About The Verse 2:224
Published in November 29, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … Could please explain to me what God means to tell believers in the Quranic verse 2:224? … Thank you …
Answer:
God says in the Quran: "And do not allow your oaths in God's name to hinder you from virtue, and righteousness, and making peace between people. God is Listener and Knower." (2:224). This simply means that we are not to take the Holy Name of our Lord Allah in vain by swearing by His Name in trivial or even big matters more often than not. Only people who seldom swears by His name are truthful, pious, and trustworthy, and this makes them virtuous, peacemakers, charitable, and righteous. To swear by God's Holy Name too often, with or without reason, is very insulting to God; it indicates that people who commit this grave sin have not esteemed God as He should to be esteemed. Besides, such sinners encourage telling lies and falsehoods and spread such a bad habit in a given society, and this means lack of trust and the spread of corruption. This is the current state of affairs among the Muhammadans; most of them are hypocritical sinners who swear falsely by God's Holy Name more often than not.

Martyr as Opposed to Witness
Published in November 29, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … I understand that you consider killed people as witnesses/martyrs, as people confuse both words in the religious contexts; any witness of his/her era as they preacher reform and the Truth, on the Last Day, are not necessarily murdered or killed for God's sake, while those killed for God's sake are martyrs and witnesses at the same time, as martyrs by definitions is dying for a cause, and this includes dying while striving for God's sake, right? … Did I get you right? … Thank you …
Answer:
We have said before that Islam in terms of overt behavior is peaceful, non-violent demeanor; thus, when peaceful citizens in a given nation are attacked by aggressors, their self-defense endeavors is for God's sake, as God's Holy Epithets include "The Peace" and "The Provider of Security". In our view, those who are killed while defending their peaceful homeland attacked by aggressors are killed for God's sake, as per Islam in terms of behavior, as they fought to restore peace and security. Our Omniscient Lord God is the Only One to decide about murdered innocent ones who dwell in Barsakh Paradise until the Last Day. The ones killed for God's sake include those who were murdered because they defended God's religion; i.e., the Quranic Truth.

Mr. Mustafa Mou'men
Published in November 30, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … I dislike very much the article by one of the Quranists, named Mr. Mustafa Mou'men, whose ideas contradict the mainstream Quranism; please notify him never to insult the Quran by assuming that science contradict some Quranic verses … Thank you …
Answer:
We have published your viewpoint here; hopefully, Mr. Mustafa Mou'men will read it. In fact, we ourselves oppose his views as well.

Justification for Stealing!
Published in November 30, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … Is it OK to steal money from the European country where I live because it used to occupy my Arab country, steal its wealth, and kill its men? This European country is still helping tyrants who rule my Arab country … What do you think? … Thank you …
Answer:
We cannot accept any justification for the sin of stealing. To justify stealing is a graver sin than the sin of stealing itself; further details are found in our article titled: "Stealing from the State?!", found (in English) on this link: http://www.ahl-alquran.com/English/show_article.php?main_id=17235

Bewitched!
Published in December 1, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … I feel that I'm bewitched! Some sorcerer or sorceress has cast an evil spell at me! Any advice?! … Thank you …
Answer:
There is nothing called witchcraft, magic, or sorcery; these are mere myths that affect your mind now. It is normal that one might suffer psychologically or to be mentally disturbed. If this does not apply to you (after consulting a psychiatrist), all you need is true, sincere, monotheistic belief in God through pondering the Quran to feel relieved; you should perform more good deeds as well. Do not believe in myths called witchcraft, magic, or sorcery; otherwise, you will be a victim of charlatans who aim only to steal as much money as possible from you.

Festivals Celebrating the Birth of their Deities
Published in December 1, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … Is it OK to celebrate the day assumed by Sunnites to be the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad? I don't mean to engage into any polytheistic rituals of deifying him, but to donate for charity, visit my relatives, etc. and make it a day of celebration, joy, and blessings … What do you think? … Thank you …
Answer:
Of course, if you are a true Quranist, you should never do such a thing or engage into any celebrations of that kind; earthly, man-made religions always includefestivals celebrating the birth of their deities; this applies to Sunnites, Shiites, and Sufis as well, who have a pantheon of many gods/saints to celebrate; this applies to Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, and even the Eskimos and the Red Indians. Charity donations and good deeds have no specific dates in True Islam; one can pay and perform them anytime while seeking to please our Lord God: "Those who spend their wealth by night and day, privately and publicly, will receive their reward from their Lord. They have nothing to fear, nor shall they grieve." (2:274).

