CONSTITUTION OF QURANISTS

Introduction:
1- Quranists are not a denominational sect, party, doctrine, or organization; rather, they form an intellectual Islamic trend that seeks to peacefully reform Muslims all over the globe by urging them to resort exclusively to God's Word, the Quran, to use it as the only measure-stick to judge all their religious aspects in their lives, in accordance to the following Quranic verse: "Shall I seek a judge other than God, when He is the One who revealed to you the Book, explained in detail? …" (6:114). Due to the fact that Quranists form an intellectual trend or school of thought, cyberspace is the only field enabling them to get to know one another. They hope that all or even some Quranists would someday meet within a conference in any location on the globe.
2- What unite all Quranists in terms of the Islamic faith and in terms of intellect are the following constitution articles or items of our religious call, summarized below as follows.
Firstly: in terms of faith and beliefs:
1- Quranists believe in God, Allah, as the Only True God with no other deities/gods/divinities beside Him. Quranists never deify or sanctify any creatures (e.g., angels, prophets, messengers, imams, saints, ecclesiastics, rabbis, clergymen, monks, theologians, scholars, etc.) alongside with God, Allah, and thus, Quranists hope they will be considered by God in the Day of Resurrection to be true Muslims (literally, those who submit only to God), as per the following Quranic verses: "Say, "My prayer and my worship, and my life and my death, are devoted to God, the Lord of the Worlds. No associate has He. Thus I am commanded, and I am the first of those who submit. Say, "Am I to seek a Lord other than God, when He is the Lord of all things?" No soul gets except what it is due, and no soul bears the burdens of another. Then to your Lord is your return, then He will inform you regarding your disputes." (6:162-164).
2- Accordingly, Quranists believe in God, and in His angels, messengers, prophets, and books as per the Quranic teachings, and consequently, Quranists never distinguish among prophets and messengers of God to obey God's Quranic commands in the following verse: "The messenger has believed in what was revealed to him from His Lord, as did the believers. They all have believed in God, His angels, His scriptures, and His messengers: as they say: "We make no distinction between any of His messengers." And they say, "We hear and we obey. We seek Your forgiveness, Our Lord! To You is the destiny."" (2:285).
3- Subsequently, Quranists denounce and reject man-made views of preferring some messengers/prophets over others, as such preference or distinction are solely God's exclusive right by virtue of these verses: "These messengers: We gave some advantage over others…" (2:253). "…We have given some prophets advantage over others…" (17:55).
4- Consequently, Quranists believe in one testimony of Islam, which is as follows in Arabic: (La Ilah Ila Allah) and literally in English: (There is no God but Allah). This testimony is not to be modulated by adding the name(s) of any mortal(s) at all. Quranists believe that this testimony is asserted by God in the Quran and that it is asserted by angels and knowledgeable persons as well: "God bears witness that there is no God but He, as do the angels, and those endowed with knowledge-upholding justice. There is no God but He, the Mighty, the Wise." (3:18).
4- Hence, Quranists denounce and reject the deification, glorification, and sanctification of Prophet Muhammad by past and present ''Muslims'' (whom we call the Muhammadans instead) by positioning him above all God's messengers and prophets. Likewise, Quranists refuse and denounce the pilgrimage performed until now by the Muhammadans to the mausoleum ascribed to Muhammad as his burial place. Quranists denounce and refuse adding Muhammad's name beside the name of God in the testimony of Islam, Islamic prayers, the call to prayers, and inside mosques. Quranists believe that instead of muttering words or phrases employed to glorify/worship Muhammad, they are linking ourselves to him is only done by adhering to the Quran revealed to him by God. When Quranists read the Quran, they are fully aware that they read the same words Muhammad used to read, and they stick to the Quran as the only thing to which Muhammad used to stick as well and he strove with it and for its sake. This is the real link/relation between real believers and Muhammad after his death.
6- Quranists believe in the Last Day as described in the Quran exclusively, and they believe in the fact that God is the Only and Sole Owner and Master of the Last Day. Quranists believe in the fact that the Last Day is the Day of Absolute Justice; when no soul interceding on behalf of any other soul and when each individual arguing and defending their stances and beliefs before the Dominant, Almighty One Lord.
