So then the question is should we even accept the Sira of the last prophet (God bless him) from these people? Is there a way to get parts of the Sira to conform to tawaatur status, even if the whole sirah does not? Thank you for taking time to answer these questions for me.

Any human made tradition from Hadeeth or Sira is not a part of the religion of Islam. As a human made tradition we deal with it in the light of the Quran. If it contradicts the Quran we refuse it as a human made tradition contradicts Islam. If not, we accept it as a human made tradition belongs to the Muslims not to the religion of Islam. In every case , the sira has nothing to do with Al Motawater at all. It is just stories copied from one to another with some details here and there , and all of them were written centuries after the death of the Prophet Mohamed.
