The Belief Is Not In Muhammad But In What Has Descended Upon Muhammad: Those Who Believe In Muhammad Are Disbelievers: PART XII

The polytheists denied and disbelieved in the Book and in the Quranic verses and not in Muhammad as a person

Introduction:

1- If any messenger/prophet of the Lord God told his people that he ate some apples and his people denied his declaration and disbelieved in his statement, this is not disbelief in religion or the divine message conveyed by this messenger/prophet because this is a personal matter which has nothing to do with religion. The messengers/prophets as persons are not the center of belief or disbelief in the Celestial, Divine Religion.

2- Despite the differences in eras, regions, and tongues, all celestial messages are centered on nothing but one clear notion; namely, the monotheism of (There is no God but Allah): "We never sent a messenger before you without inspiring him that: “There is no God but I, so worship Me.”" (21:25). This applies to the divine message sent by the Lord God to Noah and to all messengers/prophets after his era; this is why when the people of Noah denied and disbelieved in the message conveyed by Noah, they actually denied and disbelieved in all of the divine messages sent by the Lord God to all messengers/prophets after the era of Noah after they drowned in the deluge: "And the people of Noah: when they rejected the messengers, We drowned them, and made them a lesson for the humankind. We have prepared for the unjust ones a painful torment." (25:37); "The people of Noah denied the messengers." (26:105).The messengers/prophets as persons are not the center of belief or disbelief in the Celestial, Divine Religion.

3- The Holy Quran, which has descended while endorsing and asserting the previous Celestial Scriptures of the Lord God, makes the Quranic verses themselves as the center of faith/belief or disbelief/denying/rejecting regarding the Celestial, Divine Religion. Human beings (dis)believe in the Quranic verses and not in persons. W provide some details in the points below.

Firstly:

The messengers/prophets of the Lord God conveyed the Truth revealed to them by their Lord God; in contrast, there are messengers of devilish revelations who ascribe lies and falsehoods to the Lord God and deny and reject His Verses.

1- The Lord God says the following in the Holy Quran: "Who commits graver injustice than he who lies about God, and denies the Truth when it has come to him? Is there not in Hell room for the disbelievers? But he who promotes the Truth, and testifies to it - these are the pious ones." (39:32-33). Once polytheists attribute lies and falsehoods to the Lord God, this means, ipso facto, that they deny and disbelief in the Lord God's Verses. Both acts of disbelief are linked and intertwined. This is why both (A) denying/disbelief and (B) ascribing lies to Allah are linked together in many Quranic verses. In our modern era, the Muhammadans accuse the Lord God's Book, the Quran, of (1) being lacking and thus in need of their Sunna hadiths and (2) being vague and thus in need of their exegeses and interpretations. This means that the Muhammadans never find the Quranic verses enough for them; they always require hadiths (or fatwas by their clergymen and sheikhs) to confirm the Quranic verses!

2- The expression (Who commits graver injustice) in 39:32 indicates the worst type of extreme injustice because it is a grave injustice against the Lord God Himself. Those unjust ones attribute their devilish revelations, discourses, narratives, and hadiths to the Lord God and to His Religion while they know that they never pertain to Allah at all. This is why 39:32 is a general Quranic rule that applies to all eras, regions, and tongues.

2/1: "Who commits graver injustice than someone who fabricates lies against God, or denies His Verses? The unjust ones will not succeed." (6:21); Al-Bokhary and his likes are among the unjust ones who will never be among the successful ones in the Hereafter.

2/2: "Who commits graver injustice than someone who fabricates lies about God, or denies His revelations? The criminals will never prosper." (10:17); Al-Bokhary and his likes are among the criminals who will never be among the winners in the Hereafter.

2/3: "Who commits graver injustice than he who invents lies and attributes them to God, in order to mislead people without knowledge? God does not guide the unjust people." (6:144); such unjust ones are never guided by the Lord God.

2/4: "...Who, then, commits graver injustice than he who invents lies and attributes them to God?”" (18:15).

2/5: "And who commits graver injustice than he who fabricates lies and attributes them to God, or calls the Truth a lie when it has come to him? Is there not in Hell a dwelling for the disbelievers?" (29:68).

2/6: "...Clarification has come to you from your Lord, and guidance, and mercy. Who then commits graver injustice than he who denies God's Verses and turns away from them? We will repay those who turn away from Our Verses with the worst kind of torment because of their turning away." (6:157).