7- Quranism, or Quranist Islam, has two levels of meaning: 1) submitting one's heart and mind to God in piety and fearing Him in all actions in one's life, thus surrendering one's soul and will to God the Omnipotent and Omniscient while worshipping Him alone with no other partners/associates and without ascribing to Him any spouses and progeny or any mediators and saints. Quranists believe that God is to be devoutly and reverently worshipped alone as the Supporter, the Saint, the Holy One, the Almighty, the Forgiver, Whose creatures submit to Him either willingly (i.e., human beings) or unwillingly (i.e., inanimate things from nucleuses and electrons to celestial bodies as well as animals whose obedience is blind and mindless), and 2) peace in dealing with all people; peaceful persons are deemed Muslims as long as they treat people peacefully and never commit aggressions and acts of violence, oppression, suppression, or compulsion of others in matters of religion. According to all Quranists, these peaceful ones are Muslims in terms of behavior and demeanor, regardless of their faiths/beliefs (even if those peaceful ones have no faiths/beliefs of any kind), because the Eternal Judge, God, is the Only One to judge and settle differences and disputes in such matters in the Last Day. In this transient world, Quranists deal peacefully, charitably, fairly, and justly with all peaceful non-Quranists regardless of their faiths, or lack of them, as long as such peaceful non-Quranists do not turn violent and commit aggressions against Quranists or drive them out of their homelands. This is the Quranic command to all those who really believe in the Quran: "As for those who have not fought against you for your religion, nor expelled you from your homes, God does not prohibit you from dealing with them kindly and equitably. God loves the equitable. But God prohibits you from befriending those who fought against you over your religion, and expelled you from your homes, and aided in your expulsion. Whoever takes them for friends-these are the wrongdoers." (60:8-9). This means that all peaceful Muslims in terms of behavior/demeanor are to live together in peace, affinity, and mutual respect in this transient world, and all human beings, including Quranists, will wait God's judgment in the Day of Resurrection.
8- The two terms disbelief (i.e., ''Kufr'' in Arabic) and polytheism (i.e., ''Shirk'' in Arabic) are exact synonyms in the Quranic text: "A declaration of immunity from God and His messenger to the polytheists with whom you had made a treaty. So travel the land for four months and know that you cannot escape God and that God will disgrace the disbelievers." (9:1-2). Both disbelief and polytheism have meanings that contradict Quranic Islam in dealing with God; disbelief means to cover one's Islamic pure innate nature of worshipping God alone by deifying and worshipping creatures and created items along with Him, and this is the meaning of polytheism as well; to make partners share divinity beside God the Creator. Hence, Quranists believe that the Muhammadans deify and worship Muhammad as a demi-god or a deity by offering many acts of worship to him and by making him controlling and dominating the Last Day by the so-called intercession/mediation. Such polytheism and disbelief aggravate by adding deified, sanctified persons worshipped by the Muhammadans with all their hearts and souls, such as other prophets, the so-called patron-saints, imams, ancient scholars, theologians, monks, clergymen, etc. dead or alive, thus leaving a tiny or small space inside their hearts to worship and sanctify God. God never accepts worship, deification, and sanctification of others beside Him; God wants to be worshipped alone sincerely and piously. Both disbelief and polytheism have meanings that contradict Quranic Islam in dealing with other people; both terms mean to commit aggression, violence, and injustices against others, especially in the name of God and His religion. This is the meaning of disbelief and polytheism in terms of behavior/demeanor, within which criminals commit atrocities and crimes while making them appear as religious duties and obligations. For instance, this applies to terrorists who kill indiscriminately innocent ones in the name of jihad, massacring those who do not follow their religion or doctrine as infidels/heretics who deserve the apostasy punishment (i.e., to be put to death), as per the terrorist notion of changing vices/sins by terror or sheer force. Such criminals make crimes of fornication (the so-called ''sex jihad''), rape, murder, sabotage, and looting as lawful, legal, and allowed in their terrorist sharia. Quranists consider such criminals/terrorists as disbelievers and polytheists in terms of aggressive behavior and erroneous religious views that incite committing atrocities. True Muslims are the peaceful people who never commit transgressions of any type, and fight only in cases of self-defense, in accordance with the following divine Quranic command: "And fight in the cause of God those who fight you, but do not commit aggression; God does not love the aggressors." (2:190). Because Quranists know very well that aggressors are disbelievers because of their aggressive behavior, they invoke and implore God to grant them support and aid against such disbelievers: "…You are our Lord and Master, so help us against the disbelieving people." (2:286). The term ''disbelieving people'' here in 2:286 means all aggressors who commit violent acts.
