Extremism and terrorism have been growing threats to the entire nations of the world. No country today seems safe in the hands of terrorists in a way or other. Terrorism is a criminal act that influences an audience beyond the immediate victim. The strategy of terrorists is to commit acts of violence that draws the attention of the local populace, the government, and the world. The terrorists plan their attack to obtain the greatest publicity, choosing targets that symbolize what they oppose. The effectiveness of the terrorist act lies not in the act itself, but in the reaction to the act by both public and government. Combating terrorism is not an easy task and it is something that cannot be done overnight. It will be a long struggle that could be quite dangerous. One of the first things to do is to find out all of the methods that these terrorists use and understand their strategies. How do they attack us? In what ways have they been most successful? If we can find out all of the ways they may attack, it will be much easier to set up defenses and stop them before they harm any innocent people.
Terrorism could be considered as a virus in the world body. The U.S. and other countries are attempting to solve the terrorist problem by trying to treat its manifestations around the world. This is like trying to eliminate a virus by removing its manifestations at a time, while damage to the host body (the world), increases with each violent removal, and eventually more illness (terrorists) is generated. As Frey mentioned that “recent experience suggest, however, that deterrence is ineffective and may even be counterproductive in dealing with terrorism. Moreover, the extent of terrorist acts may well increase rather than decrease. A policy based on deterrence has a second disadvantage.(1) Lots of efforts are being made to eliminate terrorism but it seems that instead of coming to an end it is increasing day by day and more and more people are becoming victims because of terrorism. Extremism and terrorism are spreading like a cancer all almost over the world. The question comes in mind as why this menace is growing and not coming to an end and what are the intentions of the terrorists groups. The terrorists seem to be determined and focused to destabilize any country unless their nefarious designs are met and what they actually want from the world and particularly the Western countries. Obviously there are several causes of the growing terrorism and there is a need to find the root causes of this growing threat to save the world and to save our next generation from being victims in the hands of terrorism. To those who can look more deeply, the only way to truly eliminate terrorism is to deal with the systemic causes of it. All terroristic factions are either acting frankly such as al Qaeda, ISIS, Jihadists, Alnosra, Bait Almaqdes, Boko Haram and Hamas, or acting latently such as, Salafists and Muslim Brotherhood who are considered the other face of the coin and all the above mentioned groups are linked to the same reference. Historically Muslim empires in the middle centuries had fabricated human made religion that justified the culture of that time which imposed the Arabian Island tribal traditions and customs of Bedouins “violence, brutality and bloodshed” to be a doctrine believed to have divine authority though not in the Holy books . Although these beliefs and customs were transmitted from generation to generation, however they are basically contradicted with the authentic great Islamic values .This fanatic religious culture is the umbrella for the previously mentioned fanatic and terroristic groups.
Having the same ideology teachings, the approach that can stop those terroristic groups should focus on developing a long term plan, supported and financed by all nations of the world under the leadership of USA. This long term plan is formed from two main sectors; 1-The first sector is a classic one, claimed by most experts such as Gordon Davidson and Corinne Maclaughlin, authors of Spiritual Politics, Changing the World from Inside Out. This opinion addresses the basic needs of all people on the planet, and helps them in an equitable, fair way. This will provide a new sense of hope, meaning and purpose for them, freeing them from the despair that leads to fundamentalism and terrorism. With a new horizon of hope, thoughts will naturally turn from death and destruction towards life and creation. I think this fictional opinion is more closely related to the Utopia of Sir Thomas.
2- The second sector of the plan is substantially the best one that could permanently end terrorism. This includes all aspects of the active implementation of combating the extreme Ideology that depends on integrated coordinated plan suggested by teamwork of religious thinkers and ideology scholars, the religious thinkers graduated and affiliated to the most senior religious Universities such as Al-Azhar University as long as those thinkers have documented CV and long expertise in fighting religious terrorism via multimode approach( articles, books, Lectures, gathering, assembly, seminars, vision-audio sessions, symposium, workshops ) and provided them with enormous power of the mass media. Widespread movies production should be considered. Many years ago I have closely pursued and monitored Ahl Alquran and its Presidents writings, academic activities, manner of treating the terroristic notions, the way of convincing others about the faulty basis of terroristic beliefs and the reasoning rhetoric manner of refuting the terroristic opinions and the erroneous justifications of their allied partners. I think it is right now to keep an eye on the CV biography of Ahl Alquran President( see below the appendage).