2/7: This is about their moment of dying: "Who commits graver injustice than someone who invents falsehood against God, or says, “It was revealed to me,” when nothing was revealed to him, or says, “I will reveal the like of what God revealed”? If only you could see the unjust ones in the floods of death, as the angels with arms outstretched: “Give up your souls. Today you are being repaid with the torment of shame for having said about God other than the Truth, and for being too proud to accept His Verses.”" (6:93); "Who commits graver injustice than he who invents lies about God, or denies His Verses? These - their share of the Book will reach them. Until, when Our envoys come to them, to take their souls away, they will say, “Where are they whom you used to pray to besides God?” They will say, “They have abandoned us,” and they will testify against themselves that they were disbelievers." (7:37).

2/8: This is about being brought before the Dominant Lord God on the Last Day and the witnesses who will testify against them: "Who commits graver injustice than he who fabricates lies about God? These will be presented before their Lord, and the witnesses will say, “These are they who lied about their Lord.” Indeed, the curse of God is upon the unjust ones." (11:18).

2/9: We quote the following Quranic verses about the followers of clergymen/imams/leaders of falsehoods and fabrications who believe in such fabricators and also in their devilish and misguiding hadiths/discourses/narratives.

2/9/1: "Who commits graver injustice than he, who, when reminded of his Lord’s Verses, turns away from them, and forgets what his hands have put forward? We have placed coverings over their hearts, lest they understand it, and heaviness in their ears. And if you call them to guidance, they will not be guided, ever." (18:57); this is why when Quranists urge any Muhammadans to believe in the Quranic Discourse only, those Muhammadans move away from them and reject what they say/write.

2/9/2: This is about the fate waiting for the Muhammadans in case of their death without sincere repentance: "Who commits graver injustice than he, who, when reminded of his Lord’s Verses, turns away from them? We will certainly wreak vengeance upon the criminals." (32:22).

2/9/3: It is no use trying to guide such polytheists: "And who commits graver injustice than he who attributes falsehoods to God, when he is being invited to Islam? God does not guide the unjust people." (61:7).

3- This is about those who freely choose out of their own accord to deny and disbelieve in the Lord God's Verses and they side with discourses/narratives which contradict them: "And relate to them the story of him to whom We delivered Our Verses, but he detached himself from them, so Satan went after him, and he became one of the misguided ones. Had We willed, We could have elevated him through them; but he clung to the ground, and followed his desires. His metaphor is that of a dog: if you chase it, it pants; and if you leave it alone, it pants. Such is the metaphor of the people who deny Our Verses. So tell the parable so that they may ponder. Evil is the metaphor of the people who reject Our Verses and wrong their souls." (7:175-177).

4- The Lord God misleads those polytheists who insist on believing in other discourses besides, or in lieu of, the Quranic Discourse: "As for those who reject Our Verses, We will gradually lead them from where they do not know. And I will give them respite. My scheme is firm. Do they not think? There is no madness in their companion. He is but an obvious warner. Have they not observed the realm of the heavens and the earth, and all the things that God created, and that their time may have drawn near? Which discourse, besides this, will they believe in?" (7:182-185); "So leave Me to those who reject this Discourse; We will proceed against them gradually, from where they do not know. And I will give them respite. My scheme is firm." (68:44-45).

Secondly:

The torment in this world for those who disbelieve in the Lord God's Verses is not an alternative for their Hell torment in the Hereafter.

1- There is the Divine, Celestial Book of the Lord God (i.e., the Quran), and in contrast, there are devilish hadiths/narratives which fill thousands of books authored in all eras and regions. Human beings are free to believe either in the Quran only or in the devilish revelations; one cannot combine the belief in both at the same time. One is to choose freely while bearing full responsibility for one's choice in the Hereafter; those who choose to deny and disbelief in the Lord God's Verses, and die without repentance, will enter into Hell: "O children of Adam! When messengers from among you come to you, relating to you My Verses - whoever practices piety and reforms - upon them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve. But as for those who reject Our Verses, and are too proud to accept them - these are the inmates of the Fire, where they will remain forever." (7:35-36).

2- The Lord God says the following in the Quran about the previous ancient nations of disbelievers who ridiculed and mocked the messengers/prophets of the Lord God and the Lord God's Verses: "Messengers before you were ridiculed, but those who mocked them became besieged by what they ridiculed." (6:10); "Messengers before you were ridiculed, but I granted the disbelievers respite, and then I seized them. What a punishment it was!" (13:32); "Messengers before you were also ridiculed, but those who jeered were surrounded by what they had ridiculed." (21:41).

3- This is about the people of Noah.