The Date of Muhammad's Birthday
Published in December 1, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … Is the date mentioned in Sunnite books as the date of Prophet Muhammad's birthday true or not? … Thank you …
Answer:
It cannot be true; at the time in Arabia (and even for centuries after Muhammad's death), no one cared to record the birthday dates of the newly born babies. Thus, when Muhammad Ibn Abdullah Ibn Abdul-Mutalib was born, no one knew he would be a prophet, and no one would remember to record his birthday. The Hijri calendar initiated by caliph Omar makes the immigration to Yathreb as the 1st Hijri year that uses the same lunar months adopted for centuries; this means no one thought about marking the beginning of the Hijri year by Muhammad's birthday, which is never known at the time nor even today. When the Abbasid author Ibn Ishaq wrote a fake biography of Muhammad 130 years after his death, he made up specific dates of his birth and death. Likewise, it is silly that Jesus is celebrated in two different dates (the Orthodox Xmas on the 7th of Jan. and the Catholic one on the 25th of Dec.), and such dates harken back to pagan festivals and have nothing to do with Jesus at all. We maintain that neither Jesus nor Muhammad celebrated or knew their birthdays. Such fabricated days of celebrating deities/saints are Satanist notions. Jesus and Muhammad are innocent of such lies and falsehoods, of course.

Minor Mistakes, Again
Published in December 2, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … When I attend wedding parties in crowded halls, men and women mingle and inadvertently touch one another; is it a minor mistake or a grave sin? … Does this entail performing complete ablution (i.e., showering) for men as Sunnite books tell us? What do you think? … Thank you …
Answer:
Unintentional touching is never sinful; touching someone in a sexual manner is prohibited, but it is among the minor mistakes or mishaps, and NOT grave sins. The complete ablution for men is obligatory ONLY after ejaculation (by having sex, wet dreams, etc.). God pardons small mistakes if one avoids major sins: "If you avoid the worst of what you are forbidden, We will remit your sins, and admit you by a Gate of Honor." (4:31); "To God belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on earth. He will repay those who do evil according to their deeds, and recompense those who do good with the best. Those who avoid gross sins and indecencies - except for minor lapses - your Lord is of Vast Forgiveness. He knows you well, ever since He created you from the earth, and ever since you were embryos in your mothers' wombs. So do not acclaim your own virtue; He is fully aware of the righteous." (53:31-32).

Stealing Again!
Published in December 2, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … A man has followed the Sunnite cursed fatwas of allowing stealing money from any European country; but this man (after reading your fatwa and article about never to justify the sin of stealing) wants to repent, but how?; he cannot possible return the money sums to the rightful owners for fear of being incarcerated! Any advice? … Thank you …
Answer:
This repentant man can donate the money sums for charities in the same European country.

About the Verse 94:4
Published in December 3, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … God says in the Quran: "And raised for you your mention" (94:4); Sunnites claim that this verse 'proves' that Muhammad's name should be mentioned in the Azan (call for prayers) … What do you think? … Thank you …
Answer:
The Sunnites deliberately misinterpret 94:4, as it refers only to the fact that the Quran mentions the name of Muhammad and this has spread his name and made it known for many generations. Thus, if it had not been for the Quran, the world would not have known Muhammad as a prophet and a messenger. Likewise, if it had not been for the Quran, the world would not have known Arabs of Arabia: "We have sent down to you a Book, containing your mention. Do you not understand?" (21:10). This is about Islam; it is only confined to the Quranic text. The Quran mentions Muhammad as a prophet and a messenger, and it mentions Arabs in the way they deserve: some of them were believers and most of them were sinful disbelievers.