8- Quranists believe in the right of Quranist Muslim women to marry non-Quranists who do not share their faith and belief in the Quran (e.g., Jews, Christians, Buddhists, atheists, etc.) as long as their spouses are peaceful men. Quranists believe in prohibiting peaceful ones marrying disbelievers/polytheists in terms of aggressive behavior or those who incite violence, such as the likes of Bin Laden and Wahabi terrorist sheikhs like Al-Qaradawy.
9- In accordance with the Quran, Quranists believe that People of the Book (i.e., Jews and Christians) include good pious forerunning ones in good faith and deeds, the moderate ones who mix good faith with bad and good deeds, and the unjust, corrupt ones with no faith. This is the same division of three groups of believers in the Quran during this transient life on Earth; this is the same division of three groups of all human beings in the Last Day. Moreover, Quranists believe in the fact that some of the People of the Book include unjust aggressors who use religion to commit crimes of colonization, occupation, and invasion; just as the so-called companions of Prophet Muhammad did once he died. Quranists believe in the fact that some of the People of the Book include faithful, charitable ones as in the case among Muslims as well, and the Quranic commands urge believers to compete with them in charitable and good deeds and NOT in evil and aggressive acts: "…For each of you We have assigned a law and a method. Had God willed, He could have made you a single nation, but He tests you through what He has given you. So compete in righteousness. To God is your return, all of you; then He will inform you of what you had disputed." (5:48), "…And cooperate with one another in virtuous conduct and conscience, and do not cooperate with one another in sin and hostility. And fear God. God is severe in punishment." (5:2).
Secondly: in terms of acts of worship:
1- Quranists believe that performing prayers and other acts of worship is part of the Abrahamic religion which the Quran commands to be followed and Quranists adhere to it. this means that the ways in which the five daily prayers are performed now are traditionally conveyed through generations and do not contradict the Quran, except in the so-called testimonies mentioned in Sunnite books hadiths with various phrasings fabricated by authors of such tomes and volumes. Quranists believe that the original testimony of the five daily prayers is the following Quranic verse: "God bears witness that there is no God but He, as do the angels, and those endowed with knowledge-upholding justice. There is no God but He, the Mighty, the Wise." (3:18). Sadly, this verse has been ignored by fabricators who fashioned the earthly, man-made creeds of the Muhammadans and urged them to utter testimonies that mention the names of Muhammad and Abraham and the so-called saints and other deified mortals. Thus, all Quranists perform the five daily prayers in the same manner, ways, and timing, including their using the verse 3:18 as the prayers' testimony, but they do not combine two of the five daily prayers together unless in cases of fright because of being chased by enemies or when fearing lest prayers' time would be soon gone.
2- Quranists believe that acts of worship in Quranist Islam are regarded as a vital obligatory duty, but acts of worship are not ends in themselves; rather, they are means to one end, which is to attain piety. "O people! Worship your Lord who created you and those before you, that you may attain piety." (2:21). This applies to all acts of worship such as pilgrimage and fasting. "Pilgrimage is during specific months. Whoever decides to perform pilgrimage - there shall be no sexual relations, nor misconduct, nor quarrelling during pilgrimage. And whatever good you do, God knows it. And take provisions, but the best provision is piety and righteousness. And be mindful of Me, O people of understanding." (2:197). "O you who believe! Fasting is prescribed for you, as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may become pious and righteous." (2:183). As a consequence, Paradise is only for the pious ones who made their acts of worship as means to achieve piety: "Such is Paradise which We will give as inheritance to those of Our servants who are pious and devout." (19:63). Piety means to fear God by 1) not to deify and worship any other creature with God the Creator, 2) adopting moralistic and ethical attitude in dealing with people fairly, justly, and charitably, and 3) abstaining from committing crimes of aggression, violence, and injustices. Application of piety in that manner is the supreme goal of all acts of worship, and without such piety, worship acts turn into meaningless movements or practices used chiefly to hypocritically deceive others and to justify crimes, acts of violence, injustices, and transgressions, as the case with fanatics, extremists, and bigots; as the case when earthly, man-made, fabricated creeds dominate within a given society, where mosques and houses of worship mushroom and increase exponentially with many frequenters with hypocritical signs of religiosity: veils, niqabs, beards, etc. while this society suffers increased rates of injustices, telling lies, hypocrisy, swindling, frauds, corruption, aggressions, immorality, debaucheries, moral degeneration, and sexual harassment.
