There is no problem in good situation given to the women in Islam which was celebrated in these presentations. The Problem is in the other side which despises the women and debases them. It is against the objectivity and fairness to bring one side and ignore the other one. It is also for the favor of Islam to discuss and question this dark side. If we believe that Islam is the religion of justice and it gives the woman her rights and makes it equal to the man, then we have to deal with the other side which gives opposite direction.
Here, we have the same problem, making no difference and no distinction between Islam and Muslims. Muslims are – now- three big sects, every sect has its own perspectives about women and attributed them to the prophet Mohammed and misused the Quranic verses accordingly.
The Sunni sect is more fanatic against the women than the two other sects.
In their sacred tradition, they attribute to the Prophet Mohammed sayings such as: “Women are diminished in their minds and religion.” “They betrayed the companion husband.” “They were created from crooked rib; if you try to straighten it you will break it. You have to leave it as crooked as it is”, “Calamity [or bad luck] is in woman, the home and the horse”.

Although Dr. Abd Allah confirms that Jihad in Islam means only to defend yourself and your country and your religion, he justifies another kind of war; when Muslims attacks another country to establish justice and freedom. He has no Quranic prove, so he mentioned some proves from Muslim history as the same problem of mixing Islam with Muslims. According to the Quranic confirmation, the only reason for war is to defend your self and your country against the enemy who is attacking you, and you can respond to his attack by equivalent attack, but not to start war or attack the others.[2 :190 -194] Accordingly, Muslims after the Prophet Mohammed violated the Quran when they conquered other peoples and other countries in The Third paper: the History of Jihad in Islam. But he is more influenced by the Sufism than other Muslim sects. So, he mentioned the Sufi Jihad as one meaning of the Islamic Jihad. According to the Sufism, Al Jihad is Jehad of “ Nafs” or striving one’s soul to make it abandon its body to reach the Almighty God ;Allah and unite in Him and becomes part of Him. This Kind of Jihad - as they cleared in their scriptures- could be achieved by certain Sufi trainings. In the Middle aged centuries they used to separate themselves in their own religious buildings; named: khawanick, Zawaya, Robat, Kobba, Torba and Mosques to practice this Jihad, but as their historic books mentioned they used to commit all the vices and sins. This is against Islam and its moral system and its monotheism. . Then they fought each other for the vanity of this life, and became different groups and collide cults and sects from that time until now. Moreover, the traditional meaning of Jihad in the Muslim mentality relates to this practical historic meaning of attacking other nations under the name of Islam to steel their wealth and enslaves their people as it happened during Muslim conquest and establishing their Empire in the Middle Ages. This is what Wahabi Sunni and Imami Shiites believe until now. That why they – in spite of their disputes and enmity- celebrate that Hadeeth attributed to the Prophet Mohammed Saying: “ I am commanded to fight all the people until they testify that there is no God but one God , and I am his messenger “. The other side has the right to discuss these religious curriculums after September 11, and has the right to ask for reforming them after he discovers how these religious curriculums are influenced by the fanatic Wahabi doctrine in dealing with the non Muslims.
It was clear that the Muslim response was not positive enough. They should begin this reform, calling the other side to monitor it. It is the real Islamic service in this critical time.
Instead of this, the papers ignored this issue; knowingly that it is the main problem in the mutual relationship between the two sides.

Written by Yusuf Al Qaradawi
Although the student chose this book and praised it, he should first know who are Yusuf Al Qaradawi and other famous scholars in the Muslim Arab world. It is imperative to know the background of any writer to understand his book and to analyze his opinion and to examine his mentality and the development or the key stone of his writing across the time, and the stance and the rank and the situation of this writer among others in his time and in the same field.
When the first category commits a terrorist action, you find that other scholars write to defend them in a very cunning way which makes the reader lose the right direction or become victim of misunderstanding and confusion.

This kind of discourse usually uses the big idioms and the undefined terms without specific meaning to rally the masses around him and to dismay the free thinkers and intellectuals.

In his words al Rumi said” the Prophet [Mohammed] said that women …dominate men of intellectual .but bad men dominate women.” Actually, this was said by Mo’aweya Ibn Abi Sofian, the head of the Omawy dynasty, two centuries before Al Rumi.

According to the Quran and Islamic faith, it is outrageous. But according to Islam also, every one has the right to believe whatever he wants and he will be responsible before God in the Day of Judgment according to his choice.
It is reasonable to say that some Muslims or the Sufi Muslims believe in woman as a radiance of God, but this does not prove the gender equality, it proves only that woman is higher than man.