3/1: They were destroyed and annihilated by the deluge; this was their torment because of their denying and disbelieving in the Lord God's Verses: "But they called him a liar. So We saved him and those with him in the Ark, and We drowned those who rejected Our Verses. They were blind people." (7:64); "But they denounced him, so We saved him and those with him in the Ark, and We made them successors, and We drowned those who rejected Our Verses. So consider the fate of those who were warned." (10:73); "And We supported him against the people who rejected Our Verses. They were an evil people, so We drowned them all." (21:77). Thus, their Quranic description is as deniers of the Lord God's Verses and not as deniers of Noah as a person.

3/2: This is about the people of Aad.

3/2/1: "So We saved him and those with him, by mercy from Us, and We cut off the roots of those who rejected Our Verses and were not believers." (7:72).

3/2/2: "As for Aad, they turned arrogant on earth, and opposed justice, and said, “Who is more powerful than us?” Have they not considered that God, who created them, is more powerful than they? And they went on denying Our Verses." (41:15). Again, their Quranic description is as deniers of the Lord God's Verses and not as deniers of Hud as a person.

3/3: This is about the people of Thamood: "The people of the Rock also rejected the messengers. We gave them Our Verses, but they turned away from them. They used to carve homes in the mountains, feeling secure. But the Blast struck them in the morning. All they had acquired was of no avail to them." (15:80-84). Again, their Quranic description is as deniers of the Lord God's Verses and not as deniers of Saleh as a person.

3/4: This is about most of the Qorayish tribesmen and most Arabs in general during the lifetime of Muhammad: "Like the behavior of Pharaoh’s people and those before them. They rejected Our Verses, so God seized them for their sins. God is Strict in retribution." (3:11). This means they followed the footsteps of Moses' Pharaoh and his people and their disbelieving predecessors in denying and disbelieving in the Lord God's Verses.

Thirdly:

Abiding inside Hell forever in the Hereafter is the penalty for disbelievers who denied the Lord God's Verses; this is not about denying Muhammad, Noah,...etc., but about denying and disbelieving in God's Word. The Lord God says the following in the Holy Quran.

1- "But as for those who disbelieve and reject Our Verses - these are the inmates of the Fire - wherein they will remain forever.”" (2:39).

2- "But as for those who reject Our Verses, and are too proud to accept them - these are the inmates of the Fire, where they will remain forever." (7:36).

3- "But those who disbelieve and reject Our Verses - these will have a humiliating torment." (22:57).

4- "But as for those who disbelieve and deny Our Verses - these are the inmates of the Fire." (5:86).

5- "Those who reject Our Verses and are too arrogant to believe in them - the doors of Heaven will not be opened for them, nor will they enter Paradise, until the camel passes through the eye of the needle. Thus We repay the criminals." (7:40).

6- "Those who took their religion lightly, and in jest, and whom the worldly life deceived. Today We will ignore them, as they ignored the meeting on this Day of theirs, and they used to deny Our Verses." (7:51).

7- "Those who deny Our Verses and the meeting of the Hereafter - their deeds will come to nothing. Will they be repaid except according to what they used to do?" (7:147).

8- "But as for those who disbelieved, and rejected Our Verses and the encounter of the Hereafter - those will be hauled into the torment." (30:16).

9- "That is their requital – Hell - on account of their disbelief, and their taking My Verses and My messengers in mockery." (18:106).

10- "Such is the recompense of God’s enemies - the Fire - where they will have their permanent home, in recompense for having denied Our Verses." (41:28).

11- "Those who seek to undermine Our Verses are not hidden from Us. Is he who is hurled into the Fire better? Or he who arrives safely on the Day of Resurrection? Do as you please; He is Seeing of everything you do." (41:40).

12- "Those who argue against Our Verses know that there is no escape for them." (42:35).

13- "And when he learns something of Our Verses, he takes them in mockery. For such there is a shameful torment." (45:9).

14- "But as for those who disbelieve and deny Our Verses - these are the inmates of the Fire, dwelling therein forever; and what a miserable fate!" (64:10).

15- "But as for those who disbelieve in Our Verses - these are the people of misery. Upon them is a padlocked Fire." (90:19-20).

16- We hope those who seek to undermine and cast doubt on the Quranic verses of the Lord God by accusing them of being lacking or missing something (as they persist in asking: where do we find such-and-such item in the Quran?!) to ponder deeply on the following verses: "But those who strive against Our Verses - these are the inmates of Hell." (22:51); "As for those who strive against Our Verses, seeking to undermine them - for them is a torment of a painful plague." (34:5); "But those who strive against Our Verses, seeking to undermine them - those will be summoned to the torment." (34:38).

17- "But as for those who deny Our Verses, torment will afflict them because of their committing sins." (6:49).

18- "And they denied Our Verses utterly. But We have enumerated everything in writing. So taste! We will increase you only in torment." (78:28-30).