3- Quranists believe in performing prayers regularly on time as ordained by God: "…The prayer is obligatory for believers at specific times." (4:103), as this is a religious duty imposed by God as debts paid to Him for our lifetimes on Earth; God has given people a 24-hour day, and performing the daily five prayers consume only about a good half-hour in communication with the Almighty, to link ourselves with Him to elevate our souls and address God reverently and devoutly, asking for His pardon and forgiveness and glorifying Him to increase our faith and belief within our hearts to obtain spiritual relief and comfort. Quranists believe that God will ask them in the Day of Judgment about their five daily prayers performed on time (dawn, noon, afternoon, dusk, and night prayers). Quranists believe that it is NOT enough to merely perform prayers; they are to be done piously and devoutly, as per divine Quranic orders, by remembering Greatness of God during their performance and by observing piety and righteousness all day long by avoiding sins of all types: "…and perform the prayers, as they prevent indecencies and evils, and the remembrance of God is greater; as God knows what you do." (29:45).
4- Quranists believe in zakat in all its two meanings: 1) to purify the soul with piety and righteousness, and 2) to pay donations/alms/charity money to purify, bless, and increase one's money. This is done socially by performing one's duty toward one's parents, relatives, the poor, the needy, the impoverished, the deprived, etc. And this is done religiously by donating money, time, and effort for God's sake, such as Quranists do now in their peaceful jihad/endeavor to clear Islam's tarnished name from accusations leveled against it because of terrorists, fanatic, bigots, and extremists who misuse/manipulate the great name of Islam for the sake of worldly ambitions that drive them to massacre the innocent and to corrupt the earth.
5- Quranists believe in fasting during the lunar month of Ramadan and performing pilgrimage to Sacred Kaaba Mosque in Mecca. Quranists deny, reject, and denounce and 'holy' visit to any tomb or mausoleum ascribed to mortals like Prophet Muhammad, his progeny, his family members, his so-called companions, and imams/saints. Quranists believe that such worshipping of mausoleums is polytheism and disbelief in terms of faith tenets; such polytheistic practice is utter disbelief in God.
6- Quranists believe that jihad for God's sake in Quranist Islam is by donating money and by risking one's soul in self-defense fighting. Of course, within the Quran, fighting is allowed ONLY in cases of self-defense; real Muslims never begin aggression for any reason at all: "And fight in the cause of God those who fight you, but do not commit aggression; God does not love the aggressors." (2:190), "…Whoever commits aggression against you, retaliate against him in the same measure as he has committed against you. And be conscious of God, and know that God is with the righteous." (2:194). Hence, Quranists do believe that the crime of Arab conquests in the 7th century after Muhammad's death contradicts Islam (the Quran alone: Quranism) and that such crime of Arab conquests is the basis of Arab civil wars resulting in the emergence of the political rifts that were transformed into the man-made fabricated religions of Muhammadan Shiites and Muhammadan Sunnites. Such false religions, and later-on Sufism included, that raise the banner of Islam are the real barriers and obstacles that prevent real Islam (i.e., Quranism) from emerging and stop Muhammadans from catching up with the civilized world, as we see now in Middle East events and crises. As for jihad with words, it is calling and preaching others using the Quran and striving with it to enlighten minds and hearts: "…strive against them with it, a mighty struggle." (25:52). Of course, Muhammad obeyed this Quranic command, and Quranists follow his footsteps by adhering to the Quranic verses as insights to them: "Say, "This is my way; I invite to God, based on clear knowledge-I and whoever follows me. Glory be to God; and I am not of the polytheists."" (12:108). Thus, Islam is a peaceful call for reform; prophets are the greatest reformers and advisers; we know this from words of prophets such as Saleh "Then he turned away from them, and said, "O my people, I have delivered to you the message of my Lord, and I have advised you, but you do not like those who give advice."" (7:79) and Shueib: "…I desire nothing but reform, as far as I can. My success lies only with God. In Him I trust, and to Him I turn." (11:88), "So he turned away from them, and said, "O my people, I have delivered to you the messages of my Lord, and I have advised you, so why should I grieve over a disbelieving people?"" (7:93).