ISIS Disbelievers
Published in December 3, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … Of course, I agree with you that ISIS terrorists are infidels and disbelievers in terms of aggressive behavior, terror, and violence; yet, is their disbelief in terms of hearts/faith as well? … Thank you …
Answer:
Yes, of course; those who fight and massacre peaceful ones while justifying their crimes based on earthly, man-made religion of myths and lies (i.e., the Sunnite Wahabism with its Satanist hadiths) are disbelievers in terms of both faith and demeanor.

About 3:164
Published in December 4, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … God says in the Quran: "God has blessed the believers, as He raised up among them a messenger from among themselves, who recites to them His verses, and purifies them..." (3:164)… What does the verb "purify" mean here? If they were ''believers'', why God had sent them a prophet in the first place?! … Thank you …
Answer:
"Believers" in 3:164 refers to those who adhered to peaceful behavior, not necessarily to monotheists; even some of them in Yathreb, during Muhammad's lifetime, practiced usury, worshipped idols, and drank wine. Besides, not all believers will enter into Paradise; only the pious ones among them; see the first verses of the Quranic Chapter 23 and the last ones of the Quranic Chapter 39. Real believers must purify and reform themselves by the Quran, and not by anything else beside it or instead of it. If people adhere to the Quran, they will be the best community that ever emerged for humanity; otherwise, as the case today, they are the worst human community ever because they reject the Quran and take up a religion by following devilish revelations of hadiths and other narratives in countless book. Quranists like our person are the ones who call others to use the Quran as the only criterion to introduce religious reform and to purify their souls.

God's Allies
Published in December 4, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … I'm confused and perplexed; how come that some non-Muslims will enter into Paradise as per 2:62 and 5:69, while God describes their faiths (in other verses) as distorted and leading to polytheism? They must believe in Muhammad first as a prophet, right?! … Thank you …
Answer:
God's allies in all eras before and after the revelation/descent of the Quran are those who believe in Him within monotheism; i.e., without deifying anything or anyone beside Him; this is the essence of all scriptures of God, including the Quran; those pious monotheists who believe in the Last Day and who perform good deeds and act righteously will certainly enter into Paradise, regardless of the religious formal/official label. In light of this, we read the verses you have mentioned: "Those who believe, and those who are Jewish, and the Christians, and the Sabians-any who believe in God and the Last Day, and act righteously-will have their reward with their Lord; they have nothing to fear, nor will they grieve." (2:62); "Those who believe, and the Jews, and the Sabians, and the Christians-whoever believes in God and the Last Day, and does what is right-they have nothing to fear, nor shall they grieve." (5:69). Belief in Islam is NOT in Muhammad or in any other mortals, but in the Celestial Book revealed to Muhammad via Gabriel from God as the Message given to assert previous scriptures: belief in God and the Hereafter, etc.: "The messenger has believed in what was revealed to him from his Lord, as did the believers. They all have believed in God, and His angels, and His scriptures, and His messengers: "We make no distinction between any of His messengers." And they say, "We hear and we obey. Your forgiveness, our Lord. To you is the destiny."" (2:285).

Archangel Michael
Published in December 5, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … Who is Michael mentioned in this verse: "Whoever is an enemy of God, and His angels, and His messengers, and Gabriel, and Michael - God is an enemy of the disbelievers." (2:98)? … Thank you …
Answer:
Since this name comes after Gabriel, we can safely say that Michael is a name of another archangel. The Quran gives us information about the Gabriel's missions as the Holy Spirit, but we find in the Quranic text no information at all about Michael; hence, we should never tackle something related to the metaphysical realm by following mere surmises and conjectures, since the mission(s) of Michael is not mentioned in the Quran.

Testimony in Prayers, Again
Published in December 5, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … My only son is in the 3rd year of the primary stage of education, and in the religious curricula, he is being taught the false Sunnite testimony in prayers that mentions names of saints and Muhammad! Shall I teach him the true testimony of 3:18 and tell him to keep this as a secret, or is he too young to understand?! Any advice? … Thank you …
Answer:
It is your responsibility to teach him to pray while uttering 3:18 as the real testimony in prayers.

