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">But the Ikhwaan Al Muslimoon&rsquo;s case is far worse. For those military dictatorships, in their lowest level, are heavy-handed with people only, yet the Ikhwaan, lie to and against Almighty Allah, portraying themselves as agents and viceroys to deceive people and tp ride their backs in the name of religion. That is why DECEPTION, and not just prejudice, is the key to their character, and with it, they will descend with us from Rock Bottom to the Lowest of the Low. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</div>