Fourthly:

We exemplify the reminding of the Quranic verses (and not of Muhammad as a person and a prophet) within different situations within the Last Day.

Within Gathering: "On the Day when We gather from every community a group of those who rejected Our Verses; and they will be restrained. Until, when they arrive, He will say, “Did you reject My Verses without comprehending them? Or what is it you were doing?”" (27:83-84); "But whoever turns away from My Reminder, for him is a confined life. And We will raise him on the Day of Resurrection blind.” He will say, “My Lord, why did You raise me blind, though I was seeing?” He will say, “Just as Our Verses came to you, and you forgot them, today you will be forgotten.”" (20:124-126).

Within the Scales of weighing deeds: "But as for those whose Scales are light - it is they who have lost their souls, because they used to be unjust towards Our Verses." (7:9).

Within witnesses testifying against the sinners: "“O assembly of jinn and humans, did there not come to you messengers from among you, relating to you My Verses, and warning you of the meeting of this Day of yours?” They will say, “We testify against ourselves.” The life of the world seduced them. They will testify against themselves that they were disbelievers." (6:130).

Within their standing before gates of Hell: "Those who disbelieved will be driven to Hell in throngs. Until, when they have reached it, and its gates are opened, its keepers will say to them, “Did not messengers from among you come to you, reading to you the Verses of your Lord, and warning you of the meeting of this Day of yours?” They will say, “Yes, but the verdict of torment is justified against the disbelievers.”" (39:71).

Within their seeing Hell-Fire: "Yes indeed! My Verses did come to you, but you called them lies, turned arrogant, and were of the disbelievers." (39:59).

Fifthly:

We exemplify the reminding of the Quranic verses (and not of Muhammad as a person and a prophet) within details about Hell in the Hereafter.

1- This is about their being gathered inside Hell: "...And We will gather them on the Day of Resurrection, on their faces, blind, dumb, and deaf. Their abode is Hell; whenever it abates, We intensify the blaze for them. This is their repayment for having disbelieved in Our Verses, and having said, “Shall we, when we have become bones and fragments, be resurrected as a new creation?”" (17:97-98).

2- This is about their never being allowed to get out of Hell: " As for the sinners, they will be in the torment of Hell forever. It will never be eased for them. In it, they will be devastated. We did them no injustice, but it was they who were the unjust. And they will cry, “O Malik, let your Lord finish us off.” He will say, “You are staying.” We have given you the Truth, but most of you hate the Truth." (43:74-78); "As for those who disbelieve, for them is the Fire of Hell, wherein they will never be finished off and die, nor will its torment be lightened for them. Thus We will repay every disbeliever. And they will scream therein, “Our Lord, let us out, and we will act righteously, differently from the way we used to act.” Did We not give you a life long enough, in which anyone who wanted to understand would have understood? And the warner did come to you. So taste. The unjust ones will have no helper." (35:36-37); "Those who reject Our Verses - We will scorch them in a Fire. Every time their skins are cooked, We will replace them with other skins, so they will experience torment. God is Most Powerful, Most Wise." (4:56).

3- This is about their unbearable screaming inside Hell: "Until, when We seize the affluent ones among them with torment, they begin to scream. Do not scream today. You will receive no help from Us. My Verses were read to you, but you turned back on your heels. Arrogant towards it - talked nonsense about it in gatherings - disregarded it. Have they not pondered the Word? Or has there come to them what came not to their forefathers of old?" (23:64-68).

4- This is about chains and being immersed in lava-like water of Hell: "Have you not observed those who argue against God's Verses, how they have deviated? Those who call the Book a lie, and what We sent Our messengers with - they will surely know. When the yokes are around their necks, and they will be dragged by the chains. Into the boiling water, then in the Fire they will be tormented." (40:69-72).

Lastly:

1-  Would polytheists still prefer entering into Hell for the sake of adhering to their belief in Al-Bokhary hadiths and other devilish hadiths after reading the Quranic verses we have quoted above?!

2- What about those who believe in the Quranic verses of the Lord God? We quote the following verses about them.

2/1: "They believe in Our Verses, those who, when reminded of them, fall down prostrate, and glorify their Lord with praise, and are not proud." (32:15).

2/2: "Those who believed in Our Verses and were submitters." (43:69).

2/3: "Those who adhere to the Book and perform prayers - We will not waste the reward of the reformers." (7:170).

3- This is about a comparison between those who believe in the Lord God's Quranic verses and those who deny, reject, and disbelieve in them: "Those who believe in God and His messengers - these are the sincere and the witnesses with their Lord; they will have their reward and their Light. But as for those who disbelieve and deny Our Verses - these are the inmates of Hell." (57:19).