7- Quranists beehive in religious duties often ignored nowadays, like remembrance of God, reading the Quran while contemplating and pondering it deeply as much as one can, and Islamic Shura (consultation) principle which is as important as performing prayers, as both Shura and prayers are mentioned together in one Quranic verse.
Thirdly: the Quranist call:
1- Quranists adhere to call, preaching, or proselytization using the Quranic principles; to declare to others what they consider as the Truth, for God's sake only, and then to move away from foes: "So proclaim openly what you are commanded, and turn away from the polytheists." (15:94). Quranists declare and proclaim the whole Truth without caring for blame by anyone; Quranists never impose their call or themselves on anyone, seeking no reward from mortals. Quranists try as much as they can to forgive and bear up patiently with anyone who verbally abuses them, while respecting everyone's religious freedom, as this freedom does not contract our reformist call at all; Quranists respect the right of every individual to proselytize and call for their creed and belief peacefully just as Quranists do, as all humans wait for God's judgment in the Last Day. What is important here is to apply the following Quranic principle: "There shall be no compulsion in religion…" (2:256).
2- Quranists proclaim and declare what they consider as the Quranic Truth, and they do not confine themselves to showing greatness of Islamic values and sharia of the Quran; rather, they show how heinous, erroneous acts of the Muhammadans, inspired by their man-made, fabricated creeds, contradict the Quran. The Qorayish tribe polytheists during Muhammad's lifetime believed in God and performed prayers and pilgrimage and observed peace during the four sacred months of pilgrimage more than ''Muslims'' of today who commit massacres and other heinous crimes. The pre-Islamic era of Arabs in Arabia before the revelation of the Quran and during its revelation was better than the utter ignorance of ''Muslims'' of today who know absolutely nothing of what is written in the Quran. The revelation of the Quran is a reformist call that does not talk about positive points of how the Qorayish tribesmen believed in God and performed prayers and pilgrimage; rather, the Quran talks about their polytheism of worshipping saints and deities they thought would make them draw nearer to God and how they used to visit 'holy' shrines and mausoleums to sacrifice animals and present offerings that God forbids eating them, as they are sacrificed and offered to deified creatures. The Quran denounces the Qorayish tribesmen's prayers that never made them stop sinning and committing injustices, calling their prayers as hypocritical method to drive others away from the Kaaba Sacred Mosque. The Quran focuses on the Qorayish tribesmen's disbelief in terms of aggressive behavior and injustices committed by them. The Quranic text describes them several times as the disbelievers, the polytheists, the unjust, the sinners, the immoral ones, etc. God in the Quran has made their belief in Him, as the Creator of heavens and earth, as an argument against them, asking how they ever dared to take up other deities/gods/saints beside Him. the most recurrent words, with their derivations, in the Quranic text are disbelief, polytheism, sinning, and injustice, a sign indicating the fact that the Islamic reformist call aims at showing negative items by diagnosing the ailment and how it is remedied. The testimony of Islam is the phrase: "There is no God but Allah", and it begins with the negation of, and the disbelief in, all deified creatures and fashioned deities to assert the belief in the One God the Creator: "…Whoever renounces falsehoods and believes in God has grasped the most trustworthy handle; which does not break. God is Hearing and Knowing." (2:256). Consequently, this is the essence of the reformist Quranist call; to show features and traits of disbelief in terms of faith and behavior within life of the Muhammadans past and present, from the era of the so-called companions until now, and within history, heritage, and traditions books, using the Quran as the only yard stick all the time to judge such things. However harsh the words Quranists are, their words are the only peaceful alternative to civil strife and self-destruction within countries of today's Muhammadans. The difference between declaring others as disbelievers by Quranists and non-Quranists lies in the fact that Quranists declare certain actions, traits, features, descriptions as pertaining to disbelief, in hope of reform, and then, Quranists never impose their views on anyone, respecting religious freedom and faith choices and wait for God's judgment of all human beings in the Day of Judgment. In contrast, declaring others as disbelievers by non-Quranists (i.e., Muhammadans whose notions pertain to their man-made, fabricated religions) means to kill apostates/infidels or to coerce them in matters of religious beliefs, thus denying their right of religious choice; this is a terrorist, compulsory call to be forced to believe in clergymen or to die in case of refusal!
Fourthly: Sharia and Sunna:
1- Quranists believe in the fact that Islam has been perfected once the Quranic revelation came to an end: "…Today I have perfected your religion for you, and have completed My favor upon you, and have approved Islam as a religion for you…" (5:3), and therefore, anything additional that was imposed on this perfect Islam (the Quran) is never part of it.
