e and their coming means the support of thousands of Egyptian families whose livelihood depends on tourism. More important still, is the fact that these tourists/ strangers are considered in Islam- as per Quranic terminology- 'Traveling Aliens&quot; which means that a true Islamic state should provide for them and look after them for their entire stay. They are even entitled to alms and donations and all aspects of goodwill related to the concept of &ldquo;Traveling Alien&quot; in the Quran that was mentioned several times in the contexts of Goodwill, Generosity, Compassion and Benevolence.</span></b></span></span></div>
<div dir="rtl" style="text-align: left; margin: 0in 0in 0pt" align="right"><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman"><b><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 14pt">Radical <i>Salafi</i> Ideology, however, opposes every noble, gracious and magnanimous teaching in Islam, and considers these peaceful visiting tourists unbelievers who deserve to die whilst in our country. This is what young desperate men have been taught in education, media, mosques, Al Azher and all different types of institutions in the era of Mubarak who has managed to redirect peoples' anger towards the West, America and Israel instead of himself. In Mubarak's era, people are taught that the cause of their problems is not corruption, dishonesty, totalitarianism, torture and the astonishing helplessness and failure of Mubarak's government; instead it is America, Israel and the West. Thus, as long as we cannot confront those powers, we could at least kill the tourists that come to us from their countries.</span></b></span></span></div>

They understand that Mubarak is responsible for all the problems and as he is an ally to the West and a subordinate to America and Israel, find in the terrorist attacks a way of avenging from Mubarak and his allies. They forget that these tourists have obtained an Egyptian Visa in their passports through which they enter a form of treaty with Egypt and are entitled to protection and to be treated with respect in a country of which God said: &quot;Welcome to Egypt. GOD willing, you will be safe here.&quot; &nbsp;(Chapter 12-Joseph 99)</span></b></span></span></div>

Even an enemy's soldier who enters our country with a treaty should be granted protection and goodwill because he is a visitor &ndash; even Salafi laws acknowledge this rule under the Rules of Treaties- let alone if the victim is a tourist who admires our country and is willing to spend his money knowing how many people benefit from his visiting. Is his reward us killing him deceitfully?</span></b></span></span></div>

It is not except in the ruling of the Najd Desert, the birthplace of<i> Wahhabite</i> extremism and previously to it the <i>Kormoti </i>extremism and in other practices of the peasants of Najd in the Middle Ages who used to raid &nbsp;the caravans of pilgrims, killing them and stealing their goods.</span></b></span></span></div>
<div dir="ltr"><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman"><b><span style="font-size: 14pt">3. A person who commits suicide is doomed to hell for eternity because he takes his own life. God says: &quot;You shall not kill yourselves. GOD is Merciful towards you. Anyone who commits these transgressions, maliciously and deliberately, we will condemn him to Hell. This is easy for GOD to do.&quot;(Chapter 4-Women 29-30). Let alone if he kills other innocent people along with himself! In fact he only means to take the lives of these other innocent people by killing himself.</span></b></span></span></div>
<div dir="ltr"><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman"><b><span style="font-size: 14pt">Somebody might wonder: But he is sacrificing himself and others for a noble political cause? To this I say noble causes have noble means. This is Quranic basis.</span></b></span></span></div>
<div dir="ltr"><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman"><b><span style="font-size: 14pt">I remember the Buddhist monks who used to protest against the Vietnam War by setting themselves on flames in public in order to attract the attention of the world to the horrors that were happening. It did not occur to any of them to harm any peaceful American citizen. </span></b></span></span></div>
<div dir="ltr"><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman"><b><span style="font-size: 14pt">I also remember the fasting of political and religious leaders like Gandhi, The Dali Lama and the Spanish American who defended the rights of plantation workers in California. I remember those noble men and feel sorry for those Muslims, the victims of <i>Salafi Wahhabite Ideology</i> that has made of them a debased and dishonored nation and caused them to lose their lives here and in the hereafter.&nbsp;They only kill peaceful guests, women and children, whilst in real war they flee from the confrontation of other men. </span></b></span></span></div>