There Is A Difference
Published in December 6, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … I'm greatly surprised by two apparently contradictory views of yours: in one previous fatwa, you said that the biological mother who abandoned her son as a baby has no right to seek his affection when he has grown to be a man; but in one video, you mention that a daughter whose biological father committed adultery with her mother should care for him in his illness, though he never cared for her … I'm sure you can explain this further to me … Thank you …
Answer:
Thank you for your question. There is a difference in both cases: the unjust, biological father mentioned in the video was punished in his old age by God; the wronged daughter was richly rewarded by God, and she would better pardon him and care for him. As for the case for the biological mother who deserted her baby to seek her future free from the restraints of motherhood, she never sought to see, breastfeed, or care for him; if she would see him as a young man, she would not have knew him. this man had better care for those who reared him as an adopted son. This is our own personal viewpoint, after all.

Muhammad and Ahmed
Published in December 6, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … When Jesus said: "...I am God's messenger to you, confirming what preceded me of the Torah, and announcing good news of a messenger who will come after me, whose name is Ahmed..." (61:6), did he mean Muhammad or someone else?! … Did Muhammad have two (or more) names? Is (Ahmed) an Arabic epithet derived from praising the Lord God or being praised as a person? … Thank you …
Answer:
Muhammad had two names (Muhammad and Ahmed ) with the same meaning in Arabic: "praiseworthy". Some prophets/messengers had two (or more) names; e.g., Christ and Jesus are names for the same person.

Birth Control
Published in December 7, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … What is your view about birth control? A family of few children can live better, right? … Thank you …
Answer:
The citizen/human being is the best investment in any given country, especially well-educated, cultured youths that make democracies thrive as the State helps the successful ones to excel, the failures to succeed, and the criminals to repent. Such democracies never talk about birth control and there are aversion and hostility toward abortion. As for countries ruled by tyrants, geniuses in all fields are harassed until they are incarcerated, killed, or exiled, as the deep state desires only the trusted cronies, flatterers, and hypocrites who are eager to gratify tyrants; tyrants urge citizens to use birth control so as to lessen burdens incumbent on such tyrants. To see what we mean, you can compare between Israel and Arab states.

My Poor Mother!
Published in December 7, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … I am an adolescent girl who pursue her education in a university, I'm in my last year now; my problem is that my powerful grandfather forced my father to marry the daughter of his friend (i.e., my mother). Once both my paternal and maternal grandfather died, my father began to mistreat my mother and talk in a cruel manner to her; he would beat and verbally abuse her before me and my younger siblings! My mother has made no reaction for our sake; yet, two months ago, my father kicked her out of the house and she lives now at her brother's house; my maternal uncle is an impecunious man… The problem now is that my father desires that I leave my university education to care for my younger siblings! Besides, he never wants to pay any money to my mother, and he adamantly refuse to reconcile with her! My father now dates some women and he decided to marry one of them and divorce my mother! The problem exasperates as he threatens me of marrying me off to a friend of his if I would not leave my university education for good! My maternal uncle is too poor and too weak to face my father! Any advice? … Thank you …
Answer:
You did not mention the Arab country where you live; yet, we are quite sure that there are charities who care for the homeless wives/mothers like your mother; she must contact an honest lawyer for help to get her legal rights. Be firm in your stance against your father: refuse his marrying you off to anyone and never leave your university education at any cost. You can win to your side your maternal and paternal relatives to face your unjust father with justice and truth to make him reform himself and to stop being encouraged to lean toward evil by your weakness and the weakness of your mother. May God bless and protect you.

The Torah in Arabic?
Published in September 28, 2014
Question: … Dear Sir, … God says in the Quran: "... Say, "Bring the Torah, and read it, if you are truthful." (3:93) … This is addressed to the Israelites in Arabia at the time, of course … Does this imply that a copy of the Torah was available in Arabic at the time? … Thank you
Answer:
Of course, this verse has addressed the Israelites in Arabia at the time, and they used to speak in Arabic and in Hebrew. This verse shows that had the original Torah (now deemed as lost) without distortions, and God has commanded them in 3:93 to use it as a criterion.