2- Hence, Quranists believe in the fact that the Quranic term ''Sunna'' means God's sharia and method in the Quran alone, and Muhammad set himself as a good example for all believers in applying Sunna/sharia of God (i.e., the Quran alone), but he was never the source of religion or sharia legislation; his role was confined to convey God's revelation (the Quran), and he performed this mission successfully; Islam is perfected when the very last verse was revealed. After Muhammad's death, revelation stopped of course, and thus, all things, negative and positive, said and done by others within religious issues, topics, and matters are not part of Islam but pertains to ''Muslims'' who voiced or written such views. Accordingly, acts done by ''Muslims'', the so-called companions of Muhammad and others who came after them, have nothing to do with Islam; they pertain to their doers. For instance, the so-called hadiths (i.e., sayings) written by Al-Bokhary pertain to him alone and have nothing to do with Prophet Muhammad. Hadiths are fabrications ascribed to Muhammad decades and centuries after his death, and Quranists refuse to acknowledge such falsehoods called hadiths, conveyed and written by a series of narrators. Quranists consider such hadiths as fabrications that reflect the era in which they were made up and the mentality of their narrators/authors. Quranists deem ascribing such devilish falsehoods and fabrications to Muhammad as utter disbelief in terms of faith. The Quran predicts the emergence of such fabrications in the Quranic Chapters 6 and 25, and God has made such fabricators and liars as enemies of Muhammad. Indeed, those who believe that the so-called hadiths are part of Islam are accusing Muhammad of failing to convey the message of God in full. This is utter nonsense, of course; if such a claim were true, why did not Muhammad write other writings apart from the Quran during his lifetime?! To love Muhammad is to clear his name from such falsehoods called hadiths, which are the bases of all earthly, man-made, fabricated creeds and sharia of ''Muslims'' of today.
3- Therefore, Quranists believe in the fact that Quranic sharia of Islam contradicts and refutes the Sunnite sharia in particular. Such contradiction includes all aspects such as sharia rules, principles, and details within the levels of belief in the testimony of "There is no God but Allah" (by adding Muhammad's name to it by force), morals, ethics, dealings with others, and higher values. We have authored a book titled "The Seven Principles of the Real Islamic Sharia and How to Apply Them" covering that point, asserting that these Quranic principles include peace, justice, absolute religious freedom, and direct democracy, and we have proven how such Quranic principles contradict the Sunnite sharia which is based on confiscation, tyranny, compulsion in religion, injustices, bigotry, fanaticism, massacring innocent blood, etc., and we have written in this book in detail about how to apply the Quranic sharia principles of real Islam.
Fifthly: politics and states:
1- Quranists believe in the fact that Islam (Quranism) calls essentially for piety on the group and individual levels, and in the first place, it does not essentially call for establishing a state. Quranists believe in the fact that jihad fighting is imposed on the Quran essentially for the sake of liberation from tyranny and to stop persecution as long as peaceful struggle and means are rendered useless or futile, especially in cases of theocratic tyranny. Quranists believe in the fact that any country that achieve justice, democracy, and religious freedom is an Islamic country, as in the models/examples of the USA, Canada, the EU, and Japan, and that currently, the countries of the Muhammadans in the Middle East are theocratic ones that contradict Islam (Quranism).
2- Quranists believe in the fact that religion must be separated completely from political endeavors; instead of raising religious, doctrinal, denominational, and sectarian mottoes and banners, one would better raise mottoes and banners pertaining to human rights that are acceptable to all people: such as justice, freedom, equality, and nationalism.
3- Quranists hope in their reformist endeavors that legislative reforms would be the start of other types of reforms, within a constitution that reflects human rights and helps establish democracy and apply human rights that ensure absolute freedom of citizens on all levels: religious, political, social, economic, and intellectual freedoms and liberty of expression, belief, and thought. Such a constitution must ensure social justice, human dignity, and solidarity for the impoverished. Such a constitution must allow legislative reforms to abolish laws (especially in the Penal Code) hindering freedoms, liberty of expression, and justice, and to make room for economic and educational reformations as well as reforming houses of worship, especially mosques.
4- Quranists sincerely hope that such reformatory endeavors would be advocated and applied with the least possible number of sacrifices.