1. Stop Overthrowing the Moderates and Arming the Crazies. It was time to raise a touchy, but important, subject that is the proliferation of high-powered guns. The states administration would soon be pushing to reinstate a ban on so-called assault weapons,
2- Stop supporting terrorists. We know it’s a difficult concept to grasp, but if we want to stop terrorism we should specifically, aiming the most violent Radicals in Middle East as part of a geopolitical strategy to overthrow leaders supporting terrorists.. As an internal Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) document produced recently shows, the U.S. knew that the actions of “the West, Gulf countries and Turkey” in Syria. If we want to stop terrorism, we need to stop supporting terrorists.
3- Stop Supporting the Dictators Who Fund Terrorists
Some Dictators in the Middle East have backed ISIS and many other brutal terrorist groups including Salafists (both ISIS and Al Qaeda are Salafists ).
4-We need to recognize that ISIS and other terroristic groups are absolutely an ideology, not an organization. “There is no point in talking about hunting for a global headquarters or masterminds. There are none.”(3) In other words the potentially terroristic persons could not be anticipated because terroristic thoughts are really intrinsically minded and fluidly infiltrating as latent cells. Thus ideology should only be treated with ideology.
5-We need to stop confusing justification with explanation. Learning what motivates enemies does not mean sympathizing with them. Merely saying that the bombers are mad, when there is no evidence that militants are mentally ill and when contemporary radical Islam clearly has its roots in the conditions of the modern world, does not lead to benefit.
6- We should ditch the hatred rhetoric in all religious worship places. In order to manage a terrorist threat, always mixed 'hard' coercive measures with a 'soft' political strategy to undercut the legitimacy of the militants' claims. The Egyptians and Algerians ended their mass Islamic insurgencies of the early nineties with judicious concessions as well as repression. The Americans blithely admitted recently to talks with Iraqi insurgents.
7- Stop all discriminative measures and racial policies and signs at all levels and all over the world.

Why The Quranists are the solution?
1 - In our belief, the Prophet Mohamed (PUH) is the first Quranist, as he was ordered to uphold the holy Quran alone (43/ 43). We also believe in the Holy Quran as the only hadeeth: (45 / 6) (7 /185) (77/ 50). We understand The Quran according to its unique Arabic terminology, in order to disentangle the true, abandoned Islam and its great values of peace, tolerance, freedom and justice.
2 - Muslim empires in the middle ages had fabricated human made religions that justified the culture of that time, and contradicted these great Islamic values. Such culture is the umbrella for many fanatic groups like the Al Shabab, the Muslim Brotherhood, and ISIS.
3 – The religion of Islam is based on Ten Commandments mentioned in (6/151: 153). Muslims have their humanistic history, civilizations, traditions and man-made religious sects, such as Sunni, Sufi and Shiites. The majority of Muslims upholds mixture of moderate Sunni-Sufi religion. Wahhabism is a very minute sub-sect. It belongs to the fanatic Hanbaly sect which is one Mazhab, among the four Sunni Mazahib. The fanatic Wahhabists are less than 1% of the Muslim population (1.5 Billion). Using the Saudi oil money, Wahhabism is the image representing Islam. Ironically, Allah (SWT) has sent his messenger as a mercy for all peoples (21/107), while the Wahhabist are abusing Islam to terrorize the whole world.
For three decades, we have been waging a war of ideas against Wahhabism from within Islam. We are very successful despite our limited capacity. Instead of the so called Shareah Law, we want to convince the Muslim World to accept the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as Islamic laws, according to the real core of Islam.
4 – We are eager to have a partner who works with us in defending the American soil, helping us hving our Quranic network and the Quranist group around the Muslim World in our side.
